Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Perfect fit for an adult (king bed) or couple with up to 4 kids in bunks in a second bedroom. The view from the deck is awesome, a wide expanse, you are HIGH (my favorite for the morning and evening or night). Free trolley comes by at the bottom of a really steep short drive up to the condos complex. The streets to that entrance are already also up hill. But then an excellent parking lot. We have some fun bear pictures to take home. Kitchen is well equipped. Stayed 6 nights. Condo residents share an outdoor pool available after Memorial Day and would serve younger kids very well."

"The condo could not have been any nicer. It was very clean, pleasant, quiet and comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony with view on the mountains. We ate all our meals there. Be ready to climb a good number of stairs to access the condo! If you want to walk to town, count on about a 20 minute walk. Also make sure you have your unit number and the access code before arrival. We found ourselves nervously trying to reach the host to get this information on arrival."

"We had a great stay at this condo with our group of 6! The place was clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Gatlinburg. The beds were comfy and we loved having games like playing cards available. There was a bit of confusion during check-in with parking and finding the unit number, but the host was incredibly responsive even when we arrived late at night around 12:30am and very accommodating throughout our stay. We'd definitely recommend this place for a trip to the Smokies!"

"Overall, Condo was nice. Walls are a little thin and can hear people next to you or above, but the condo was clean upon arrival. Some things are renovated, some are outdated, but all in good working conditions and clean. Items are well stocked, with dish soap, sponges, soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. Communication was clear and timely. There was plenty of room for all. There is a trolley stop at the bottom of the steep drive, but the 1/2 mile walk into town isn't bad at all. "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great place at a great price. We are a family of five, and need to be careful with our budget. This condo was perfect for us. It had plenty of space for all of us to be very comfortable. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and we could all sit out there together and enjoy the sights. We did even see a bear one night, which was exciting for us (since we were safe up on the balcony)! The pool is nice (not huge, but not crowded when we were there) and seems to be well maintained (I saw someone cleaning it each morning we were there). It's close to many attractions in Gatlinburg. You could walk, though be prepared for some very steep hills. While a couple parts of the condo are a bit older (appliances, etc.), the price charged reflects that and didn't interfere with our enjoyment. Overall, I'd give this place a 4.5/5. Our family really enjoyed our time here, and we would definitely look to stay here again!. Thanks!"

"I’ve stayed in a couple different “condos” throughout out my adventures exploring the country. This was by far the Cleanest one I’ve been in. The Parking was Amazing. I never questioned my safety. Everything that was advertised was available. Justin was quick to answer any questions I had throughout the stay. Sadly we didn’t get to see any of the bears that were advertised. Hahaha! The Fantastic accommodations definitely were the icing on the cake. "I left a lot of 5 stars, which is not common, but this was an excellent place for Christmas week. Good space for 4 adults. Amazing access to Gatlinburg (right behind Anakeesta.) You still have to drive a little to get down the mountain intontown but the view at night was spectacular looking directly at Skylift, Skybridge and over Gatlinburg. Shane was very quick to answer questions at a late hour (I didn't expect it until the next day.) Great suggestions and tips. I will look to Shane for staying in this area from now on."

"This is such an amazing condo! It was very clean and cozy. Justin was very responsive and really nice. It is located in a very nice area. Close to Rainbow falls! and to downtown. In fact, you can even walk to downtown if you wish. My kids swam in the pool everyday. I like how private it was and very clean as well. If you ask my husband, the highlight of this trip for him was when we saw a dozen bears all through out the park and also met the condo's resident bear. We will definitely come back to this place."

"Home away from home - The location was perfect! The view to wake up to and go to bed with was nothing short of spectacular! Not only was the location perfect the condo was perfect! "The condo location was amazing! Had some difficulties in the beginning with Airbnb themselves on finding the location of the condominium, which I addressed to Justin, but I solely followed Justin’s instructions and was able to find it. It’s 10-15 minutes walking distance to all the attractions. Parking lot and balcony has a beautiful view of the city. The condo itself had all the amenities listed on the web page. Our kiddos had a wonderful time!"

"Very charming condo with amazing hosts! - We had an amazing time staying in this charming condo. The condo was located in a perfect area of Gatlinburg. We could easily walk to everything in Gatlinburg, if we wanted to, or drive just a few seconds to get there. The condo was decorative, cozy, and had a great view overlooking Gatlinburg. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and more to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Close enough to the strip to experience all there is to offer, far enough away to not be noisy. Very convenient location for getting into national park.
