"The condo was new and very clean and it had all of the amenities we needed for a full week. It was located off of a side road from the main Parkway which made it quiet but accessible to get to all of the main attractions. We had a leak under the kitchen sink the night we arrived and it was fixed immediately by a maintenance crew. The only issue we had was the noise from the guests in the unit above ours. You could hear every footstep and the sliding of chairs above us. Other than that extra noise, it was a perfect stay."

"4 adults and 1 child stayed for 4 nights. We have been to Pigeon Forge several times and this is the closest we have stayed to The Island. If you are looking to be super close to town and walk to the Island this is it(10 minute walk). I would definitely stay again."
