Living Room
The Farmhouses living room is designed for entertainment and relaxation, so whether youre a couch potato or you spend just a few hours a day in your living room, youll get the most out of it thanks to the included amenities. Youll find a big screen TV, a fireplace, and comfortable couches in the living room so you can watch a movie, read a book, or warm up while chatting about your daily adventures.
Kitchen and Dining
Meals are an important aspect of every vacation, and while the area offers a magnitude of restaurants for every culinary craving, if you never want to leave the house to eat, you certainly dont have to! The Farmhouse offers a fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare your own farm-to-table meal, including a standard size refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, pots, pans, and cutleries. The dining area is situated right off the kitchen area, with seating large enough to gather and enjoy your meals comfortably.
Bedrooms
The main level of The Farmhouse includes one bedroom with a king bed with two additional bedrooms situated upstairs. The first bedroom on the top level has 2 full beds, and the second bedroom on the top level contains one queen bed. Each room has cozy bedding and comfortable beds to help ensure a restful night sleep.
Bathrooms-
The Farmhouse has two full bathrooms, one on each level of the cabin, along with an additional half bath. You can pack light, because each bathroom contains towels and starter soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, and other bathroom essentials.
Activities
An arcade game is available in the cabin for endless hours of fun for adults and kids alike. If that begins to get boring (which is unlikely), more fun awaits you outdoors and at the nearby attractions! Enjoy your evening outside around the firepit or while grilling dinner outside -- or relax in rocking chairs with a hot cup of tea (or moonshine!). Theres even a hot tub to soak your worries away, all while you relax in the outdoors.
The Neighborhood
The Smokies is an incredible place to visit. Our cabin is located in a semi-private area that feels completely serene and surrounded by nature. However, in a matter of minutes, you can reach any of the nearby attractions and restaurants and museums and hiking trails! Its a great place to be, and special in every sense of the word!
Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
IMPORTANT: This is pet friendly which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

"Came to Pigeon Forge for National dance competition. The Farmhouse had plenty of space for our whole family, plus grandma to tag along with our two dogs and never felt crowded. Master king size bed was very comfy. My kids LOVED the arcade games in the space off the kitchen and playing “bean bag boozled” (my five year olds new name for cornhole) on the wrap around porch. The seating on the porch was plentiful, padded swings and rocking chairs to enjoy the peaceful scenery surrounding the cabin. "We loved this sweet farmhouse. Nestled in the woods, we spent many hours sitting in the porch listening to birds, watching the bunnies, even an old cat made its way around the house. Our last night with a fire in the fire pit, marshmallows on sticks, laughter and conversation all around will stay in my heart for years to come. "Home away from home! - This farmhouse is nestled in just the right spot! Secluded in the woods with everything you need. The drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The arcade games were a plus! Hot tub was well maintained, loved the firepit, and the wrap around porch. (Swing by the firepit needs repaired. It was broken upon arrival).The house is roomy, plenty of seating in living room, bedrooms and bathrooms well put together. Only suggestion I have is renters need to screenshot entry code prior to coming onto property. With no service, I had to drive down the road a bit to get service through app to retrieve code. This was truly one of our most favorite rentals. We will definitely be returning."

"This house was perfect for us. Fenced in porch so our dogs could run around without fear of them getting out. We enjoyed the hot tub and arcade games. Nice set up in living room and kitchen. "My family chose Justin’s place because it looked beautiful from the pictures, had all of the amenities that we would need (especially with a toddler), and because of the proximity to all of the local attractions and other family members staying in the area. Honestly, the place exceeded our expectations, and we had an amazing time. If I had to say one downside (which is my own fault for not realizing from the pictures), is that there were A LOT of really cool antiques right within reach of my toddler. So, I had to run around the house and move everything out of his reach. But, that is the life of a parent. "We stayed here for a quick family holiday getaway to Dollywood with three adult couples and had an overall great experience, though there are a few areas for improvement. Pros: Fantastic location, about 15 minutes from Dollywood. Plenty of parking for three cars. Pet-friendly with no additional fees The hot tub was excellent—clean, hot, and ready to use. Cons: The 3 upstairs beds were listed as queens but were actually full-size, which made it very uncomfortable for two adults to share. The full mattresses were also quite springy, causing the whole bed to shake when someone moved. Linens were limited: only one towel + washcloth provided per person, with no hand towels or hot tub towels available. While there were extra pillows in the closet, there were no extra pillowcases for them. Also the code for the lock was 10 digits long-a challenge to remember and very hard to pull up and enter while balancing groceries! Overall we enjoyed our trip and the convenience of the location!"

"Thanksgiving in the Smokies - The Farmhouse was just as described, with country charm, and was nicely decorated for Christmas. It was close to area attractions, but off the main road on a private wooded hillside. There was ample space for the six of us and the pups. We enjoyed the hot tub, large fire pit, and mini arcade.
The hosts responded quickly to every inquiry before and after we booked and sent a welcome message once we arrived at the property. They checked in to ensure everything was good during our stay and provided clear instructions for checking out.
One note - we could have used a bit more pantry space in the kitchen and additional towel racks or hooks in the spacious upstairs bathroom."

"The farmhouse felt very cozy but plenty of room . I thoroughly enjoyed the porch and rockers. The only advice I’d give is the door lock is a little tricky. Justin gave great instructions but you do have to pull on the door to get it to be able to lock when you are going out, or punch on it some for it to look when you are inside. Also the air does work but it was still pretty warm in the house. But overall I really loved the farmhouse and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Pigeon Forge. "The farmhouse was spacious! The kitchen was stocked with things we needed to make meals and save money as a family of 8. Also the kid dishes, high chair and pack n play were a blessing! It’s located close enough to everything but far enough to be in a quiet spot. Arcade games were fun for my kids. We made do with the toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and trash bags that the host graciously left.. but needed more of our own paper towels and laundry soap because we went through those quickly! Hot tub was a hit! Only complaint would be that, for us, the AC was not sufficient. We were too warm. There were 2 fans we utilized in closets on the property but I would suggest bringing a couple more if it’s summer and you have a few days stay. Wish we would have spied a black bear but there were none to be seen during our trip!"

"Charming home - At first I wasn’t too sure about the location because I am a city girl and this seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere in the woods. I was wrong. We were literally 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge Parkway.
While we ate all of our meals dining out, the kitchen was adequately stocked for anyone that might choose to prepare meals at the home.
We had a couple of hiccups that were addressed immediately therefore the 5 stars.

"Great weekend at the Farmhouse - The farmhouse is exactly as described plus more. The neighbors is quiet and the wraparound porch a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night drink or just a place where you wind down before bed.
We are a family of 5 with two teen boys and a10 yr old girl, the kids loved the property.
Close to all the attractions but far enough where you enjoy the peace and quiet. Justin and Keri are fast to respond and were always reachable. Luckily everything was smooth thanks to their great communication and check in process.

"This cottage was absolutely perfect. From the outside, it was quaint and charming! I would arrive during daylight: it is not as high as many other cabins, but the turns would be tricky at night. It had cute rocking chairs, swings, a hot tub and firepit—perfect for our kids and my parents alike! We loved both that the master was on the first floor (perfect for my aging dad) and that the upstairs bathroom was huge (perfect for kids). It was an incredible place to stay! We hope to be back!"

"The house itself is very nice and cozy. Literally the only bad thing I could say is the trailers down at bottom of hill make the neighborhood seem crappy. "The Farmhouse rental was perfect for our 3 couples! We had plenty of room to spread out. The convenience to Dollywood was excellent which was our main reason for this trip. Justin was very responsive to all of my questions and even offered suggestions about parking for Dollywood, etc. He went above and beyond! The house was so nicely decorated with vintage furniture and wall hanging that I felt I was at my grandmother's. It was a sweet alternative to the log cabin concept. I would highly recommend this rental if you are wanting to be private but yet accessible to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. You can't go wrong!"

"This was my family’s first time visiting the area and this house was the perfect place to hang out and lay our head at night. It was out in the woods, so you got that nature vibe. But also super close to town where there are endless activities, a short drive to the National Park and some great local eats. We spent the first two nights in, really enjoying the space and taking advantage of the campfire area where we made s’mores. The kitchen was well equipped for a family dinner, and the bedrooms were perfect size for the 3 adults and 2 kiddos. Beds were just as comfortable as ours at home, although the old bed frames upstairs were a little noisy with even the littlest movement. All in all, this is a hidden gem and I would DEFINITELY stay at this house again."

It is a 5 - 10 minutes drive to Pigeon Forge depending on traffic, while back at the house it seems a if you are on a distant mountain top only hearing the sounds of the birds. The wrap around porch was awesome to sit throughout the day and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There was plenty of seating from multiple rocking chairs to multiple swings. "Great location and exactly what we needed - Location was perfect. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only a few minute drive to town, which made it great to drive back to when wanting to get away from the traffic and crowds. House was good. Beds were comfy. They allowed us to bring our dog for no extra cost, which was awesome and no other place offered that. The kids loved the arcade machine, fooseball, and Cornhole games. TV service was DirectTV, which worked perfectly. There was a TV in the main living room and main bedroom, which was on the first floor. The yard was the only surprise, as I thought the house was going to be on many acres, but there is a large wooded area with drop off surrounding the property. It didn't effect the trip negatively though, just not our expectation based off the listing. We would stay here again."

"From my first encounter with Justin to the end of my trip, he was responsive, helpful and understanding. I had to reach out to him a few times in the beginning and he ALWAYS responded promptly. The Farmhouse itself was exactly like the pictures. Comfy, cozy, clean, well stocked and secluded enough to feel " out of the hustle and bustle" of town. I love the fact that Justin and Kari allow you to bring your furbabies, even though I decided at the last minute not to bring my 13 year old rescue pup due to projected cold weather. ( Molly has a hard time in really cold). I loved traveling the mountain roads, seeing the sites and coming back to the cozy Farmhouse to soak in the hot tub and prepare a meal in the well stocked kitchen. The air fryer was a pleasant bonus!!! There is also a very sweet and friendly blackish/ calico kitty that loves to visit in the evenings and morning for some food and warm cuddles. "The location of this home is unbeatable. Secluded enough but close to all the fun things to do! We got in late and had a bit of trouble finding the road (there are lots of drive ways/roads) so I would recommend trying to get in before dark to avoid our mishaps. "This cabin was just as described and looked even better in person! We loved the wrap around porch and how secluded and peaceful it was! We got to use the hot tub one night and it was so nice! We were even able to use the firepit outside to roast hotdogs for dinner and marshmallows for smores! (Just need to bring your own logs for the fire). The inside was decorated so cute for Christmas (complete surprise!) and we loved all the antiques inside used as decor! We felt right at home all week. The boys loved the arcade game! If we ever come back to Tennessee for vacation, we would definitely stay again! I highly recommend this place! 5 star rating for sure!"

"Nice Place to Stay - The farmhouse worked out well for our last-minute vacation. It is located close enough to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge but still in a nice secluded area. My family enjoyed the hot tub and we appreciated the foosball table, arcade game and board games available. "Great quite farmhouse - My family and our friends had a great stay in Justin's and Kari's farmhouse. Justin was very prompt in responding for every our question. The cabin is in very quiet place and easy to find. We enjoyed the outside fire pit the most. Cabin was very clean and very good stocked. I've never seen so many pots and plates and other equipments in other rentals kitchens. They also provided high chair and pack and play for our 9 months old boy. Thank you very much Justin and Kari. We'll definitely come back. It was good meeting point for us. I can 100% recommended this farmhouse."

Just FYI if you like parrots you must visit Parrot Mountain and it’s just a short drive from the Farmhouse."
"Justin's place is a great place to stay. it is in the perfect location. just minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Nice and secluded, only a few cabins close but not close enough to be a bother, we didn't hear anything from either cabin. We had plenty of room for the dogs to run around and the air conditioning was perfect because it was extremely hot on our stay. The wrap around porch is wonderful especially since we love being outside minus the ring doorbell going off every 10 minutes to let you know you are being recorded....would be nice to have it muted so we didn't have to listen to it for 5 days....lol... "Great location. Close to town yet secluded and private - We had 7 people staying there and had plenty of room. It was a short drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and also not far to the Great Smokey Mountains Park. Yet it was secluded and you are surrounded by woods. We enjoyed sitting on the big porch in the morning and evenings and listening to the birds. Also a nice fire pit to sit around and have fires."

"Peaceful place- - We had a really good time at the farmhouse, it was a step back in time…with modern practical perks. The beds and linen were comfy and quality, extra pillows and blankets for sitting. Kitchen was well equipped, matching sets and generous options. It was quiet and peaceful through our entire stay. We will recommend this farmhouse to others."

"The Farmhouse is a great place for a small family or with a few friends. - The farmhouse was overall cozy with a few nice farming antiques surrounding the house. The bedrooms were comfortable to sleep in and the bathrooms were to our family's needs. The hot tub was very relaxing and the temperature was perfect for aches and pains. The kitchen was very useful to our family to cook and clean up afterwards. I would like to make a suggestion on buying some new pans for the farmhouse. Most of the food stuck to them and were hard to clean up afterwards. But overall the kitchen was very functional and the dish washer works great. The water pressure in the shower and sinks does need some TLC. Was a little hard to wash in the showers. But it was some what functional. I could tell it was an older house. So I did expect a few issues. Other than the water pressure and the sticky pans it was a wonderful house and we enjoyed it. Will probably be staying here again if we ever decide to visit the area again."

"We had a great weekend. The house was beautiful and functional, as well as having a well-supplied kitchen. The hot tub was great. Shower water pressure was a bit low but always worked perfectly fine and never cold. Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. The mattresses were a bit stiff but within the norm for a rental place. Overall a great stay in a fun area, highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. Close to everything yet far enough to get away from it all. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and especially the rocking chairs on the front porch. Beautiful place to start and end the day. We’ll be back!"

"Our family had a wonderful time at Justin's farmhouse. The house was big enough for the the whole family to spread out. The location was perfect....close enough to all the attractions being only a few minutes outside of Pigeon Forge, but yet in a quiet location so you don't hear traffic or people. Justin is a great person to work with. The only problem we had was the toaster stopped working. Within a couple hours he had a brand new toaster delivered to the house! The kitchen has all the equipment you need to make a feast. There is even a slow cooker so you can make a meal while gone for the day! This was our first visit to the Smoky Mountains and we can't wait to come back. We will definitely check to see if Justin's farmhouse is available for our next visit!"

"Nice cozy house with a firepit outside that we got tons of use out of. 10-15 minute drive out of town but still isolated enough that nobody bothered us. Hosts were pleasant and easy to communicate with."

"This is such a cool place! The little touches really made the stay enjoyable 🙂 Loved the farmhouse feel and everything was very clean and well taken care of. Wish we could have stayed longer! Especially loved the hot tub, fire pit, foosball table, and arcade game 🙂 Kept kiddos busy and happy!"
