Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"This is our second time coming to Gaitlinburg and this booking was very last minute but very affordable. When we walked in it was exactly as pictures featured. Area was clean, kitchen equipped and THE VIEW. Breathtaking. Pros: the views, peace,tranquility, all amenities available, pool and hot tub nearby. Kid and family friendly. It is not far from downtown Gatlinburg. Host was prompt and friendly. Con: the drive is up a hill make sure your vehicle is equipped for that. I don’t recommend coming in at night as roads can be quite foggy. We had quite a few encounters with bears while staying, keep trash in locked areas and food. Otherwise if we had the chance to come back here we would!"

"This Airbnb was so convenient and easily accessable. We had a party of 8 that fit comfortably. We had everything that we needed. Note that there isn’t a location for laundering, but it wasn’t a big deal! We had a large 15 passenger van and had no problems navigating the parking or travel to and from. Our children, young and old thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Happy kids=happy parents. Check out Trish’s diner just down the road. You won’t be disappointed. Smoky mountain zip-lining was a hit with the kiddos as well! We definitely will stay with Justin again! Excellent experience over all from start to finish!"
