"We had a great stay at Avada! It was the perfect place for my husband and I. The A/C is a noticeable while it’s running, but it wasn’t an issue for us except occasionally while watching TV. As with many apartments, you may hear a bit of noise from upstairs neighbors from time to time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!"

"This property was as promised in all the ways. It was perfect location too from Gatlinburg and right by the major road in Pigeon Forge. It was easily accessible and the parking was awesome too! If you’re traveling with a friend it’s the perfect amount of space. The hosts were great at communicating and assisting whenever we had questions too. I would easily stay here again and I look forward to checking out the other properties this hosts has as well."

"Ruby 213 was exactly as advertised. We were in town for a Ford Truck show. Access was easy. It’s not on the main road which is a plus for me. But it is within walking distance to several restaurants. Condo was very nice for two people."

"Place was very clean walkable to all attractions and the strip. Restaurants were in walkable distance as well. The only thing I wish I would’ve known that there was no elevator. We stayed on the second floor, and it was a little bit difficult as to we’re an older couple. But Would definitely stay again."

In regard to service they are awesome! We had a smoke alarm chirping with need for a battery replacement and it was taken care of so quickly while we were at dinner our first night! "We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great—super close to the Parkway, and everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped, which was a huge plus since we were able to cook some meals and save money for activities. The unit is also in a quiet area, which we appreciated after long days out exploring. The space was a little smaller than expected, but it worked well for us since we weren’t there much. The queen bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The pull-out couch, however, wasn’t very comfortable—my teenage son could feel the springs and didn’t sleep well, so a small foam topper might help. Just a couple of tips for future guests: there is a blow dryer, but no iron, so bring one if you’ll need it. Also, even though my phone showed 5G with full bars (Verizon), service didn’t really work, so definitely connect to the Wi-Fi right away and download any info ahead of time. We had a small issue with the guidebook link not working, but the h"

"The Ruby was a brand new condo building. The condo was immaculate. The location was great, right off the strip in Pigeon Forge and not far from everything. It was a great location for our trip and the things we were doing while there. Next time, I would rent on the 1st floor, as there is no elevator. The response time of the host was prompt from beginning to end. I would recommend this condo to others and I would rent it again."
