Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Parking area is shared with another property, so parking is limited to 3 vehicles. We had adequate sleeping areas and baths. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pots and pans. The air conditioning kept us comfortable. There were some starter supplies, but you might take an extra bar of soap for each bath if you are staying several days. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool areas and TV's were plentiful. You will not run out of things to do!"

"Beautiful stay in the Smokies - Our family of 14 enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the VRBO rental in Pigeon Forge. The property was in a very convenient location, about 10 minutes from Dollywood. Our grandchildren and children enjoyed the all the games in the home like the pool table, the shuffleboard, movie theatre and the hot tub. We cooked all our meals there and everything worked great. Everything worked perfect in giving us a wonderful vacation"

"Spacious cabin close to all the attractions! - We had a great stay for a long weekend with family. We had a large group of 14, 7 adults and 7 children ranging from 7 years old to 13 years old. We had plenty of space for everyone! We loved having so many bathrooms and comfortable beds for all and the kids loved the hot tub and all the entertainment in the house.
