Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"The house was everything we could have hoped for. There were a few things that probably need to be addressed, and I have privately messaged the host about so they can address them, but would not prevent me from renting it again. The host was great, quick to answer any questions I had and was kind and friendly. The A/C... it works, LOL which is completely appreciated in the dead of summer in a heat wave. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the bathrooms were stocked. I give the host and the house 5 stars!"

"Quite neighborhood, very clean house, pretty view, all appliances, etc., worked perfect. Liked how light switches, etc., were all labeled with what they turned on. Light motion detector outside the front entrance was a nice feature. Thermostats were simple to use and a/c worked just right. Clear, easy, and prompt communication with the host. Bathrooms were designed well and very clean. Top notch facility!"

"The cabin was very spacious for a group of 6. The location was close to GSM national park, Dollywood without being in the town busyness. The kitchen was well equipped. "We had a great time staying here and really enjoyed the cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting was peaceful, and everything was well set up for an easy, enjoyable stay. The only minor downside was the hot tub seemed smaller then when we stayed in September 2025 it barely fit 4 people this time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are already planning to come back in September!"

"Birdies and Bearcubs was the absolute perfect getaway for me and my family. The location was so convenient, the views were gorgeous, and the space was incredibly clean! The living room had adequate space, the kitchen well supplied, and the game room had enough to do so we didn't feel the need to always be on the run. Of course the Favorite was the Hot Tub on the beautiful back deck and the Mountain views. My family will definitely be returning to this place. Highly recommend!"

"The house was a great layout for 2 couples and 2 adult children...so a good space for families. The house is at the end of the road so although you are in a residential neighborhood it does feel private. The large deck was nice for coffee in the morning, we also enjoyed the hot tub one evening. The open layout was good for cooking thanksgiving dinner while watching football! Great location for Dollywood activities including Dollywood and Dixie Stampede. Communication with Justin was great - he answered many of my questions quickly...we had a little trouble finding the door code, but Justin responded quickly."

"It is just an awesome place to stay. We stayed four families together and had a good experience in the cabin. Owners are so responsive. But the checkout is different 10AM from regular checkouts which happen at 11 AM usually. We have requested for additional an hour but refused with his personal commitments. When we stay with infants or toddlers. It would be great to understand the situation and extend at least an hour. Overall I am happy to recommend this Cabin to others as well. Happy staying"

"The cabin is centrally located and easy to get to. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and minutes to Dollywood. With 4 bedrooms, bunk beds and futon there is plenty of room for large families. Very clean cabin and well equipped kitchen. The kids really enjoyed playing video games and shooting pool. Great views from the porch and perfect spot for your morning coffee. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this cabin. The host Justin was amazing! Would definitely return."

"We went for a family trip with my parents and our kids in their 20s. The location was great. Convenient to everything but not right in the middle of noise and chaos. My parents are older and I have a bad knee, so we loved having 2 bedrooms downstairs. That is hard to find. Very true to the pictures in the listing. I would definitely stay again."

"This place was a great place for my family to get together and stay under one roof. Our main attraction was Dollywood and this cabin was extremely close. This cabin is at a dead end which provided lots of parking for us and a neighborhood pool. Beautiful views out the back porch. If we ever needed a large place to stay, we would look into this again."

"We had a wonderful today and Justin was very quick to respond with any help that we required. We had a small issue with the code at check in but was easily resolved. The location was ideal for our activities and allowed enough space for everyone. We traveled with 2 sets of grandparents and having 2 kings suites downstairs was perfect! Great views as well!!"
