Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Beautiful place! The single-floor layout was perfect for our family, especially with small kids and seniors. We had several bear sightings during our stay, which the kids were thrilled about. As long as you're aware of your surroundings and follow basic safety precautions, we didn't find it concerning. We even enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit in the evenings. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we'd happily return!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The last night there a black bear came right beside the porch, which was a really neat experience. The glass windows & doors overlooking the porch gave us a safe & close up view of the bear, which our kids went nuts over. It was close to town but far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle of tourism."

"The house was exactly as pictured, clean, and worked perfectly for us w/ a toddler. We needed a bedroom on the same floor as our son for safety and it was perfect. It is on level ground so we had no concerns with letting him walk outside and it provided a lot of privacy with beautiful scenery. Very close to town and perfectly in between the Smokies & Pidgeon Forge. Loved that the kitchen came w/ additional appliances, including an air fryer, to quickly heat up food. The AC/Heat worked great and instantly cooled/heated when needed. Never saw the bears, but there were paw prints on the patio some days. We did see bears leaving the cabin nearby. We'd stay again!"

"This was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation. As we traveled with toddlers (age 1 and 3), we looked for places that were kid friendly. This is the main reason we came across this cabin. This home offered a pack and play, a high chair and other kid necessities. This home is also one level so I had no worries about child proofing. In addition, the home was clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathrooms only had stand up showers, but were stocked with enough towels. Kitchen was spacious and stocked with pretty much everything. We didn't take advantage of the outside. There was a steep drop right behind a fence which scared me with 2 little kids. I do recommend bringing high quality bug spray as we were constantly getting bit. Justin was very responsive with all my questions and concerns and I definitely recommend this home. I'm also very grateful for all the warnings regarding bears as we had a visitor late at night peeking into the car!"

"The place was great. The location was a perfect balance between being close to everything and far enough away. The location was very quiet but not remote and the drive up was easier than expected and easier than drives from other locations. Justin’s quick response to questions and inquiries was appreciated and unlike anything we have experienced. We did have 3 encounters with bears which you expect this time of year and we needed our head on a swivel while outside. Sorry for the extra wood outside we didn’t want to sit out one night! Only recommendation would be a king size bed in the larger room. Good luck with the sell and I hope you get top dollar for the location!"

Everything was great, hot tub was not cleaned but we were glad that it wasn’t because we experienced a Bear coming out of the hot tub on our 2nd day there lol . Everything was just great. "After we located the place, we walked into a beautiful, home. But was greeted by a cigarette smell and the jack and jill bathroom had a fan guard hanging. I contacted customer service and the rep was very sweet and wanted to send someone out. Pictures don't do it justice, alot of space. Home is in a great location, access to restaurants and attractions. We couldn't enjoy the hugh porch and jacuzzi because it rained during our stay. Overall experience was great and I recommend this AirBNB."

"We enjoyed the beautifully renovated cabin. It felt like home! The location of the cabin to Downtown Gatlinburg is great and the privacy will absolutely bring us back. The hosts have thought of almost everything for you to enjoy your stay! We even saw a beautiful baby bear and mama bear less than an hour of arriving right outside the front door of the cabin! There was only one miscommunication we had while staying, we were told there was a highchair on property upon booking but we never found it when we arrived nor did we hear back about where it was when we messaged!"
