Please note that this property uses a well water source, which is common for cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Due to the natural minerals in the water, you may notice a strong sulfur smell. Rest assured, the water is safe for use and adds to the authentic mountain experience. The cabin has a water filtration system for sulfur from the well. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us ahead of your stay!

"Such an amazing place if you are looking to disconnect from the outside world, and reconnect with your loved ones. It has the privacy of being remote, while still having easy access to all the attractions and shopping. We knew neighbors were around, but didn’t see anyone the whole time we were there. I was nervous driving in because some of the homes had limited parking. I was so relieved when we pulled up. It’s arguably the best parking in the community. This was a short trip. However, we were lucky on the second night. Got to watch three bears roaming around outside until they disappeared back into the trees. Friendly heads up for hot sleepers, top floor (king bed) is pretty warm in the summer. For reference, our crew likes it 70 or below at bedtime. That was hard to achieve before midnight. It’s still 100% worth it for the panoramic views, and all the amenities this place has to offer. We just plan to bring an extra fan next time."

"Beautiful cabin to stay in for a trip! The road up to the cabin is very curvy so make sure you are comfortable with that. The water is well water so it will smell but the hot water for the shower smell went away very quickly. Only one person could shower or flush at a time, as the water pressure was weak if more than one thing was running. We saw bears right underneath the porch one morning so be aware of your surroundings. There was little service driving through the neighborhood, but service was good once back at the cabin. Games were fun for the family! Very close to restaurants and main strip. Bring your own water bottles, don’t drink the tap water. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions and their cabin was super cute!! Overall, the experience was relaxing and would definitely be back to the house!"
