"The condo was in a great location, conveniently close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Island is less than a mile away from the condo. The place was very nice and clean. While the shower room showed some signs of water damage, it didn't interfere with our stay. I wasn't prepared for having to take the stairs to reach the second floor; however, that wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me. I missed that detail during my research for a place."

"Ruby 215 was in the perfect location, right off of Parkway where all the attractions are. The condo was very clean & roomy, we are a family of 4 & we were all comfortable. Hosts were very responsive, even in the late hours of night. Will express that there are no elevators in the building so if you have troubles climbing stairs, the first floor would be your best bet."

"Perfect little spot of the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of parking and we were never more than 15 minutes from where we were going for the day. Walls are a bit thin so suggest you bring a fan but no issues at all. Beds were comfy, many towels supplied.Would definitely come here again."

"A perfect place to stay to get the most out of your time enjoying Pigeon Forge! Very close to the strip and The Island. Plenty of parking and easy access to the room. Had everything plus some available in the condo to make the stay comfortable and not feel inconvenient. Highly recommend if you’re coming to Pigeon Forge w/ plans to be out and about but want somewhere refreshing to start your day and relaxing to rest your head and the end of a busy day! Also had a highchair and toddler eating essentials available for our toddler!"
