"The unit was very clean. Responsive host during check in process. Make sure to watch the video on how to enter the building as the directions from the owners do not provide the building front door code which I presume is in video. I rented a 2nd floor unit and I didn’t find an elevator so be mindful for your luggage and or any possible stair climbing issues. The code to our room did not work, the host messaging was responsive and issued a new code. This unit was fully stocked with all kitchen necessities for cooking in. Very nice closet space. I would suggest you bring a travel iron as our unit did not have an iron or ironing board. If needed, there is an area on the 2nd floor for use of the washer and dryer. There could possibly have been an iron and ironing board there, I did not check. Reagan’s House of Pancakes is a good buffet and not too long of a wait for a party of 2-14 from what we seen. I would stay in this unit again if available for my next visit to Pigeon Forge"
