Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
IMPORTANT: This is pet friendly which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

The layout of the cabin was different than what we are used to as the bathrooms and bedrooms are downstairs. "Cozy cabin, Excellent location - We recently stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. I would give the location 10 stars if I could! The closeness to all the attractions and being in the front of the neighborhood make it an easy in and out. I do have a concern with the parking…the slab to the right of the cabin has no barrier or curb to prevent from over accelerating down a very steep hill. It would be ok if the slab was bigger, but we were barely able to fit a truck on there, without the bed being in the street. Otherwise, the cabin has everything you need. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs from the kitchen lounge area, which is where we hung out the most due to seating. This may be something to consider, as we had grandparents with us. The hot tub and pool/games were great amenities, although the pool table is in pretty rough shape. The beds were comfortable. The smaller room was big enough for a larger bed, but comfortable! Staying in January, the cabin heated up very fast, which was definitely a perk! We had one small issue with the porch light and it was resolved very quickly. The host and team were very responsive and nice. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"This is truly a beautiful and clean cabin. Just as the pics show. Within 10mins to Dollywood, shopping and food. The community pool is a short walk/drive away. You can actually see the pool from the back deck. The only thing I recommend, if you have small children bring a baby gate to block off the stairs. There is about 15 stairs going to the downstairs area. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is our first time using airbnb. We loved our stay, everything was so clean. Justin was great with checking on us and making sure everything was going smoothly. The location was great if you wanted to do Dollywood or anything else in town. We wasn’t there to do all of those things, but our stay was just as amazing.The cabin had everything we needed and had lots of starter items for us too. The cabin was near the pool if you wanted to make a very short walk to it. You can see it from cabin. We didn’t use it but it never looked really full. The only thing I can say is to be aware that the bathrooms and bedrooms are downstairs. That didn’t bother us but might someone else. Only negative thing but not Justin’s fault the cars do go down the road faster than they should so watch the kids. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we ever come back. Thanks so much for making our trip wonderful."

"Whiskey and sunshine was the perfect home away from home during our visit to Tennesse. Our party of 8 fit very comfortably here along with our fur babies. The location next to Dollywood was super convenient. We were able to visit the theme park and come rest mid day with a hot tub soak and then returned to park to close it down. There's endless amounts of things to do and restaurants in area. They were great hosts and very responsive."

And having a hot tub outside and inside was the best. We enjoyed games and playing pool. I will say I was kinda disappointed that there were no regular playing cards. But we ended grabbing some from the little store within walking distances. Also the pizza place next to the cabin was awesome. The second shower did not really work. Everything else was perfect. "This cabin by far met our expectations every inch of the home was beautiful. The hot tub was clean and not over treated. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with plenty of things to comfortably cook in to save on cost. There was plenty of linen and the beds were so cozy, I loved the throw blankets (I’m always cold). My family need this time to reconnect and this cabin was the perfect place to do so. "My family stayed here for a couple nights. We loved the hottub and the pool table! There was a mini fridge downstairs to keep some snacks to keep from running up and down the stairs. Lights were the dimming kind so you could adjust them, which was cool. I would probably stay here again with a smaller crowd than my 6 i had this time. The host was good with communication and it was an easy checkin. Overall satisfied."

"19th Anniversary Trip - Very nice with unique floor plan. Began with tvs not working but property management fixed issue by the next morning. Cabin was clean but needed a good mopping especially the bathroom areas. Location was close to parkway which with unpredictable weather in February is a good idea. Would definitely recommend."

"We stay in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area often (2-3x/year) and this was probably our favorite cabin yet. The location is absolutely perfect. It made our experience extremely enjoyable being centrally located and cut down on lots of time sitting in traffic for the places we like to go and see. The cabin was great and we had plenty to do, from the games to spending time in the hot tub. It was a huge bonus that we could bring our two pups, and was ultimately the deciding factor for choosing this cabin! We will definitely be back!"

"The cabin was spectacular, down to the decorations and wood. The cabin is surprisingly close to many great attractions, including dinners, and hiking trails. You will love the cabin. Be sure to pay for parking at the great smoky mountain national Park before you enter, or you will be turning around. Consider eating pizza other than the local pizza shop."

"I absolutely love the pool table and the jetted bathtubs in both bathrooms it's a very nice area and right in between two towns each one with something to do. very close to all the attractions there's a little store down the street you can walk to there's a Publix 10 minutes away I like how the kitchen overlooks the living room it has huge windows to look out The hot tub is a nice touch but if its really freezing out you have the option to have a jacuzzi inside .The kids love the marvel combat game and their own little jet tub they have plenty of silverware cups different size dog dishes you can probably cook a whole Thanksgiving meal there I love to get up at the crack of dawn making coffee and planning my day it's very nice to drive early in the morning to see the sun come over the mountains The place was very easy for me to find within 3 days I could make my way back without GPS it was clean and comfortable and I felt like I could call the place home"

"Stay with my family of 8 including my yorkie recently and loved everything about it. We had a late arrival and driving up to the cabin from South Carolina was questionable at first but I easily found the place right away using Apple Maps. Everything in the photo was exactly how it was in person. The beds we’re comfortable and my two kids slept on the bottom pull out sofa in front of the fire place. We loved playing with the pool table and the arcade game. We also used the hot tub for one night and the temperature was set perfectly fine in the cold weather. Location near this cabin was so good. We were close to all of our main attractions and restaurants. Definitely will book with Justin again in the future. His instructions was very informative and he was also so responsive when I had a question. Also loved the fact that he doesn’t charge an additional pet fee like most places. Highly recommend this place for families!"

"Our stay at Justin’s cabin was exactly what we wanted for our quick trip to Pigeon Forge. Everything was clean and neat. There was plenty of space for our family to enjoy and play. Our boys especially loved the hot tub, arcade game, and pool table. (Cleanest hot tub I’ve ever seen!) We cooked dinner one night, drove the less-than-10-minute drive to Dollywood the next morning, and easily made it back with our exhausted crew late that evening. Justin communicated with us before, during, and after the trip to make sure we had everything we needed, including recommendations on best local hiking trails as well as a discount book for local attractions. "Justin's was a great place to stay! We were there for my birthday and to get married so the location was exactly where we wanted to be. Minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip with endless amounts to do and right where you can cross the Parkway to get to Gaitlinburg side for that strip! We did have a rainy day during the stay but that was no big deal since we could hang out at the cabin to play pool, an arcade, and watching some movies! It was the perfect spot!"

"Justin's cabin was perfect for our visit to Pigeon Forge. Absolutely great location! The cabin was super clean and it was exactly as listed!! Beds were comfortable, we slept great and like we were at home. Kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, dishes, etc-definitely all we needed for our 4 night stay. "Cabin was in great condition and we rented last minute due to unforeseen travel. Only complaints are the houses are close together with the property behind looking down onto the hot tub area, and there were a LOT of instructions sent with this property. I suspect they would have been spread out if we had stayed for a longer period, but the information sent was too much to siphon through this trip. Other than that, the cabin was in great shape, had plenty of great amenities and we liked that it was tucked away just a bit from the hustle and bustle but not too far."

"Loved it! Very clean, couldn't tell there was ever dogs there prior to our stay. Justin was awesome with all communication and was fast to respond, never waited more than 20 minutes to get back to me. All the furniture was comfortable where we felt well rested the next day. Had the basic amenities and then some. kids enjoyed playing pool and arcade game after spending time in the hot tub, my favorite was the time spent soaking peacefully in the jetted tub. "What a fantastic place. It's everything and more than the listing presents. Location is only minutes from the main attractions and restaurants there in Pigeon Forge. Gatling berg is only a short drive further down the road. Our stay was very peaceful and quiet. Sitting in the hut tub in the morning , admiring the stars, or watching the sun come up was my special treat . Justin was a spectacular host. He was always a step ahead of us. He is by far the most efficient, organized , and responsive host we've had the joy of renting from . He even had a high chair there for our Grandson's one year old and food dishes out for our pet. I was at the cabin on January 21st, we were 4 people, two adults and two children and a dog molly. when we arrived I immediately noticed how clean the house was and immediately texted Justin thanking him, I've been to several cabins and this one was the cleanest I've been, the cabin is amazing beautiful views amazing new furniture, I've never felt at home in an Abnb until today I literally felt at home and felt safer, we slept all night, a very quiet and familiar place, right at the entrance of the condominium there is a pizzeria and a liquor store that you can walk to and very close. I loved the kitchen it was super equipped, we chose two nights but we regretted it because in pigeon forge there is a lot of fun a lot for you to do we will definitely be back, Justin was communicative we had no doubts and I had no problems with the property for me everything was perfect. "Justin was great to deal with. He was very responsive to any questions that we had. He made me feel like I was talking with a old friend. His cabin was in a great location and was a great place to come home after a long day of sightseeing. It felt like coming home. My wife was very happy to find a rocking chair in the living room. "Great cabin and close to everything. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. So impressed that the furniture had been vacuumed when we arrived. Had tons of fun with the game room. Loved that we could bring our little buddy Bailey with us and even though the cabin IS pet friendly I never smelled any “pet smell” or found any dog hair anywhere which is huge! Thanks again Justin! "Great location, close to everything. Justin was awesome, great communication and easy to get in contact with if I needed anything. The cabin was great and spacious, not for people who cant get up and downstairs easily. Bedrooms, bathrooms downstairs and kitchen upstairs. But it didn’t bother me, i loved the cabin and will most definitely stay there again. Oh and if you stay there try the pizza place right on the corner, they have really good pizza."

"Our stay was amazing! The cabin is in the perfect location and very convenient. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was will equipped. It is a pet friendly cabin and they had dog bowls and a leash. Even though we brought our own it's a very thoughtful gesture. There was plenty of space which allowed everyone to relax. There is a tv upstairs, downstairs and in the bedrooms which allowed everyone to enjoy their own shows at night. We loved the hot tub which we used every night to unwind and come together as a family. I personally really enjoyed the deck for my morning coffee. It was very peaceful and we all felt extremely safe. The communication with Justin was top notch, made the entire process run smoothly. It was our first time using airbnb and the communication was very much appreciated. Justin provided a guide book with local suggestions of restaurants and activities. He even included a coupon book. Thank you, Justin for being a fabulous host. We had an amazing vacation and will return in the future."

"This cabin was perfect for our family of three plus two pups! Our son loved the marvel arcade game and we all enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and community pool. Kitchen was well appointed for the light cooking we did and the dinner table also provided a great place for family game nights on a couple of stormy evenings during our stay. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. The cabin is conveniently located, close to Dollywood, The Island, and other local attractions. 10/10, would visit again!"

"Location. Well maintained. HOT tub ( kids love it). We stayed for a week. The place is big enough for even couple families given the living area is big enough. Location is great, 5 min to Dollywood, 10 min to Gatlinburg. Good communication from the host, who responds very quickly. Will definitely keep the location in mind for our next trip."
