"We really enjoyed our stay! Avada was a wonderful host—very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. The location is great and close to everything, which made getting around very easy. We stayed with our two pups and felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, and the apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen essentials, toilet paper, soap, and other basic items. We also appreciated having access to the washer and dryer, which were very easy to use. We ended up asking to stay an extra night, and Avada was happy to accommodate us for the additional cost. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, and we stayed on the third floor, so it was definitely a little workout. It wasn’t a problem for us, though, and it did not take away from our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This is a nice new condo complex. It is conveniently located to lots of things to do. There are no elevators, so keep this in mind when packing. The neighbors are not as desirable, but they kept to themselves."
