"We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. The only thing I wish is that there had been an elevator, as carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it!"

We did have an issue with the bed, however; after contacting the host, they immediately sent someone out and got it fixed. They are very quick to help with any issues that came along! "The condo was very clean and had everything we needed provided for us! The location, parking and overall everything was very convenient. The condo is located in a perfect spot, slightly tucked away from the busyness but not even a 2 minute walk to the fun! We had a slight issue with the sink leaking, messaged the host and someone was there within 30 minutes! The stay was nothing short of amazing, if you’re looking for something convenient, a host that just wants the best for your stay, and an overall wonderful time, this would be your place to stay!"

Great central location, but not a crazy busy street with tons of noise. The space was clean and comfortable."

"The place has a hidden feel despite being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and arcades. Nice, clean and peaceful. I recommend buying some detergent to do laundry if you don't like packing up dirty clothes. Their laundry room is convenient despite not being free. This wasn't a big deal for me, but for others it might be, but there isn't an iron or ironing board, and a tall mirror would be nice. If you need to get ahold of them, they are super rersponsive. I had zero issues while here for 5 nights. I enjoyed my stay and would choose this place all again."

We were very pleased with how clean everything was and how it was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg was only 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic with so much to do in the area. "Brand new condo, perfect for family of 3. Looks same as described in the pictures. We had a wonderful stay, all the attractions & restaurants are nearby and walkable. The only downside is the building doesn’t have elevator access. Justin was very responsive when we complained of bathroom door lock. Overall best place to stay and we look forward to visit again."
