Outside, fire up the piped-in gas grill on the porch and turn dinner into an event. After dinner, step onto the back porch and sink into the bubbling hot tub where you can soak under the stars or unwind after a full day of exploring. During the summer months, you’ll also have access to a seasonal community pool just a couple of minutes away, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"The house was great. We had three teenagers that stayed in the loft/upstairs area and had plenty of space. The hot tub was used in the evenings after hiking, fishing and exploring all day. The host was incredibly responsive. You will see bears in this addition which I personally was hoping we wouldn't. They were beautiful and stayed a safe distance. Plenty of space and very clean. This Airbnb is located within a reasonable distance to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and within 45 minutes to an hour of the most beautiful hiking areas."
