Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"We went for our son’s birthday and vacation, we had an itinerary that we wanted to complete and we got to everything because everything was walking distance away from the cabin. We had the chance to see a bear every single day of our stay and we absolutely loved that, we had gone to North Carolina about 4 times hoping to see bears and the we didn’t see one until we came here. "Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The host was very accommodating with check-in time, and they were proactive in checking in with us and providing clear instructions. The property was clean and well maintained. We did notice a few cockroaches during our stay, but it was still acceptable considering the cabin is located in a mountain area. The entertainment options were great, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. One small suggestion would be to provide a few extra blankets and some disposable toiletries for guests. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed at the cabin for our Thanksgiving week and truly enjoyed all aspects of the cabin! We were able to use the hot tub, cook s’mores over the fire and take in the breathtaking mountains! We relaxed, utilized the beautiful kitchen and all of the kitchen utensils were available for us to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Our children truly enjoyed the game room and the bunkbeds! We loved the full size windows that allowed light in the house! Such a breath of fresh air!! We hoped to see a bear, but I’m sure at this time of the year they were hibernating. Look forward to staying again, when we’re in Gatlinburg, Tennessee!"

"We had a wonderful long weekend at the 3 Bears cabin! House was pristine, well furnished and comfortable. It is on a quiet street with little traffic. Saw a mama bear and 2 cubs every day. They came on the porch to check things out and went on their merry way! The hot tub and front porch propane fire pit was amazing! My 3 year old granddaughter loved The Island in Pigeon Forge! Everything in Gatlinburg was decorated lovely for Christmas! Justin was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to reply and respond to all questions. "Justin’s Cabin at 3 Little Bears was a beautiful, clean space with comfortable beds for all- even the bunk beds. Do take the warning seriously about bears in the area! They clearly do have a morning & evening routine to roam through the area, including on the porches & checking your cars- even going as far as to open doors if unlocked. I personally love bears- so this was awesome for my group. Just be aware & have a buddy system for being outside & carrying things in from your car. 10/10 recommend this cabin & booking with Justin!"

The kitchen could use a new frying pan & some mold was detected in the shower & bathtub on 3rd floor. For the bedrooms a dresser for the clothes would be beneficial. "My family had a fantastic stay! It was myself along with my husband, my father in law, and our three boys. It was minutes away from the state park and downtown Gatlinburg. We spent a lot of time hiking, and even drove to Cherokee, NC to teach our boys about the Cherokee people. The hot tub was a hit and we had to beg them to get out of it in the evenings. Would definitely stay again!"

"We've used AirBnB a few times now and this has been the best stay we've had so far. Everything was very clean including the hot tub, and the cabin is quite new and quite spacious! It's a 1-minute drive to either the GSMNP or the main strip in Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend and it's worthy of a 4.5 to 5 star rating. The only very minor issue was that in a couple of the rooms the blinds are a bit too short and don't cover the whole window. Thank you Justin for a great stay!"
