Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Amazing home with stunning east facing view of the mountains, perfect for watching the morning sunrise on the balcony. Party of 7 (3 teenagers and 4 adults) and plenty of personal space for everyone as well as places to be together. Close to the waterpark, Kroger delivered groceries, and 10-15 min drive from popular chain restaurants, although we ate at the BBQ place right down the road (delicious!!). We were in town for a cheer competition so the house was the perfect place to come back to and relax after long days. I was a little disappointed the windows in the bottom floor bedrooms didn't open (or at least we couldn't figure out how to open them) and it would have been nice to let the cool mountain air flow into the room. Other than that, it's the perfect house for a great vacation. Would def book again. Highly recommend!!"
