Well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! Gather around the inviting dining table or the alfresco dining area on the deck to share stories about the day's adventures.
★ENTERTAINMENT★ Start in the game room where you can challenge your friends and family to an exciting match of Air Hockey, or take on a game of Foosball for a friendly rivalry. The spacious game room is designed for nonstop fun, making it the perfect spot to spend rainy days or late nights with the whole group. Step outside, and the fun continues with a wide array of outdoor activities. Just beyond the back deck, a friendly game of Cornhole awaits in the yard—perfect for casual competition while enjoying the fresh mountain air, or fire up the propane grill on the lower-level deck and host a lakeside cookout. For water lovers, Three Horizons Retreat offers direct access to Douglas Lake with a private floating dock and boat slip. After an action-packed day, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading to the ultimate relaxation spot—the bubbling hot tub—perfect way to unwind under a canopy of stars. Let the warm water soothe your muscles as you recount the day's adventures or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountain night.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Please note that water levels in the area are typically not high enough to accommodate boats until late June at the earliest. There is no boat launch available at the property. Guests will need to use the nearest public boat ramp, located approximately 3 miles from the house, to launch their vessel. From there, they may navigate to the property’s dock; however, the canal may not be deep enough to support certain types of boats (e.g., V-hull vessels). We recommend planning accordingly.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
★PARKING★ Free parking for 5-6 vehicles in premises. Feel free to bring the RV along with your boat and all of your water toys!

"We do air b&bs a lot. This one ranks right up at the top! House was well stocked. Very comfortable and we loved the dock and lake toys! Although, the pics on your listing do not do justice to the actual views! They are stunning! The host was great. There was an AC issue on the day we were arriving. We were notified about it ahead of time and it was fixed before we got there. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was perfect for my family’s trip to Douglas lake. There were 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children.) we had plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and the inside was well maintained. The house is currently for sale and the outside needed some landscaping attention but that didn’t affect us or our stay. The views from the back porch are amazing overlooking the cove of the lake. We enjoyed sitting around the propane fire pit on the back porch every evening. We had 3 boats and they all fit perfectly at the floating dock located on the property. The kids enjoyed using the paddle board that came with the house. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone said they slept well. Only recommendation is one of the bedrooms in the basement that has the bathroom attached does not have locking doors for the bedroom. It does not effect anything but if the person staying in that room wanted privacy it could effect that. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, pots etc… the washer and dryer are newer and worked great. The hot tub fit 4 adults comfortably and was really nice to soak and drink the morning coffee and look at the clouds coming off the mountains. The driveway at the road is a bit tight because of the mailbox and the neighbors fence and we had some slight difficulty backing our boat trailers in especially with a long bed truck. But there is plenty of room at the bottom of the drive for 3 boat trailers and 3 trucks. We would definitely stay again!"

"Justin always responded within minutes! I had an error on my behalf with the dates of our visit and Justin was able to accommodate the date change. Our 3 children enjoyed the air hockey table, while we were able to relax in the hot tub. The dock was conveniently steps away from the house. The public boat ramp was just a couple miles away. For such a large home the cleaning was immaculate. Felt just like home! Will definitely be booking again in the future!"
