Your family is going to beg you to “Stay A Little Longer”, our amazingly cozy cabin. Used as a primary residence for years, we recently decided to rent out the cabin so others can enjoy it as much as we do. The cabin is a BIG 2 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, coming in at over 1300sf. This means you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
The cabin features an amazing list of amenities for you to take advantage of: a private hot tub on the deck, an indoor sauna, pool table/game room, and of course high-speed wifi (if you choose to not totally relax!). And all the thoughtful little design touches you’d want are there as well -- the hand-carved wooden door, the reflection bench outside, the inviting kitchen bar stools, the hardwood floors, and more.
This mountain cabin is built by locals, so if you want a genuine Smoky Mountain experience, you’ve found the place.

★ OUTDOOR AREA ★ When you’re in need of some fresh air, the outdoor deck/porch are where you want to be. All 4 outdoor areas allow you to feel the private mountain retreat’s authentic serenity and gaze at the surrounding rolling hills and forest trees complemented by beautiful sounds of nature.
Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Justin has a very beautiful home and I was happy to stay. There was just little things but fairly simple fixes. The driveway is a little difficult to get into I definitely recommend a vehicle with a good clearance level and possible 4x4 if raining or snow. The little things like trash hidden by other people were no problem just things that I found. The bed sheets were flipped upside down, So it did worry me they were not washed but didn’t have stains or anything concerning I did wash them just incase but no indication they were not before. There was hair leftover in the tub but again just a simple rinse and it was okay. Overall a great stay and I would stay again and recommend Justin as-well. Justin is very friendly host and responded quickly when I had a concern."

"This cabin was perfect for a holiday with a couple of family members and my pup. It’s beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. The Christmas tree and fireplace were wonderful! Love where it’s nestled among other cabins away from the tourist attractions but not too far. We’d definitely stay here again! Only recommendation would be to repair or mark where the entrance has washed out on lower side of driveway. It was dark on arrival and 2 of 3 of us struggled but eventually got out of ditch. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent was also provided. I like a firm mattress and found the bed very comfortable. There were more cabins around than I expected, but none of them caused any disturbance. In fact, I never heard a sound from any of them until the morning of check out. I loved that their were very detailed instructions, laminated, near many things. the hot tub, the fire place, ect. What our family loved the most was the pool table. "This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful! It was everything I needed in a private space. The hot tub was a dream! The only negative I have is the driveway, which I mentioned to Justin as I was leaving. When checking in, the driveway has a small dip to the right as you turn in, and was covered with leaves, making it hard to get in. I had to put my vehicle in 4x4 to get in, as the leaves made it slick and my car spun. Other than that, my stay was peaceful, relaxing and very quiet."

"This was our first time renting a bnb. Justin was great. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond. The cabin was great. It was just as it was described. Our dog really enjoyed all the low and floor length windows. I normally hate sleeping in a different bed but these were very comfortable. Sitting on their sofa made me realize that I need firmer furniture at home. It was really comfortable too. I would definitely recommend this cabin."

"This cabin is a great little get away. Halfway between the 2 sides of the smokies, it would allow you to see both the chaos of Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge, as well as enjoy the quiet Townsend atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The hot tub was out of order when we arrived, so that was a bummer, but Justin did communicate that with us and offer to try and find us an alternative cabin. The only things I have to say aren't complaints at all, but rather "before you go" statements. (we would absolutely rent again- next time with our scruffies!!) The water pressure is minimal, so be ready for that for showers- not a deal breaker, but after a long sweaty day of hiking it's less satisfying to wash off the grime. The access road is paved, but steep and narrow. Low clearance cars may need a little extra care in getting to and from the cabin. Overall happy with our staycation, and on the short list to visit again."

"Everything was AMAZING!!! It was exactly what the descriptions were and we all enjoyed our stay!! The one and only bad thing, well not that it was bad but the only downside was the driveway was alittle hard to get in and out of because of the big pothole or just hole on side of the driveway where you pull in on the right side and the rain which is out of anyone’s control caused it to be even harder getting in an out but other than that it was an awesome trip and we made beautiful memories that will last forever so we thank you so so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home for our trip!! "I knew this stay was going to be exceptionally pleasant from the get go..Justin was very communicative with any questions and very welcoming. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed is it was even more beautiful in person. All of the noted amenities were functioning properly, there is a very well stocked kitchen (including a keurig, large crock pot, cake pans, cookie pans, dishes, silverware, utensils, hand mixer.. almost everything you might have at home). "This place was a beautiful place to relax and so convenient for our furry friends. There was a baby gait there so we could block off the deck and let them hang outside with us while we were in the hot tub. The kitchen was beautiful and had so much cabinet space I want to figure out how to make mine look like that! Both bathrooms were also gorgeous and had nice relaxing bath tubs. The only negatives were that because they change the hot tub water after every visit it was not warm our first night and we were looking forward to using it after a long drive. The driveway in was a little sketchy but that is not something that can be fixed really."

"This cabin was absolutely beautiful, from the moment my wife and I walked in we were sad that’d we be leaving after only a few nights. Both the jacuzzi tub and the hot tub were great after long days. We like to stay near Townsend when we come down to the Smokies specifically because it’s a quieter area to come “home” to and this cabin absolutely fits that bill. Tucked into the side of a mountain just a little ways off Wears Valley Road it’s nice and secluded while being within a comfortable driving distance of Townsend, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The absolute best part of the cabin was that our pups could come spend time on vacation with us without the insane fees other cabins in the area charge just to book. We would not hesitate to come back!"

Many restaurants and shops were just a short drive away in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but we felt very comfortable just staying in as well with all of the amenities. Being dog friendly was a huge plus for our visit as well. Justin and Kari were very proactive in their communication, responsive, and accommodating. Overall great hosts and a great place to stay - would definitely recommend."

"It was a beautiful cabin with a lot to offer! Only thing you have to keep in mind is even though they have Wi-Fi it’s not the fastest, the two tvs downstairs weren’t loading but one upstairs did! "We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cabin! It was perfect for our family of four. We liked that it was private and quiet, but only a short drive to restaurants and the local attractions. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids were disappointed they didn’t get to see the dolly the bear lol! "What a perfect family vacation it was! So peaceful sitting on the deck, listening to nature, watching the sunrise. Everytime we typed in a location on the GPS, it brought us a different way to the attractions with different views. It was an absolute breathtaking experience! Justin made everything so easy. "The stay was very Nice! Took my father and fiancé out for a few day getaway and we had a great time. The sauna was amazing and the hot tub was a very nice amenity. The driveway has a pothole to the right side that needs filled (bumper almost ripped off) and is very very steep, so awd or 4x4 would do you great. Other than that the place was great! Great location and easy to get to pigeon forge or gatlinburg. Definitely would recommend!!"

"Loved this cabin so much! It was a perfect blend of the privacy we wanted, but within 10-15 minutes of convenience stores, restaurants, cute shops. I had a question very late at night (and didn’t expect a response until the next morning), and was so surprised when I received a response within a few minutes. They should promote the sauna more… it was everything i didn’t know I needed in my cabin. It was warm, cozy and my kids can’t wait to go back."

"Our stay was amazing. Very peaceful cabin and the fact we could bring our dog Rocko and was encouraged to do so was great. We saw a bear on our last night smelling our locked up trash cans. The cabin is stocked and even has board games. The layout is great with a jacuzzi tub in each of the 2 bedrooms. The kids stayed upstairs and enjoyed the pool table and bean bag toss game. The cabin is straight up on a mountain so if you are going in the wintertime, you will definitely need 4 wheel drive. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Great cabin for our first vacation! Nice and quiet. I would suggest a strong vehicle to navigate the steep roads to the cabin. My van did make it but with force. Everything was nice and clean and cozy. Justin was very helpful especially with a major situation I had. My child locked a bedroom door with no one in it and Justin and his team were able to get it open within a few hours. So if you do have little ones watch out for that. We spent most of the time exploring so the cabin was mainly our sleep space but I would love to come again and enjoy it more now that we’ve done just about everything in town!"

"Justin was easy to communicate with and very timely in his responses. The cabin was exactly as advertised in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a short but relaxing stay. It definitely would be great for a longer stay, too. The hot tub was just what we needed on a cool weather night. Other cabins are nearby but the surrounding trees and position of the cabin (and back deck) made it feel like we were the only ones around. 10/10 would recommend!"

Very clean. You have to heat up the hot tub as soon as you arrive. If you have any issues like i did (because i don’t own a hot tub) Justin was very helpful. The sauna was amazing. Pool table was a great way to wait for the hot tub to heat up . I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and cabins in the area and this one was by far the best ! I definitely recommend!!! "The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had plans to go out and explore the surrounding areas, but ended up just spending a lot of time in the cabin enjoying a game of pool or relaxing in the hot tub. It felt so warm and cozy, we didn’t want to leave! We hope to be back soon!"

"Absolutely beautiful cabin! Even though it’s pet friendly, it was immaculately clean, something I worried about since this was the first time taking our 4lb chihuahua. Check in/out was a breeze. The only negative was the drive up to the cabin. There is a sign posted saying 4WD and/or chains needed in snow. The road is one lane that is in rough shape. If you meet another car, one of you has to back up and it’s VERY tricky. My daughter’s tires spun even after the rain turning up into the driveway. This isn’t the host’s fault so I didn’t want to affect his rating. Justin was great, very helpful & quick to respond."

"I’ve stayed in 20+ AIRbnb’s, and this beautiful, secluded - and well appointed- cabin in the Smokey Mountains is now on my top 5 favorite places to stay! I’ve never stayed in this part of Tennessee, but the host was so extremely kind, knowledgeable about the area, and left the best warm and welcoming impression on both my wife and I, that when we DO come back, we will seek out Justin’s place! "This is such a sweet, secluded cabin! We loved being able to get away for a weekend and just relax. Everything was in great shape and very clean. All the bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked with necessities. Hot tube was perfect and also very clean! We definitely loved how dark it was and how secluded we felt while being able to stay close to town. The house is in a neighborhood of sorts but you really couldn’t tell. It was so quiet! "This is a great location for a family and fur family trip. Having two bedrooms and being able to close the doors was awesome. I know a lot of them tend to have a loft which you then can hear everything all the time. There was a fun loft area by the second bedroom with amazing windows looking out into the woods and where you can enjoy playing pool or relaxing in the sauna. I personally didn't use the sauna but it was an option. We did use the hot tub which was nice and relaxing. If you happen to bring a dog or two there is plenty of room to walk them with a fun landing deck in the back yard. It was really nice to be able to find a location that allowed dogs without a thousand rules. Justin is a great host who is easy to reach and quick to get back to you. We had a few minor hiccups and Justin was quick to respond and offer solutions. The kitchen was a good size and had all the supplies you could need. (Dish and utensil wise) Both bedrooms were a good size with room to move around in. The living room was on the cozy side, but still super comfortable You could tell it's a house that's loved and also lived in, which honestly I liked. Made me not worry and fret about messing something up all the time or if a little dog hair here and there was a huge problem. Just the place to stay to unwind and relax. The driveway is definitely an incline and a little tricky but once you get the hang of it you'll do just fine. Perfect location in relation to Piegon Forge and all the good stuff of the Smokey Mountains. Would definitely consider staying there again if we went back."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The hot tub and sauna were great for relaxing, and it was nice to have two king size bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and large tubs. The pool table was slightly smaller than a standard table, and there was a particular corner where there wasn't enough space to hit from properly. We laughed about it, but if you've got serious players in your group, it's something to know. The wifi in the house worked well, and there were smart TVs in the bedroom and upstairs and downstairs common spaces. The house is in a quiet area about 15 minutes from Pigeon's Forge, 20 from Gatlinburg, and 30~35 minutes from Dollywood. We didn't take advantage this trip, but the Uber app indicated we could be picked up at the cabin. Overall, we had a great time at the cabin and would recommend!"

"Beautiful cabin in a very beautiful location/neighborhood. Not hard to find but in the winter months might would require a four wheel drive to get to the cabin. Parking big enough to comfortably fit two full size vehicles. Two mater suites made for the perfect couples getaway. We will definitely be coming back in the very near future. The cabin was very clean and being pet friendly was an added bonus for those who enjoy a beautiful clean cabin when traveling with their four legged fur babies. The host was very thoughtful and communicated very promptly during our stay and was there to address any of our questions. “Stay a little longer” when you book this cabin. It didn’t disappoint."

"The cabin was just perfect for two couples! As a midwesterner, driving thru the mountains at night was at first intimidating but on the 2nd day I had a handle on things. The location is just amazing. So peaceful. The deck was a whole dream. The sauna and hot tub were also perfect additions that helped us relax. If you are looking for somewhere beautiful to relax and enjoy the quiet and nature- this is the spot. Justin was very prompt with his responses and helpful. It's truly a special place. I will say that the town made me a little uncomfortable. There were some confederate flags around. I say that just so folks are aware of that. This is obviously not a knock on Justin and the cabin but rather an FYI for folks traveling. I'm from Chicago so I do not come across that very often."

"The home is lovely. We only had a short stay and it trained the whole time so didn't use the hot tub. The sauna was everything! Great extras like games, the pool table, and a TV in every room we wanted one. No bugs, very clean, private, and just the best place we have stayed in. We come back frequently so this is now our go to place!"

"My daughter-in-law spent two days at the cabin to get away, do some hiking and to reboot! The cabin was the PERFECT space to do this. So peaceful and serene. We chose this place because the price was right, the amenities and of course... we were able to bring our dogs. Justin was a wonderful host with excellent communication. "Stay a Little Longer was so relaxing and peaceful. It’s very secluded and private. The hot tub and pool table were awesome. Justin is a super helpful host and even provided his own guidebook of things to do while visiting. The beds were very comfortable."

"This was a fantastic family escape. The cabin was very clean and cozy and exceeded our expectations. The gas fireplace puts off a lot of warmth which was perfect coming in after a snowy hike or a soak in the hot tub. The game room provided hours of entertainment for my family with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and their pdf guidebook was helpful for exploring the area. Highly recommend!"

"The perfect family getaway location to explore the Great Smokies, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and the surround areas. The cabin itself was fantastic with all the amenities one could hope and more. The location was tucked away near the top of an impressive mountain with great views and endless woods to explore. While the cabin felt remote, it was close to many of the great attractions of region. The amazing hikes of the Great Smokies are just a few miles away along with many of the amenities of the surrounding towns (the kids especially enjoyed the alpine coasters just down the road which did a great job with social distancing). After a long day exploring the national park, it was great to enjoy the hot tub, a game of pool and end the day reading by the gate fireplace. The hosts were fantastic both in terms of proactive communications and quick responses to our questions. Five stars all the way (and yes we will be back)"

"We had a wonderful experience at the cabin. The layout is warm and cozy. The furnishings were up-to-date and stylish. The decor was tasteful and seasonal. The cabin is tucked away in a private area, yet within easy driving distance of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and other attractions. Justin was accessible throughout our time there.
