"We loved this property overall! Very clean. The beds were very comfortable! My only sort of complaint is that the gathering spaces weren't really big enough to accommodate our whole family. The living room only seats 4-5 and we had 7 people so it kind of forced us to separate. Also, I am assuming there was a dining table at one point given the photos but it wasn't there during our stay so the only place to eat was the bar in the kitchen that seats 3. One final small thing was that there were a ton of horse flies in the house when we arrived! Not sure what that was about but it was resolved after a day or two. Location of the house was fantastic though and it was honestly bigger than I expected it to be from the photos. Despite the issues mentioned above, I would 100% recommend this property!"

"This was our 2nd time of staying in the house. It is very spacious inside and there is enough parking space for 3 vehicles which is a big plus for our family. My favorite feature of the house is it has the best wheelchair entrance I have ever seen! The bathrooms and kitchen are not handicap accessible, which is not a problem because we only need to get our son in the house. If we ever vacation in Pigeon Forge again, I would definitely check the availability."

"The Cub House was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the location and that it was so close to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinberg. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck and after the busy day we found ourselves back on the deck relaxing. There are so many amazing activities in the area. The listing was as described and in a quiet, peaceful area away from all the action of the local cities. The hosts provided a couple of laundry pods and dishwasher tabs- I recommend bringing more along if you feel you will require more than that. The ONLY improvement I would suggest would be different chairs on the back deck. The current metal ones at the table lean so far back you feel as if you could tip over. Other than the chairs, the stay was great! Just as others have mentioned, bring extra towels, you are provided with enough for each person for the shower, but will need extra if you prefer a seperate towel for hot tub use. We would recommend this house to anyone."

House is outfitted really well and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. They were willing to come out the day of to replace the toaster and bring foosball’s for the table. Really helpful. I would say the firepit area had quite a few weeds in it and the actual pit is rusted through but it was hot in July so we had plenty of other great areas to sit. "My whole family loved this location! Close enough to the strip but still far enough away from the craziness. We had 5 kids with us and the game room was perfect for them, I also really appreciated that the beautiful back patio had a guard so no kiddos could squeeze inbetween the railings. Location was perfect, house was perfect and Justin was quick to respond with any questions! We will be back! 10/10!"

"Amazing! We were pleasantly surprised. We’ve been staying in the area for 28+ years and this has to be the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect. No mountainous cliffs to drive up, more than enough level parking. Interior was much larger than what appears in photos. The house was perfectly thought out with all supplies necessary for groups and families with small children. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be booking again in the future."

"We had an amazing girls weekend. The house was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. Justin was a great host and always responded quickly with answers to my questions. We found the house easy, getting into the house was easy and simple. The hot tub was great. It was nice to sit on the front porch. We will be coming back soon. The friends that traveld with us had never been to an air bnb and they couldn't believe how awesome it was for the price we paid. There is so much to do in the area as well; Titanic, Hatfield and McCoy, The Island, Dollywood, and Skyland ranch to name a few places we went too. "This was the best and most relaxing Cabin I’ve ever been in. The hot tub was so nice and warm great for taking the pain away from walking during touring the area. The only issue I had was not booking it forever . The home was so luxury and nice. I enjoyed the master bathroom shower. Every thing was so perfect and look way better in person. "Beautiful Home, Great Location!! - This home is just like the pictures show it to be. It is clean, welcoming and beautiful. It was in a great location just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and the Parkway. We rode the Alpine Coaster which is very close to the house and had a blast. We loved the natural setting with no neighbors directly upon us. The fire pit area was beautiful, but unfortunately we could not use it due to the statewide burn ban due to the very dry conditions, which is totally understandable. I would definitely consider rebooking for his house in the future when we visit. Very well pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the home. Loved the 80’s arcade game table upstairs too. Book it you won’t be disappointed! Please note: There are two bedrooms downstairs, the master and another. The only full bathroom is the one in the Master. There is a powder room just outside the door to the guest bedroom but if someone in the room would like there own shower/bath they will need to use the Master or go upstairs to share that guest bath.) One suggestion: please load up the house with more bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We had to wash ours during our short stay."

"I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I actually don’t have a single thing I would change. We walked in and said “wow”. It was so nice & clean. Justin was VERY responsive to every question. My only suggestion is you DO lose service going to the cabin (like mentioned in the check in guidelines) so make sure you actually follow Justin’s advice: screenshot the door code & wifi password before you get to the cabin. Otherwise you’ll have to ask the very friendly neighbors to use their wifi to get inside like we did 🙂 The cabin is secluded, but no intense curvy roads or steep hills (all were freshly paved - no gravel). There’s a gas station and general store that has all your basic necessities within 5 min of the cabin. Downtown pigeon forge is only 15 min. We plan to book with them again in the future!"

"I wanted a comfortable place for a visit to Gatlinburg with my husband’s parents, and this house did not disappoint. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space, comfortable furniture and 4 cozy bedrooms. Everyone slept great and enjoyed the amenities of the home. For our family, the fire pit was a hit. There was plenty of seats to enjoy a cozy fire and reflect on our day. I recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. "This is our second time staying at Justin’s place and just it was just as perfect as the first time! It had a very homey feel and it’s nice staying some place where you already know where everything is located. The driveway is perfect and plenty spacious. "Justin’s place was exactly as described! The home was spotless and clean, beds were super cozy and the master shower was amazing! The kitchen had everything needed to cook a complete meal, plenty of arcade style games to keep the kids busy and the hot tub was top of the line! Our two teenagers told us this was the best vacation we’ve ever taken, and we’ve been to the Smoky Mtns countless times over the years. Justin was a very polite and responsive host. "We were a 4 couple group and this place was perfect for us!! The pictures tell the story and it doesn’t disappoint in person. It’s less than 10 minutes from all the action but tucked back in a beautiful wooded area. Beds were all great and the furnishings are first class. We especially enjoyed the 4 person hot tub! "Classy Cabin ! Make this your selection... - Our stay here at Cub Circle was a classy top knotch stay! From the booking, corresponding with the host ,to check in and check out. This property is well kept and even more lovely than the pictures. Nice elevated hills lead you to this property without being scary, which was a plus for my daughter. Its also in close proximity to everything. There's also a nice Amish grocery store close by . We even saw a deer from the back porch ! I cant say enough about this cabin being so nicely decorated and clean ! The game room was a hit with the grandkids. It's an easy drive to Piegeon Forge and Cades Cove. Definitely take the drive from Cades Cove back through Gatlinburg , what amazing scenery!!! Don't hesitate selecting this property! Its a 5 star plus from the Babin family!!! Thanks for everything !"

"Perfection! - We will book this property every time we can! It was immaculate. We enjoyed everything about our stay; relaxing in the back yard, playing games in the game room, soaking in the hot tub, taking a walk in the neighborhood, and preparing meals in the kitchen. "Tennessee Winter Vacay - This property is Phenomenal pictures don’t do it justice. Absolutely stunning with such a warm and cozy atmosphere. Everything was extremely clean and very well put together. We traveled with 4 children ages 15, 8, 5 and 1 and everyone had a blast (the kids barely left the game room haha) The section for the fire pit was amazing we were out there every night. This was our first time in Tennessee and we loved it, we will definitely be back. Before even arriving justin gave us numerous suggestions of activities and places we’d probably want to visit around the town. Immediately after arriving, Justin reached out to make sure we were settling in okay and assured us if there was anything we needed not to hesitate to reach out. If I could give this cabin and Justin a 10 star I would. Can’t wait for our next trip back to the Cub House!"

"Just look at the pictures, you get what you see! It’s beautiful and kept up well! The house felt clean and homey. The scenery was fantastic and peaceful. The adults in the house enjoyed quite, slow mornings on the back deck with the sound of the creek. The only disappointment was from the kids, they wanted to see a bear-but I call that a win We will definitely re-book with Justin when we come back next year!"

"I would give Justin and the Cub House 10 stars if that was an option. This was our third time visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and this is by far the best place we've stayed. Justin was a great host and his place is simply amazing. We originally didn't plan on spending much time at the lodge but found ourselves being drawn back "home" to hang out on the porches. The hot tub and the rainfall shower felt amazing after a day spent enjoying the Smokies or walking all day in Gatlinburg. The location is perfect, just a short drive to town but far enough removed to enjoy the peace & quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with top notch appliances and everything you would need to prepare a meal. From the decorating touches to the comfortable beds, Justin's place was so cozy and inviting and by far the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. It's obvious a lot of thought and effort went into all the little details that make the lodge such a wonderful place to stay. I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit the area."

"House was absolutely beautiful. It was upscale, clean and spacious. The master bedroom was very nice with its own huge tv and huge master bath. The beds were very comfortable. And there were plenty of bathrooms throughout the house. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great dinner. Outside area was great with a nice bonfire area where we ate s’mores. We also used the charcoal grill that was provided. The spa was very clean and newer. No direct view of mountains , but the backyard was still nicely set in the woods and felt private. We drank coffee in the morning on the back deck on the rocking chairs. The Wi-Fi was good and there were newer smart tvs all around the house. AC was great but also had ceiling fans throughout the house even on the front porch and back porch. Location was good , close to everything. We had 6 in our family and we had plenty of space. And when u got tired of people you could escape to some part of the house. Perfect"

"What can I say, the place was amazing! It was extremely clean and provided everything you need for a family vacation. We were able to cook family meals every night in the beautiful kitchen and on the BBQ grill. We relaxed in the hot tub almost every night and enjoyed the fire pit. We really. enjoyed sitting out on the back/front porches and taking in the views. The kids' room was connected to a game room with 60+ old-school video games, air hockey, and a foosball table! The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The house slept 7 people comfortably and kept us all entertained. The landscaping was the best on the block. In regards to attractions, the cabin is located approximately 20 minutes away from Dollywood. And it was only a short drive to the National Park and Gatlinburg (where we saw large black bear walking down the road!)"

For enough off the main drag to feel secluded, yet close enough to all the attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend. You couldn’t ask for anything more! "This home Exceeded all of my expectations! I frequently travel throughout the year and I must say this is the absolute BEST air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. I have NO complaints! (It even beat the 5bedroom 4bath pool included penthouse I stayed in in Orlando!) High speed WiFi , hot tub, open kitchen layout, high ceilings, fireplace, nice big driveway, beautiful walk-in showers, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals so we saved some money and went grocery shopping! The master bedroom was my favorite but honestly The decor was so beautiful throughout the Entire home. My son truly enjoyed the backyard area where we roasted s’mores &. Game room. Another awesome perk is the location isn’t far from all the Smokey mountain fun (atv, zip lining, skylift, horse back riding etc) this home made my sons 7th birthday the best one ever &.
