Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
PARKING Free parking for up to 2 vehicles. RV's and Campers are not allowed.

The big plus of the cabin is the hot tub; which was great after all the walking of gatlinburg. Location was close to everything with minimal traffic until you hit the downtown areas (Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge). "We loved our stay at this property! We were comfortable and able to relax. There were only 3 of us (2 adults one toddler) but plenty of space for more guests. There are directions laminated on how to use all of the amenities which was very nice. Property managers were very responsive. We had a smoke alarm that wouldn't stop beeping and the issue was taken care of right after reaching out.Plenty of dishes and cookware. Fast keurig. Pond is right across the street so sitting on the balcony was very pleasant. Overall a peaceful neighborhood. Out of the way of downtown but not too far. Close to restaurants and attractions. Only downfall I can really comment on is that the pool was closed and it is part of the reason we chose this property. I wish we would have been notified about this before booking."

"Overall awesome cabin - The cabin was beautiful, and in a good neighborhood. The only negative comments i would even say. Is the kitchen light was blowed, which we found a lantern light and used it. No biggy at all. The hot tub had some jets that kept coming out and floating. But, wasnt an issue at all. The hottub drained half out the first night. We addressed and filled back up. No problems after that. The beds was so comfortable and so was the pillows. The bonus was seeing the bears at the cabin. The girls and I had a great time! Thanks so much!"

"Justin was amazing with his responses and willingness to help. The maintenance staff on site was also friendly and noticed my kids looking at the fish in the pond, pulled over and provided foods and info on the fish stocked. We felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. Only small issue was the jets on the hot tub were a little hard to figure out but as usual, just let the 11 year old show up the 40 year olds and we were back on track! I would recommend access to more trash bags as we only had two for the kitchen so being a family that doesn’t eat out, once we used the first one and realized we only had one more, that was difficult. Also availability or access to toilet paper beyond what was there during check in would be appreciated but we grabbed a couple rolls to use and leave for the next person. Otherwise everything was 100% amazing."

"Great place - Property was great. Clean, location, hot tub, pool was close. Property was very well groomed. Only downfall was the air conditioner. T went out the day we checked in. It turned out the compressor burnt up. They cannot be replaced in a day, hard to get. Justin was right on and kept me informed of what was going on. Unfortunately, they didn’t make it before we left. We opened the windows and ran fans and it wasn’t too hot. Still slept well. As I said Justin was very active to get it fixed."

"Great Stay - My family of 4 had a great time !! The Yeti Lodge was well maintained and well stock with needed items. If was very easy to navigate to and from town whether going to Gatlinburg or into Pigeon Forge. It's very quiet and peaceful despite being located by the entrance to the community. The community pool was very nice and had a great range of hours. My family really enjoyed the arcade games, feeding the ducks/fish in the pond right across from the cabin, and sitting outside on the deck at night listening to the cicadas. Overall I would absolutely recommend the Yeti Lodge to someone looking for a nice quiet place to stay."

"Beautiful cabin in perfect location - We decided to stay the week of the 4th of July in Gatlinburg with family and found this cabin rental through VRBO. The place was the perfect size for our group and the host was ridiculously accommodating. The cabin had it all! A jacuzzi, grill, kitchen, laundry, enough beds for all, great location and an amazing host. They even had arcade games in the cabin and a duck pond across the street! The host sent coupons, fun activity ideas and other charming notes. We highly recommend! it felt like we were staying at a friend cabin. 5 stars!"

"Great location - This cabin was great. The location was perfect just off the main road far enough to be secluded and also not be a long trip to town. The arcade consoles were a big hit the kids loved them and the hot tub. The included baby gate was nice which allowed us to make sure our 2 year old couldn't wonder down the stairs at night while we were asleep. It was a great trip and and a great place to stay. You won't be disappointed booking this cabin."

"Wow!!! Our trip to Gatlinburg was such a memorable time. Lots to do and so much to see, we wish we had stayed even longer to see even more. The cabin was really the cherry on top of the whole trip, and made our experience even better and more authentic to what it’s like to stay in the Smoky Mountains. Justin was such a great host, making our stay completely stress free and seamless. Justin gave great recommendations and was responsive to every question we had before and throughout the stay. "This was a great cabin getaway for us during spring break with our young kids. The cabin was centrally located, enough space for everyone and the video games were a favorite. We really appreciated the filtered water, which strangely is not common in rentals. Justin was very accommodating as we had to make some adjustments to our original reservations, extremely responsive. The compound was peaceful, place was easy access and easy to find and close to entertainment/food as advertised. It was a great trip and we'd book it again for sure!"

"our stay at yeti lodge was great!! our family of 5 ( 3 boys 8,6 and 2) there was something for all of them. kids enjoyed the video games, hot tub and i enjoyed the amenities with a baby. our trip was short but we were able to pack a bunch with especially with justin’s recommendations. Location was great as we enjoyed Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Justin was super quick when communicating with me. Highly recommend it was a great stay!"

"Our family of four had a great time visiting Pigeon Forge. We were very impressed with how clean, comfortable and spacious the place was. We arrived after dark and were very pleased to find a well-lit driveway. Check in and out was easy. The hot tub was very relaxing. The pool was just a minute’s walk. And there were TWO arcade machine, so our boys didn’t have to take turns. We highly recommend this place to couples or small families."
