Step out onto one of the private balconies and take in the gorgeous views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (or adults alike) will love relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) or playing on the community playground. As a guest at The Summit, you will have access to community amenities such as pools, grills, and more.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"OMG LOVED, loved, loved our stay at Justin's home. It was exactly as described. The view is amazing from the balconies. Yes, 2 of them. One thing worth noting is that there are only a few stairs to get to the condo which is a huge plus for anyone with disabilities or mobility issues. The beds were super comfy which is something that you never know when staying somewhere besides your own bed. There were extra blankets and pillows as well. You don't find that everywhere you go so I definitely appreciated that. The extra blankie, while not gorgeous, was super soft and cozy. We were very fortunate because the weather was amazing. Lows were in the lower 50s and the highs only in the 70s. It felt absolutely amazing. The leaves were starting to change just a tad which added to the beauty of the location. We will definitely be booking with Justin in the future."

"Place was clean and nicely decorated. You can not be the view from the balcony or the drive up to the condo…absolutely breathtaking. Loved they thought of smaller children and provided a travel crib and high chair this saved us so much packing. The drive up is very steep so do recon having a vehicle that is durable for this. The hot tub was not very hot but this was not the host’s … fault more of the complex to address."

"Good value. The location is up a winding, mountainous road. It is remote, which is good for mountain views and seeing bears, but is not close to shopping or restaurants. It has the necessities like ample blankets, dishes, and pans. Bring your own bag of coffee, as there are 2 kcups provided - but it is a normal coffee pot that does not use kcups."

"Depending what time you arrive (before it gets dark) if your not familar with the area (i was not) i recommend grocery shopping prior to driving up all the way to the condo. Also no lie about bears. They were walking the parking lot at night, also on road when we left to see downtown Gatlinburg. Just be aware. laundry facilities in same building as indoor pool and hot tub. Really a great place to just relax and chill. The drive up and down is scary but awesome."

"Close to Downtown with all the amenities of home! - We enjoyed our stay here at The Summit! We loved how close we were to town and the National Park. The condo has all the amenities of home you can need. It is in a quiet location with beautiful views. We did not hear any of our neighbors once! There are several bears that den near the property and we were blessed to see them everyday,even cubs! We would enjoy mornings on the deck watching the cubs play below us!

He was very proactive, send us coupon book with local attractions, and gives us details about check in and directions to his place. Condo was very clean, super specious and we loved design. Our family of six had more than enough space. Pictures on the website are so accurate and it is so worth price you pay. Location is great and we enjoyed Ober mountain that was only about 10 min drive. We stayed two days only so we did not get a chance to check out pool and hot tub. Everything else was great. "Mountain Top Condo - The property was just as listed. It was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We got to see a mama bear with her cubs that came right up to the balcony. The cubs played in a tree right in front of our balcony while the mama bear just sat in front of us about 10 feet away. It was so peaceful to just sit out there and watch nature, enjoying the views.
The property owner was excellent with communication and making sure we had anything we needed.

"Great Stay! - To start off, the host is absolutely superb to communicate and work with. Justin answered any questions instantly and was a pleasure to book with. The property is up in the mountains, quite high in the mountains, so be aware of that when you book. Check in was super easy. The view from the back patio is phenomenal. We were able to see bears daily! They walk around the property quite frequently. Home was clean and has what we needed for your stay, but we did bring extra bath towels and beach towels for the pool. Pool was always warm( heated). The property is away from the hustle and bustle but it is close enough to get into town to do things! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Cozy and Quiet Condo in the Smokies - We had a great visit to the Smokies. Communication with Justin was great. There were a few issues in the condo (master bedroom remote didn’t work and sofa bed was broken and completely unusable). He offered to send someone to fix but we declined because we didn’t necessarily need it for our trip. Hopefully the sofa bed will be fixed because I think I read another review that mentioned this. Beds and pillows were very comfy and plenty of towels and linens. Location is great, close to Gatlinburg strip. We saw 2 black bears in the parking lot one night and several others on the trip!"

"GREAT! - Everything was great! Of course there will always be something wrong because nothing is perfect,(coffee pot leaked, pillow cases had some droole) but overall we really enjoyed and it was very relaxing."

"Beautiful location in the perfect place. Right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge it was minutes away from everything. Justin is responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Host also made sure to mention to use ggle maps as sometimes waze doesn’t route the mountain correctly. Pay very close attention to take Campbell lead road to Wiley Oakley drive (up not down) look at ggle maps for visual. We made the wrong turn and ended up taking AlPenrose drive which was a dangerous road that locals avoid. Overall is was an amazing stay."

"Scenic, fully loaded with everything needed - It was great location on top of the mountain, clean, everything was available even baby chair, utensils for kids and story books as well. Easy check in process, a bit of curvy drive but worth it, next to ober mountain park and ski resort. Overall great place to live with family."

"Great location with a nice view. Easy to park right outside the door and just one set of stairs to go down to get inside. Comfortable bed. Apartment needed minor fixes in places, host very responsive and working on these. Overall well worth visiting!"

"Girls Trip - Me and my girls enjoyed our weekend getaway here in Gatlinburg. The Mountain Views were gorgeous. The condo was nice, neat, clean, and in a quiet area. About 15 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip and 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge."

"We decided to change it up from the usual cabin on this most recent trip to the mountains, and don't regret it all. The condo was very quiet, everything was clean, we didn't end up using the kitchen, but it was well equipped, the set up was perfect for ourselves and the kids, and the views from the back porch were amazing. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"The condo was so cute, it was exactly how the listing was. Justin responded very quickly anytime I had a question. We saw bears right outside every night but none ever bothered anyone. The view was pretty especially in the evening when the sun was going down. We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, we loved our stay. Justin was very prompt with communications. The condo had everything we needed, including a highchair, play pen, and extra blankets. My kids' favorite parts were the heated pool and seeing the bears! My only recommendation is to bring your own towels for swimming and showering because there are only a few in the condo."

"Scenic getaway - Quaint condo at the top of a mountain. The view was wonderful to watch the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal. Great location close to downtown Gatlinburg for restaurants and the Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking. The pool was very nice to have access to with the hot weather. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"This was an amazing vacation and the condo was exactly what we needed and wanted. The view was amazing and we saw lots of wildlife. The only downfall that I found was the road leading to the condo. I wish it would have been communicated better how terrifying the road leading to the condo was. In our truck the road was very narrow and it was extremely difficult and scary navigating up the road to the condo. We wanted a view and that did not disappoint so I knew that we would have to travel up the mountain but the road was getting there was the worst part of our trip. Once getting there the condo had everything that we needed and wanted and it was all very clean and nice. We really felt at home and loved sitting out in the deck and even got to see several bears, which we thought was so amazing. Overall I have a 5 star because the host was very friendly and the condo was perfect for family of 4, just be aware the road is dangerous and it would be best for smaller vehicles."

"Quiet, Clean & Comfy - The place was well furnished and clean, and there was no noise from neighbors. Our group had a comfy night hanging in the living room. "We had such a great time on this last-minute mini vacation. We were a party of two adults, three kids, and an infant. The condo was large enough for all of us to be comfortable. The. views were amazing. Be warned you will feel like you are driving to Heaven on your way to the condo . The roads are steep and windy, but WHAT A VIEW when you arrive. Once we navigated the road to the condo a couple of times, it felt like the perfect distance from the town to tranquility. The kitchen is small but.frankly, I don't come to Gatlinburg to cook! It appeared to be well stocked, but we didn't use anything but a few plates, glasses, silverware, and mugs. The local restaurants are soooo good! Justin was the best and could not have been more accommodating. We will need more space if my husband and the rest of the family come next time, but if it's just my daughter and her kids again, I would not hesitate to see if this condo is available. Thank you, Justin,for being such a great host."

"Great view off the beaten path - Property listing accurate. Location was great for us. If driving on twisty windy roads bothers you, this isn't the place for you. Check in and check out was seamless. Even though it is a condo complex, we never heard the neighbors next to us or above us. Kitchen well stocked. Our only complaint would be that cleanliness wasn't up to our standards. It wasn't enough to make us not want to stay. Overall 5 stars!"
