IMPORTANT: This is pet friendly which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Overall, this was a great stay! Upon arrival the GPS got a little confused and routed us to the property behind the rental instead, but it was easy to reroute and find the property. We checked in a few minutes early since we arrived before 4pm, upon arrival we did notice the upstairs toilet was broken, the company was notified within 30 minutes of check-in, and while the were otherwise VERY quick at responding, they didn’t respond to this message until I sent a follow up 4hours later. After they were engaged though the toilet was fixed within 12 hours and was a seamless fix! The cabin is within about 5-10 minutes of the main strip in Pigeon Forge and was convenient to get to and from, though (as advertised) not walkable to the strip. The community was quiet and well maintained and the pool was an added bonus! We would consider rebooking for future trip! If you’re planning to have several meals in the cabin the kitchen may be a little tight, otherwise was a perfect fit for us!"

"This was a great stay for our little family of 6 (4 adults and 2 small children). We decided to leave the dogs at home in the end, but could have brought them if we wanted to…although adding 2 dogs would have made it a tight fit. The cabin is close to town. If you book it, remember #94 and that will help you figure out which cabin is yours!"

"Easy to find! The house was gorgeous and great for two couples! Internet was a bit spotty when connected to phones and tablets, but streaming on the TVs worked great. I’ve stayed in another cabin with Avadas before and they were both great. Our favorite things in both cabins were the fire places! The jacuzzi was a great plus."

"The cabin was perfect. Nestled in mountains and wooded area. Everything was beautiful clean and easy to navigate. He definitely spoiled us with a bath tub and jacuzzi on the porch. We unfortunately don’t have a bathtub at our current house so it was so relaxing and perfect. The host had to move us into a different cabin due to an issue but he was responsive and did everything to fix and correct the situation. We couldn’t thank him enough. I highly recommend and we definitely will be going back"

"An absolutely beautiful cabin! The hot tub on the main floor for one couple and then the jetted tub in the basement for another couple was the perfect way to spend our time relaxing. The kitchen and living room was great for when we wanted to hang with each other. The strip was extremely close, but yet we felt like we were still secluded in the woods! Justin was a great host, responsive to any of our conversations. We will be back!!"

"Cabin was beautiful and very cozy. It was just my husband and our dog Guido. Cabin was very clean and well stocked with just the essentials. Had one small issue but Justin was “Johnny on the spot” and we handled it. Great location close to everything. Cabin is tucked back in an area away from a lot of noise. This cabin did not have a yard just a very steep drop off so if you are bringing small kids be aware but perfect for a couple just looking to getaway for some “us” time. Will definitely be rebooking with Justin in the near future."

"Our stay was great! We didn’t spend too much time in the Cabin due to trying to get as much packed into our weekend as we could. It was in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Close to town but still had the country feel to it. The cabin was exactly how it was described a listed. Despite there not being a yard to play in my 3 young children has plenty of room to run out their energy after being cooped up in the car. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!"

"The cabin was really nice plenty of space for my family of 7. Very close to all the strip where everything is located. Be prepared to bring extra garbage bags , toilet paper, dishwashing liquid if you’re staying for a few days. The internet did keep going in and out so we had to reset but wasn’t a big deal. Because we had alot of devices using it WiFi. Will definitely stay again!"
