★ENTERTAINMENT★ Inside the condo, the electric fireplace creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes evenings feel extra cozy, especially after a day out exploring. Settle into the living area and stream your favorite shows, movies, or music on the Roku TV, giving you endless entertainment options right at your fingertips. Step outside onto your private balcony, and you’ll find a couple of chairs perfectly positioned for taking in the view. Start your day with coffee and sunrise views, and wind down in the evening as the sky changes color over the ridges. It’s quiet, scenic, and endlessly relaxing. Beyond the condo, the resort offers a variety of shared amenities that add even more to your stay. The clubhouse is a major highlight, featuring a heated indoor pool that you can enjoy year-round. Right alongside are the two community hot tubs, perfect for soaking and unwinding after a full day of activities. During warmer months, the fun extends outdoors with a seasonal heated pool located at the entrance of the resort, giving you another option for cooling off and enjoying the sunshine. There is also a picnic area with charcoal grills, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals outside.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
★PARKING★ Free parking for 2-3 vehicles on premises.
Please note that the driveway leading to the condo is steep, narrow, and winding, which is common for mountain properties. In normal conditions, most guests manage it without issue, but in the event of bad weather, a 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended for safe access.

"This little place is a unicorn! I’m so happy I jumped on this property when I saw it. It’s about a 10 minute drive into Gatlinburg but located in a very quiet area with beautiful views. The condo itself is so cute and VERY clean!! We had no issues at all. We will definitely look for this little gem when we return for our next trip. PS, you will see bears here. They come up each evening between 7/9pm. Great place to spend our anniversary week."

"My stay at this studio condo was exactly what I needed. The condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. My absolute favorite feature was the bed area tucked beside the large windows. It felt cozy, peaceful, and inviting, and waking up to natural light and beautiful views of the trees each morning was such a treat. It quickly became my favorite spot to relax, read, journal, reflect, and simply enjoy the serenity of the mountains. My second favorite feature was the private balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and mountain scenery. I spent several quiet moments outside enjoying the fresh air, listening to nature, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect extension of the living space and added so much to the overall experience.
