"I stayed here with my sister and our 5 kiddos for a “sister/cousin trip”. Our 2 other sisters and their 3 kiddos ended up staying somewhere else but Avada was kind enough to let them come have dinner with us 1 night. We couldn’t find the foosball tables balls and they were so kind to have someone deliver some while we were out of the cabin for a bit even though I insisted it was okay. They always responded to us when we needed something and were always polite. We absolutely loved our stay and would hands down recommend them and return ourselves!! Thank you Avada LLC!!"

"Beautiful location. Nice huge deck with rocking chairs. The house is great for a large family. Perfect place to stay if you’re planning a Dollywood trip. It’s only about maybe 10 minutes away and just on the right end of veterans parkway so not a lot of traffic. We enjoyed this place very much."

"Willow Heights is the perfect cabin for a mountain getaway! It is located off the main highway, making access to surrounding locations very convenient! It has a paved driveway that fits many vehicles. Our group of 8 had no issues parking our numerous cars lol However, the driveway is a little steep. So be cautious! Cabin is well stocked with all necessities. Hot tub is steaming hot and in a secluded area of the property. Justin was a wonderful host! We were so blessed to spend our mountain get away at Willow Heights!! We can’t wait to return in the future!"

"Close to town without being in town so it was private and quiet. The location is a little hard to find at first and the driveway is in a sharp turn so easy to miss. We didn’t have instructions for the door lock so figuring that out took a few minutes to get in and to lock it back behind us when we left the first time. I liked the open floor plan with having our kids rooms right across from us so I wasn’t worried being on another level than them but we all had our own space (5 of us) The floor tiles in the master bath were very busted so I was worried about someone getting cut and the cabin smelled like urine/musty the first couple of days but overall it was a nice place to stay, the host was quick to respond to any questions we had and we would stay here again."

Justin made sure it was capable. Anytime we messaged for anything (very minimal), he was very responsive, and helpful! "We had a great stay here! We were a bit bummed that the foosball table was broken, but the arcade game was a huge hit! The hot tub was great and everything was very clean. The only negative was that the showers were extremely fiddly to get to the right temperature/ turn off and there was only enough hot water to fill the tub about a third of the way. There were large TVs in every room, the beds were comfortable, and Justin was very responsive and helpful! The location also felt much more private than some of the other cabins we saw nearby. We had little kids with us, and the RV park across the street let us use their river access for free to throw rocks in the river, and the Gatlinburg Greenway was close-by and was a great place for kids to ride bikes/scooters. We are looking forward to coming back!"

"This place was in the perfect location for our first visit to the area. It was very clean and comfortable. If I had to make 1 recommendation it would be to add another couch for more seating in the living room and add a better speaker system for the living room TV. (Okay 2 things .) Because of the very high ceilings,the TV speaker alone wasn’t easy to hear. Amenities were fantastic and the kids enjoyed hanging in the hot tub every chance they had. It was a rainy weekend when we arrived so having the hot tub, arcade game and TV helped pass the time. We would definitely choose this spot again."

"This cabin was so beautiful and nice. We had a great time while we were here. They had everything we needed for our baby as well which was absolutely amazing. The hot tub was very nice. The only problem I think we had was the doors in the master bedroom don’t close good or lock and the shower head in there wasn’t that good,the shower in the hallway we could never figure out how to get it to completely turn off either. "My first AirBNB experience- place was exactly as pictured. It was clean and spacious. Hot tub and Foos ball table not utilized due to the cold but a nice deck. it was quiet and we had no problems. A very nice high chair for use. Honestly did not even go in the bedrooms or the bath that were used by my adult granddaughters. The jetted tub in the master bath was wonderful, as I only have a walk in shower, so that was a real treat! I would have liked mixing bowls to use in cooking meals. Would stay again for sure! TY!"

"This place has an awesome wrap around porch on almost all 4 sides! The foosball table was so fun! It was very spacious and well worth the money! There was only 1 extra blanket and the temps got down to 54° one night, which wasn’t a problem inside, but would have liked to sit outside on the porch drinking coffee w a lap blanket. "Overall our stay was amazing! Perfect size and amenities for our family! The location was pretty far out of the way from downtown. There was some trash in the master bedroom on the floor and hair in the showers, but otherwise clean! My only legit complaint is there’s no water pressure in the master bathroom shower. It was so minimal we could not even use the shower. Justin was very responsive and friendly!"

"This place was absolutely beautiful! When you walk into the house you know that it’s a true cabin! Very spacious and clean. Loved the long porch with the view into the woods. I also was able to walk down the driveway with my 3 year old son the walk up the mountain enjoying the weather and the view. There is so much to do in the area! I felt like we were right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy access to both places with everything for the entire family or even couples! We hated the fact that we couldn’t stay longer! "This was our first visit to Tennessee. It was amazing! The cabin was beautiful and clean. "My family had a great time in the cabin! It was a peaceful and cozy place in the mountains but close enough to Pigeon Forge and only 25-30 minutes to get to the Smoky Mountain parks. It was everything we were looking for in a cabin and with two little kids, having a high chair at the house for meals was such a huge plus. Justin checked in frequently with me to make sure our stay was going well and if I had any questions he was very quick to respond. We will certainly keep this place in mind in the future for when we visit again."

"We loved our stay at the cabin! We were primarily in town to visit Dollywood and the cabin is an easy 10 minute drive (at the most) to the park. The cabin was just as described in the listing, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was clean and ready for us. Justin was extremely communicative both before and during our trip, and the recommendations provided helped us plan the rest of our trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (this was our first time there and we had no idea there was so much in the area to do!). As a mom to two older kids I was appreciative each room had an internet connected TV so we could sleep in in the mornings while on vacation, lol! The hot tub and arcade were a lot of fun as well. 🙂 We would definitely visit this cabin again for another trip to the Smokey Mountains."

"We loved our stay here. Cabin is beautiful just like on the pictures. There are couple cabins close by but the cabin is still very private and peaceful! The outdoor was nice except that there was not much to walk around as the main road is very close by. No hiking/walking trails near by that we seen. Justin is super nice and quick to respond about everything. He kept me posted with all the info we needed for our stay. Gatlinburg and pigeon forge were about 25 min away and it’s a smooth drive. Close to Dollywood, but far enough from the madness of the Parkway. we travel to the smokies several times a year and always look for a cabin away from the high traffic areas and this did not disappoint. There is an Aldi a few miles away, which was super convenient. The only things I would change (which is 100% personal preference) would be to have enough seating in the living area so everyone could set down and watch a movie. The automatic welcome message that came through the day after we arrived came through at 6:00 AM central time, which woke me up and was way too early even it it would have been 7:00 AM."

"This cabin was amazing. It met all our expectations. We wanted to be close to Gatlinburg but out of the busy town and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the hot tub. Justin was fabulous about communicating and even provided us with a detailed pdf that included places of interest in the area. We highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back."

"Great place for a family to relax and also enjoy the area. The property was very clean and check in was a breeze. Justin was very prompt in responding when I did reach out to him regarding check in. We had plenty of room for our family of five and all the necessary amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. Also, the place is not far up in the mountains so that made it easy to get to. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property for families looking to enjoy the Pigeon Forge area."

"Feb 17 - 21 of 2022 - We enjoyed the location of the cabin it was a short trip to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was surprisingly baby friendly and that was great for us with a 16 month old. The 2 teenage boys Ioved the arcade game and we enjoyed it being in the living room so they were in the same room with us in the evenings. We didn’t have any issues while we were there and that is always a good thing. The check in and check out process was easy and communication with the owners was top notch."

"3 King Bedrooms, Awesome! - Love, love, love that all 3 bedrooms had king beds and were Comfortable! The cabin is so pretty. Location is easy access to Pigeon Forge and also Gatlinburg Arts and Craft district, easy to get into Gatlinburg without the traffic of the parkway. Nice quiet location with a deck that spans almost 360 degrees around the cabin. Great for little kids to ride their bike or push scooter."

"very comfortable house. - the house was exactly as advertised. beds were very comfortable. we had a couple of minor issues (outside lights not working). I sent an FYI message to owner. they sent someone over immediately to fix. so very responsive to issues. we were there to go to dollywood. about 10 minutes from house, so easy trip from house. very quiet at night. great deck and porch."

"My family and I had a great time here! The arcade game was so fun. The layout of the house is great! Three rooms with three kings and no stairs. "Great Cabin, Great Location - We traveled for to Pigeon Forge for a last minute get away. Cabin was very clean and exactly as pictured. Large bedrooms with plenty of storage (closets and dressers in all rooms and all bedrooms have large TVs. We loved the wrap around deck, majority of the deck is covered which allowed us to still enjoy the outdoors in the the rain. The cornhole boards and foose ball table were nice surprises. Location is ideal, an easy 15-20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge activities. Gas station/convenience store less than five minutes away. Easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend."
