"This home is located at the top of a steep hill but was easy to find. The home looked just like the photos except for the hot tub which was actually bigger than the one in the photos. I at requested to arrive 8 hrs earlier than planned and Justin in short notice, made sure it was available and clean for our arrival. Driveway was smaller than expected and would have been nice to know. In my past experiences with rentals, there was a binder that had random info and checkout/checkout info. It’s nice to know upfront what’s expected rather then having to wait til the last day to know checkout expectations. The QR code didn’t work for the house information and had to request information. Very clean and well kept. The following are just suggestions : the hot tub lid was difficult to get off. But my husband was able to figure it out. Also the host may consider extra towels. Only one towel per person provided . With having a hot tub I would like extra towels. But there is a washer and dryer available. We greatly enjoyed our short trip and would definitely stay again !"

"TV/gas grill - Cabin was beautiful I could live there permanently. 2 out of 3 tv’s worked. One in living room the controller would’nt turn it off or on. We plugged it in and it worked(batteries was not the problem) so we plugged and unplugged it. Gas grill was rusted. No gas to use it. The one that was hooked up to the grill might have had some gas in it but the knob would not turn on. A tv guide of what channel you can watch would be nice. Roku don’t have number pads once you go to live tv. With it raining quite a bit we were in the cabin. Perfect for downtown access."

"Family vacay - This home was very beautiful ! It was very close to the attractions in pigeon forge about 2 mins . It’s also not far from Gatlinburg about a 16 min drive ! I loved that fact that the cabin wasn’t high in the mountains just a steep hill that’s about it ! I loved that the host had essentials for toddlers . The home was spacious, clean and we loved that the hot tub had Bluetooth ! The neighbors wasn’t loud at all . Justin was very responsive if I had any questions ! "Just as described, nice little cabin - We only stayed two nights but the cabin was perfect for 4 adults. We didn't use any of the appliances in the kitchen but did use the fireplace and the hot tub. Everything was as described in the listing. Communication with Justin was quick. The beds were comfortable and the overall amenities in the cabin were very nice. I wanted a view where I could see the mountains every morning. I was on top of that mountain view! We enjoyed being so close to the Parkway. Close to everything. Enjoyed the Dixie Stampeed, Dollywood, Caves Cove, the local shops, and the Pink Jeep Tours (amazing and informative). The Alamo Steak House was good. Old Mill, ok. Really enjoyed the Apple Barn. "Great place to stay! - The Fox's Den was a great place for us as we stayed in midJuly. It was an easy place to find and made for a great location for us to commute to and from Gatlinburg. Justin made sure we were taken care of and had great communication from time of us booking our trip until we left. We did enjoy the hottub and the grill. There was even a highchair for our 1 year old to use which was perfect. We did also enjoy the Fox's Den guest message book for guests to leave messages in, we were sure to leave ours as well. "Family Getaway - We enjoyed our trip! The Cabin is very cute the beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the TV in the main living area. But, we took that as a sign to spend more time together as a family. We bought games since the weather was rainy and the covered porched was the perfect place to play! We loved the hot tub. "My wife and I stayed at Justin’s Airbnb in Pigeon Forge 4 nights. The house is as attractive in real life as it is in the pictures. The two decks are private and one is screened so it can be enjoyed without insects in May. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans useful to supplement the central air that works well and avoid wasteful AC use. The kitchen has a full size fridge (never take for granted). The furniture and wall accessories in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen are mountain and bear-themed as well as functional. Hot water worked well. Although we didn’t bring children, one of the closets stored 2 cribs (1 portable) and a high chair. Good access to restaurants, gas stations, entertainment (we went to “Country Tonite”) and of course Smoky Mountains National Park and Dollywood. Be ready for your vehicle to climb a steep hill to get to the property. Our mini-SUV handled it well. Justin was very responsive when we had questions but we didn’t have many since the property met our needs."

"I will say this wasn’t our first choice of where to stay for one of Justin’s places BUT due to unfortunate circumstances the one I booked was unavailable and he was sooooo quick to get us moved to one of his other locations with the same requests (hot tub, 2 beds, 1-2 bath, etc). He was amazing with his response time and was always helpful and made sure everything was taken care of, I didn’t have any unanswered questions or wasn’t confused about any of the process (especially during the cabin switch). His cabin made us feel right at home….it was so quiet (despite construction across the street but that was only on one day and is unpredictable for these circumstances) but it was exactly what we wanted and we’re looking for on our “quick mini get away from reality” vacation….quiet, clean, easy to get around kitchen, things to do, etc. we were definitely able to hit our reset buttons during our stay before coming back to reality of families and work. "Great cabin! - The cabin was beautiful and just as described in the listing. All of the communication with Justin and Kari was easy and painless and they were incredibly helpful. The location was great at it was just far enough away from the town to get away from the traffic and noise but still easy to get to everything. "This cabin was really beautiful and has a homey feel to it, loved the way it was decorated and the furniture and beds were very comfortable and the location was really nice and quite. It is also in a perfect location, its right between Sevierville and Gatlinburg as we visited both and it was right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We really enjoyed every bit of it! The fireplace was very nice and it really warmed the cabin up fast. The hot tub on the deck was nice as well but my favorite was the jacuzzi tub upstairs, I loved it. Justin was really nice and very helpful on anything I asked him. He responded very quickly when I had any questions. I would definitely give this cabin 5 stars, and Would definitely stay there again if we come back."

"Family Girls Trip - What a wonderful week it was for our family. This cabin is very clean and well taken care of. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were given beginner toilet paper and paper towels. We brought extra of both but didn't even need to open our paper towels. This cabin is located in a very nice neighborhood of other cabins. It was secluded from all the hustle and bustle from PF but just a short (6-8 mins) drive from everything! There is one cabin right next door but we just pulled our shade down and we had privacy. While sitting outside on the last night I was greeted by a lovely skunk. Eeeekk! I just made a quick noise and it went back out the way it came in. There is a small RIP in the screen by the door leading out to the hot tub so I just pulled the trash can over in front of it 🙂 We loved the outside screened in porch. I would suggest some bug spray for late night soaks in the hot tub. Overall, this cabin was everything we expected and more. The hosts responded quickly with any questions. Very kind too. We look forward to visiting this exact cabin again in the future!"

"Amazing Location and Perfect Family Vacation Spot - Our family of 5 was thrilled to be welcomed by a clean cabin loaded with all we needed to feel like we are "home" during vacation. (We even found scissors in the kitchen drawer to cut our kids' freezer pops!) The cabin is conveniently located minutes away from the main strip and surrounding attractions, but nestled privately in a calming, clean, beautiful neighborhood. We loved the short walk to the pool, which was well maintained with restrooms and plenty of chairs and tables. We were provided "starter" supplies (dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) that sufficed until we made a trip to the store. We were thankful for that. All areas of the cabin were clean, which made this germaphobe mom SO HAPPY. I was witness to the hot tub next door being fully drained in between occupants, which was also reassuring on the cleanliness front. Our family would definitely (and hopefully will) return to this exact location again in the future. We highly recommend this perfect cabin! You won't regret it."

"Great location - Cabin is on a mountain, but seconds away from the strip. You get the peace and quiet while seconds away from all the entertainment. Literally 2 minutes away from the entrance to the Smoky Mountains State Park. The cabin is beautiful with great decor. My family and I will definitely be back!"
