Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"We had a great time! House was off the beaten path (as described) and it was extremely peaceful and private. We visit Tennessee every year and Sweet Bear has been the best place thus far. Plenty of space for the whole family, clean, and plenty of games and activities provided by the host. "Was so beautiful!!! The drive in was crazy but was so worth it! There is neighbors but you don’t even know they are there. The hot tub was great the kids were in it every night. My daughter slept in the bedroom on the main floor and said she could hear anything that happened upstairs, but I kinda feel that is normal for a cabin. The view was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming back. This was our second time staying in the mountains but the first at this property."

"This cabin and the location were absolutely amazing. The view off the back decks was unbeatable. The drive to it was outstanding, especially on our motorcycles. This was my fourth trip to the area this year and so far my favorite cabin and location. I’ll definitely be trying to rent it for my trips down next year. I like that the bedrooms are split up nicely, there are plenty of things to do in the cabin at night, and the morning coffee view from either deck is unmatched. Communication with the host was great. They’re very friendly and helpful! 10/10. All around incredible experience!"

"The cabin was clean and big for our family of 8. Everyone had a bed of their own which is one thing we were looking for. A great place to stay if you want a quiet peaceful place. We had 2 bears walk the yard which the kids were excited to see from inside the cabin. The arcade and pool table kept all of us entertained at night. A little bit of a drive from most places but it didn’t bother us. Shane was very proactive with his messages and checked in on us during our stay to assist with any issues we had. Would love to stay here again."
