Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"The house itself was beautiful. It had incredible amenities including the hot tub, movie room, and indoor pool. It took 2-3 days and dozens of messages to the host for the WiFi to eventually become available. The only negatives were lack of closet/dresser space/tv’s in 2 of the bedrooms. The dryer was constantly squealing when in use and running while home or overnight was not an option. Our overall experience was great and the kids loved the house and luxurious amenities."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Sevierville, TN! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how brand new, clean, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The highlight of our trip was definitely the indoor pool. Our grandchildren had the best time and didn’t want to leave! It made the entire experience even more special and memorable for our family. The home was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a luxury getaway. Every detail exceeded our expectations. "This was a beautiful house to stay at. Our kids loved the pool! The pool is such a great size for a small family or small kids. It also has an alarm on the pool room door as well as a door lock for anyone that has small children and would be worried. This brought great peace of mind to us. The house is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, etc. It does have a steep driveway but I think that's semi expected for the area we are staying in the Smokey Mountains. I would highly recommend this house. The host was also super responsive when we reached out regarding clarification on the pool room door code and any other questions we had."
