"The cabin has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is incredible. I wanted a view with as few other buildings in it, and this delivered. We spent hours on the porches and used the hot tub several times. It is convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and was an easy drive to swimming at the Townshend Wye and exploring the National Park. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture."

"The views were AMAZING. It felt private and secluded and yet it only took 10 minutes to get into town-incredible location. The hot tub was perfect on cool mornings and after a long day of activities. It fits four which fit our family perfectly. We noticed the AC was not working but Justin had a company come fix it right away and it was great after that. He was very quick to respond to every message. Wonderful host! We loved the card table, pool table, arcade and movie theater seating. Hours of entertainment! The kitchen had every kind of pot/pan/utensil/dishes/cooking appliance you could possibly need. Crockpot, blenders, drip coffee, Keurig, cast iron, nonstick, strainers, casserole pans, cutting boards etc. Best stocked vacation home we’ve ever been in!As others have said, the steep spiral staircase was difficult to bring suitcases up and down but they were manageable. Being a completely wood cabin, you could hear the wood creak anytime someone on the floor above you moved so just be aware in case you’re a light sleeper. We loved that each bedroom had a fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub, TV and king sized beds. DirecTV and WiFi was great and a lot of hockey/NBA playoff games were watched. "The views from here are spectacular! We loved the location and the weather was sunny most of the time we were there. There were so many different types of plant life - loved seeing it, but my allergies did not. lol. Each of the bedrooms had a whirlpool bathtub and a TV, which was nice, since I came with family. The kitchen was fully stocked and the downstairs room with the theatre seating was a very nice touch, although watching movies was hard due to the the internet not really functioning most of our stay. To the credit of the company managing the property though, they did try to fix it. They sent someone out on one day, who was unable, but did send another one later on, who was able to get it working. I would say to others going there, the staircases to get upstairs or downstairs are very narrow. If you have elderly individuals or those with medical conditions, they should definitely stay on the main level. The area is situated in the middle of everything - not far from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Cade's Cove, which we visited three times while we were there. We did indeed, see a lot of wildlife including bears, wild horses, deer, turkeys and a coyote! The only suggestion I might have is to include at least one full-length mirror in the house, as there weren't any in any of the rooms. Other than that, we loved our place, and the area!"

"Awesome views, very clean. Beach lounge chairs are provided by Palm Bay, but they don’t provide umbrellas, you can rent one at the beach, around 28. We got lucky and there was a beach umbrella in the closet along with beach toys and kid floats. There were only a couple of small issues that are not real issues, more of an inconveniences. No paper towels, no salt n pepper and no grill utensils. These were fixed with a quick Instacart order and we didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely stay here again even if we have to plan our vacation around when this unit available lol."

"Great getaway - The drive to the property was a little unexpected and rough with the weather and darkness. There was a very sharp turn with little room to maneuver around. Very secluded and private. The cabin itself was very clean and homely feeling. We had 7 adults and a teenager there was plenty of room. "Awesome views and pretty close to everything - This cabin had amazing views and was located in a central location to most tourist attractions. Even the views to the cabin were great although some of the roads were pretty narrow. The cabin was 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge going one way and 15 the other. While the cabin was clean, the hot tub was not running and was ice cold. My husband later found the breaker box and was able to find the fuse was tripped. He reset it and it worked the remainder of our trip. Before hand he did message the owner and was able to discuss the issue and get it resolved promptly. Not sure if that happens often but it was pretty windy when we arrived and the straps on the tub are not tied down to the tub, so the lid was off. That could have been the issue with it trying to heat too long."

"Justin is communicative and ensured everything went smoothly. The patio decks are were lovely! Great for peaceful mornings with coffee or sunsets with wine. The cabin was clean and cozy. You can hear each other on the middle and top floors but not an issue. Everyone woke up well rested with window scenery. Bottom floor contains pool table and jacuzzi along with theater room. The chairs in the theater room were comfy. Board games were in the living room, including Taboo and Monopoly. Overall the place fit us three couples perfectly! The bunk beds are a great addition for those with children also equipped with high chairs for little ones. Regarding drive, it’s a little ways up. We’re from Houston Tx area which is flat so we were a little nervous driving up the mountain but that’s expected if you want a view you get accustomed to it after the second drive. Can’t stress this enough, views were impeccable!"

The bedrooms are very comfortable with each having a king size bed, tv, fireplace, and jacuzzi tub.
