Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"We took a trip down to Gatlinburg for our honeymoon at the end of April. Knowing full well the weather could be unpredictable we packed up and wanted to make the most of it anyway. Turned out only one rainy day and the rest of the trip was absolutely beautiful with weather in the upper 70s! We knew staying in the mountains would give us a hike up to the cabin, and we were right the driveway to get to the cabin is long and steep but worth the drive! The cabin was cozy and perfect for the two of us, we sat in the hot tub every night. Our host was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions very quickly, he also gave us a list of recommendations and things to do when we got there!"

"My family and I loved the beautiful cabin. It was just perfect for our family of 5. The views were gorgeous and we loved sitting in the hot tub every night. Be careful, there is a black bear near by. He visited us 3 times and got very close. Very cool to see, but stay vigilant and safe! Overall, the cabin was clean and looked just like the pictures! Make sure your vehicle can get up the mountain. The drive up is steep in some areas. Hope to be back soon!"

"My wife, children and I stayed here for our '26 spring break vacation. We absolutely loved the view! We came from FL are were not prepared for the steep and curvy road leading up to the top of the mountain. If you are not familiar with this I would recommend making sure you arrive during daylight hours like we did. One you make it up and go down you realize its not that bad and most definitely worth it. I must say, for coming from flat terrain to this, the first time going up gave us anxiety. During our stay we experienced the following, warmth, high winds, rain and even snow. Time flew by and we wish we could have stayed another week."

"This sweet cabin was so cozy and perfect for our family weekend! Our kids loved the games and hot tub so much! My only bit of advice—the roads going into the property are very narrow and going up pretty steep hills. We got there after dark and it was pretty scary trying to find the right place on those tiny uphill roads. I would suggest getting there the first time in daylight to save a lot of anxiety LOL other than that the place was perfect & exactly as listed :)"

"The cabin was the perfect size for me, my 3 year old, and 70 year old father. The view from the deck was stunning. We also loved the arcade system, as well as the grill and fire pit. Could not have asked for a better location. Up high enough in the mountain for privacy, but just a few minutes to get to town. The drive up the mountain is a one lane road that is steep with sharp turns, so I’d be prepared with the correct vehicle if going in the winter time. Also, I did not read everything ahead of time, like bring your own hot tub towels, so be sure to do that for the best possible experience! We had 2 small issues when we arrived, and Justin replied back super quickly! He had a handy man out pronto, who was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Justin in the future!"

"We are from Ohio and not really any experience with driving in the mountains. Going up the very first time was a little scary as we met a vehicle, but after that first time it was good. The cabin is pretty secluded, there is another cabin down the drive a little bit, but it was very peaceful, and with the trees changing, just beautiful. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here, but wish we had brought some of our own card games for when we stayed in. "This was our first time visiting the Smoky Mountains. We were beyond thrilled with the cabin. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos online. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfy and the entire cabin was very spacious. We were able to enjoy the fire pit as well. "My husband and I stayed here for our 7th anniversary celebration and we had an amazing time. We come every year for our anniversary, and we always pick a new cabin to stay in each year. We always have a hard time picking which one we like the best every year, but my husband and I both agreed that Justin’s place is our most favorite so far. The cabin is 10/10 spotless which is very important to us. It is very secluded, which we enjoy and the decor is super homey. The best part about this place is the view. From the back porch, you can enjoy the exquisite view of the mountains from your choice of the hot tub, the rocking chairs, or the lovely porch swing. We enjoyed the view from all three! "We fell in love as soon as we pulled up to the cabin. We immediately were drawn to the view. We picked the perfect week for the foliage to put on an amazing show. From the swing, to the rocking chairs and the hot tub on the back deck, we were in love. The inside of the cabin is squeaky clean, had all the amenities we needed. It’s decorated tastefully as well. We really enjoyed waking up early, sitting on the swing and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We utilized the fire-pit every night and enjoyed the charcoal grill. If we had any questions, Justin was super responsive and helpful. The cabin is secluded and private. We didn’t even mind the windy road to the cabin, it added to the charm. It is close enough to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to be away from the hustle & bustle. It’s also perfectly located to get to the National Park and stores. "Wow what a place! The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking! We watched the sunrise over the mountains with our coffee in the morning and relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. "We chose this cabin for our anniversary vacation and it was AMAZING! The cabin had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked to cook everything you needed, just need to supply the food lol and the beds were super comfortable. The views from the porch were gorgeous and I spent every evening sitting on the porch swing, enjoying the surroundings. My husband and I had a wonderful vacation down in the Smoky Mountain area and we’ll definitely be back! Justin was fantastic on communication and definitely showed us great southern hospitality! "Squeaky clean & charming cabin with the greatest view. Completely secluded. Showers of leaves twirling down to the invisible forest floor below, hawks soaring on the many currents of high-altitude breezes, turkeys strolling about then returning to their coveys just up the hill into the trees-- the sights and sounds we have been blessed to enjoy from this treetop vantage point transformed hours of the trip into pure magic. The hot tub was pristine, a welcome balm to tired muscles at adventures' end. Worth the drive up the natural, tri-level driveway. If you are easily spooked try to arrive before dusk so the stone angel and deer that greet you do not look more creepy than necessary. The balcony provides even more of a view! The bedroom to which the balcony connects (in the loft with washer/dryer and a Pac-man arcade game) does not have a door but is still private and comfortable. Two spacious bathrooms with beautiful showers. Apple Barn -&- The Old Mill were within 15-25 minutes drive."

"Wow this was the best air b n b I have ever stayed at ! It was so clean and smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The views are AMAZING. Pictures don’t do it justice. Book this cabin!! It was very private and relaxing we already can’t wait to go back ! And any questions I had Justin responded right away ! We almost didn’t want to even leave to go out bc it was just so nice and relaxing at the home. It is far (ish) up the mountain, we were able to find a Lyft driver that took us everyday where we wanted to go so we didn’t have to drive anywhere when we did leave. It was nice coming back to have a fire and then get in the hot tub! Thank you for an amazing experience!"

"Sunrise Pointe - What a view! We had a great time and appreciated the view from the wrap around deck and hot tub. Justin was spot on with responding to questions. Check in/out was super easy. The cabin was neat and clean. Driveway is tight and steep, but that is life up in the foothills. We loved our vacation in TN. Adventures we took: Raft Outdoor Adventures - White water rafting. Great set up and fun group of guides. Anakeesta - not cheap but the view is stunning. Great Smoky Mountains - $5 for a day parking pass. We drove out to Cades Cove and hiked the Abrams Falls Trail. long hike but worth it."

"I’ve stayed in quite a few airbnbs & this one has been my favorite. It wasn’t too far from all the activities we were doing. View was gorgeous. They made this stay very pleasant and answered any questions or concerns we had in a very quick manner. The only thing that was a bit difficult is it was a bit hard to find the Airbnb (we came at night) the service is a bit spotty and google maps didn’t take us directly to the spot. This is not the owners fault at all I would just suggest driving very slow and carefully in case you may need to turn around. & also looking ahead on the map in case you lose service like we did for a brief period. That was the only hiccup but that’s what happens when you are on the beautiful mountains when service may not be the best. Would 100 percent recommend staying here & I hope to be back eventually!"

"We really enjoyed our family trip to the Great Smoky Mountains thanks to Justin’s cabin. It looks exactly like the pictures and is perfect for a family. There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax, lots of games to keep all ages entertained, and a stunning view - especially at sunrise! Whether you’re looking to check out Gaitlinburg or the National Park is more your scene, this is a great launch point. We took advantage of both and couldn’t have been happier. We like to cook most of our meals and there’s a great grocery store about 10 mins away plus the kitchen is stocked with all of the plates and utensils you need. We’re looking forward to staying again on our next trip!"

We spent hours watching the smoky clouds roll past the Mountain View’s. It’s incredible how fast the view changes with the clouds up there. We loved getting up and watching the sun rise over the mountain tops from the hot tub and even got lucky enough to see the moon rise over the mountains on our first night. "We loved staying here, the view was amazing and it was very peaceful at night, which was perfect for our quiet getaway. I saw a few comments about the roads but they were fine, just normal mountain roads throughout the Smokey’s. Great location, close enough to attractions but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful nights. The view could not be much better as well. Everything was clean and working and responsive host, thanks Justin and Kari, I’m sure we will be back!"

"Great cabin, extremely clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. It had some Christmas lights and games and it was very cozy. The only thing I wish I would’ve known before is that the streets to get to the cabin were very narrow and were hard to see with the fallen leaves (especially at night) but nothing too bad. Overall amazing stay and would 100% recommend and stay again."

"My husband and I loved our stay here. We loved spending our time on the porch or in the hot tub enjoying to spectacular view. We got to enjoy our private and quiet evenings with just a short drive into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Fordge. Justin was great with sending a list of things to enjoy while we were there as well as making sure we knew he would be there if we had any other questions or recommendations. Over all, it was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back again!"

"We had an excellent stay at Justin’s place. Gorgeous view, quiet and peaceful, all the amenities we needed, close the the national park. We’d absolutely stay again, would highly recommend to anyone who needs a base camp for a hiking trip, or even just to never leave the cabin. It was simply lovely."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. There was plenty of room for us and our 2 young kids. The hot tub was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade games upstairs in the loft. We picked this place because it was in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only downside was we weren’t expecting such a narrow road with 2 hair pin turns to get to the cabin. Once we had driven it the second time it was better because we knew what to expect. Overall it was a nice place and the wifi was great too!"
