Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

› ACCESSIBILITY › The entrance and the main floor are wheelchair friendly as the cabin features a ramp leading directly to the front door. Master bedroom (also on the main floor) offers an easily accessible walk-in shower and 36 width doors.
Baby gates are also provided to make the entire cabin even more child-friendly.
Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

…COOL THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA… Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville are the three main cities that comprise the area. Everything is spread out a bit and there are amazing things to keep you busy... - World class hiking trails of all types and skill levels - Dollywood theme park (of course!) - Putt putt, go karts and pancake restaurants on every corner - Amazing dinner shows to entertain kids of all ages - Museums of all types: classic cars, Alcatraz, Titanic and several childrens' museums - Restaurants of all types... Always come hungry because serving sizes are HUGE!
The entire region is very hilly (After all, it's the Smoky Mountains!) so do yourself a favor and download an offline map in your Goo gle Maps program. This will let you navigate to our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. Neat, right??!

"My only recommendation would be to have more paper products available at check-in- toilet paper and Kleenex. Also, advise people to lock their cars as we had a bear who visited our unlocked car at night, we did not see him, and only ate the Cheetos and did no interior damage. Our fault as we forgot to lock the car. We did see a bear the next day at the bottom of the house but had no access to get onto the patio."

"Everything was wonderful with a few exceptions 1. Pillows on king beds were small. Need king size pillows and pillowcases 2. Popcorn machine was no where to be found. We made due without it but my grandchildren were very excited about it3. And this is at most rentals, some dishes and cups were dirty or had standing water in them. Guessing previous guests did not clean/ wash properly and housekeepers emptied dish washer before items were dry. It was a beautiful house but next time we will not go so far up the mountain. This Florida girl is not used to the drive and was very nervous going up and down every time we left the house."

"We had a group of nine people that all work very hard, overwhelmed and tired most days. The beach has always been my go to but we decided this time would be the mountains. Walking into this home, my stress fell off. Beautiful wood everywhere, rooms are so cozy, kitchen is full of everything you need, laundry, pool, poker, awesome theater room, and a large hot tub overlooking the mountains! The main balcony has a grill and fireplace, perfect for day and night. We had a hiccup with the furnace but owner was very responsive and this was taken care of immediately. I didn’t want to leave."

"Wonderful! - This cabin was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. The bath in the master bedroom was terrific with a two head shower; the floor was not slippery. The large porch was clean as well, with multiple comfortable chairs, and the fireplace there was so nice to sit beside while enjoying the lovely view. We had a very relaxing visit. If you have three of more vehicles, the parking could be tricky, but the cabins mostly all seemed this way as they are built into the side of a mountain. We would stay again."

"Beautiful place - My hubby and I did enjoy this beautiful home. The only reason we gave 4 stars on location was personal. We prefer a more secluded place as there's a lot of new builds which is good to see as this area was affected by the fires. Otherwise the house is beautiful and lacked nothing..... including visits from the . They were fun to watch from the main floor deck. It looks like some berry bushes have grown back and were in bloom so I imagine mid summer they'll be very active there eating the berries. The only other negative.... and this is NOT the fault of the owner of this house.... the construction people are pretty careless about their excess trash and unused material and leave laying around or gets thrown down on the hillsides and ravines. There was plastic down below us and heard a bear checking it out which was what caught our attention to the bear. Again not the owner's fault. You see it everywhere where there's construction. Just wish they'd clean up after themselves.
It's a great place to rent with families. Lots of room. Loved... Loved the main shower."

The cabin is in an excellent location- right in the middle of pigeon forge and gatlinburg and very close to a trolley stop which was nice! The cabin was beautiful and was perfect for our family to all have their own spots. The kids loved the game area and hot tub and we all loved the views. We didn’t see any bears like we were hoping but heard it may have been too early for them. We had a few maintenance issues that came up but they didn’t get in the way of having a great time and Justin was always quick to respond to any of our messages! "We had a great long weekend! The place was perfect for our family. We utilized the pool table, hot tub, and movie room a lot! I really enjoy cooking and packed things I normally don’t find in a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials. There was even a hand mixer (which I packed). We did have a slight interruption the first two nights with a repeated noise in the upstairs bedroom. Not sure if it was a critter or the wind. Justin did send someone out to look. However they didn’t bring a ladder to check the roof. Seems like it was caused by the wind bc day 3 was much better and didn’t hear the noise (wind stopped). If you hear the constant tapping or it’s windy, I would be proactive or you won’t sleep much!"

"Family Fall Break Getaway - Our family consisting of 7 adults and 3 kids had a great time staying in this wonderful cabin, in a great location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Although most of our time was spent exploring the area with all it had to offer, evenings at the cabin, were quite comfortable. The cabin had everything we needed and we enjoyed the movie room, and the hot tub. We had a 9 month old, 18 month old, and 3 year old, so the stairs between the 3 levels did concern us, but with gates, we were able to make it safe for the little ones. There were actually 3 gates at the property, even though the listing stated just 1. My daughter had found a baby rental company in the area since she was flying into Knoxville and wouldn't be able to bring all of the baby paraphernalia one needs, and that came in really handy. They delivered to the property and picked up which was very convenient. The cabin had 1 pack 'n play, and a high chair to use, which was nice. We had 4 big SUV's and there was room for parking them all. It was a little tricky getting in and out, but I think that would be the case at any of the cabins around there. One of the reasons we chose this cabin was there were so many reviews stating guests had seen bears from the balcony. We never saw any the whole time we were there, even in the park! The view from the balcony was beautiful! Justin was a wonderful host and a great communicator! Don't hesitate to book this cabin!"

"The cabin was just as described: beautiful views, great amenities, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is great as well if you want to enjoy both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was perfect for our girls trip. We had zero issues during our stay and very much enjoyed our time there. Justin is a great host and communicates quickly if you need anything. I plan on looking this place up again next time I come to town for a stay."

"Great Family Memories Made - It’s always so nice to stay in a home rather than a hotel. This is a great home to stay in for families of all ages.
And when the host tells you to lock your vehicles because the Bears can open the doors, he’s not kidding. Luckily we never left any food in our cars and locked them every night, but one of the doors must not have gotten shut all the way and we were startled by the car alarm going off and finding a big black mama bear and her cub inside our minivan. They sniffed around, didn’t find anything and left without causing any damage, thankfully"

"Fabulous Fall Break - My husband and I took our three adult children to Gatlinburg over Fall break. The house was perfect - conveniently located, clean, well decorated and cozy, beautiful view with perfect amenities. "Perfect for family gatherings! - My husband and I stayed there with three of my siblings and spouses, all from other states. It was the first time any of us had been to Gatlinburg. This place was amazing, we all had spacious rooms, comfortable beds and our own bathrooms. We enjoyed the fireplace at night on the top deck and the hot tub on the bottom deck. The views were absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed watching old family videos in the theater room and an occassional game of pool. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg so we kept very busy. We all took turns cooking in the well equipped kitchen with games after dinner at the roomy dining room table. The host was excellent and very responsive. We had a fabulous time and I would recommend this place to anyone."

We were able to get to the Smoky Mountains very easily and there is even a free trolley going into Gatlinburg at the bottom of the hill if you want to avoid driving. "Perfect Cabin for Large Family - This was a wonderful rental, centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was spacious, very clean, and had plenty of bathrooms and large bedrooms for our multi-family unit. Our kids really enjoyed having movie nights in the theater room and swimming at the pools at the clubhouses close by. The property owner did a wonderful job communicating, before and during our trip. "Incredible in all the ways! - Our family stayed here during our summer vacation. I truly cannot describe the beauty of this property. Pros: Large bedrooms, many additional extras including numerous porches with beautiful furniture and fireplaces, theater room!, game room, spacious kitchen and living room, plenty of bathrooms, nice W/D, stunning views, great location, master shower! Con: Nothing is perfect, but this place pretty much was. The only thing I can even think of is the water pressure in showers. It was doable, but not great. The only reason I gave 4 stars for communication was because I messaged asking about staying an extra night and the response seemed to be an automated one asking if we got checked in ok and small reminders. No big deal, as I could have booked online, but glad it wasn’t an important question. A previous review said something about bugs in the kitchen—we did NOT see one bug anywhere! This is probably the cleanest property I’ve stayed at (and I’m picky about the cleanliness). Thank you for the beautiful stay!"

"Best Cabin I Have Stayed In - I have booked cabins in Gatlinburg twice a year for about a decade, and this was the best I have stayed in. Very clean, all bedrooms were large & comfortable, great living areas. Everything was in perfect working order; don’t think I have ever encountered that before. Nicely decorated, rustic feel but modern conveniences. Great view. Justin was a great host. We even saw a bear, within 100 yards of the cabin, in February much less. The road is a bit nerve wracking, of course, but that is true for most cabins and is the small price for having a great view. Can’t recommend this cabin highly enough."

"Our stay was amazing in this almost new cabin. Ussualy the posted pictures are better then in the reality , but this cabin is looks better then in the pictures. Very detailed mountain theme accesories make the cabin very welcoming. The theater, basement games and hot tub made our nights memorable. "Very nice cabin - This cabin deserves its 5 star rating. It's very nice and we very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and had all the necessities, everything was very clean with the exception of the floor. We had a lovely time in the hot tub, watching movies in the theater and eating breakfast on the deck on the one warm morning we had. The rooms are very nice, all king beds!! and everyone had their own bathroom. Our only issues were that everyone in our group wore socks in the house and pretty much everyone complained about having dirty socks after walking around. Our only other complaint (also minor) is that the pool cues need tips and chalk. Our family always books a cabin with a pool table as it's the only chance we get to play. However, there was no cue chalk and cues were in poor shape with two of them not having any tips on them at all. Still though, we had a wonderful stay and if we ever bring the grand parents again with us we will be looking to see if this cabin is available."

"Was just what we were looking for! Aside from a leak which was promptly resolved, the property was perfect. The only place for improvement would be with addional towels! Hand towels, bath towels, and needed some for the hot tub. Each person had 2 bath towels, the bedroom baths had a hand towel, the powder rooms didn't have any. There weren't any towels for the hot tub or dishes. We had a great time!"

"Justin’s place is AMAZING. We went for weekend getaway and wanted to relax and reunite with our friends, this place served the purpose to the maximum. The cabin was very clean and well equipped, the balconies were spacious with easy grilling experience. The view is the beeeest part of it. We loved waking up very early in the morning to watch sunrise over the mountains with a great cup of coffee. There was alot to do in the cabin and all our group found something fun to do. Air hockey was my favorite! Definitely recommend this cabin for other groups!"

"Justin’s Cabin is by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The cabin itself is amazing. It’s filled with everything you need, from the movie theater, air hockey table, and hot tub. This place is well thought out and put together. The pictures he posted online don’t do it any Justice. When we arrived we were excited about the bedrooms and vaulted ceilings, until we walked out onto the deck. This place has one of the most breathtaking view ever!! We spent each morning watching the sunrise over the mountain tops, and the rest of the day watching the bear cubs (the kids loved that part) and enjoying each other. We will definitely return."

"Family Get together - Beautiful cabin, lovely decor and layout. Great game room and movie viewing room. We saw black bears 3 out of four days. There was even a mother with 3 cubs. You can sit on the deck all day and be happy doing nothing as the view is wonderful."

"Beautiful place - My hubby and I did enjoy this beautiful home. The only reason we gave 4 stars on location was personal. We prefer a more secluded place as there's a lot of new builds which is good to see as this area was affected by the fires. Otherwise the house is beautiful and lacked nothing..... including visits from the . They were fun to watch from the main floor deck. It looks like some berry bushes have grown back and were in bloom so I imagine mid summer they'll be very active there eating the berries. The only other negative.... and this is NOT the fault of the owner of this house.... the construction people are pretty careless about their excess trash and unused material and leave laying around or gets thrown down on the hillsides and ravines. There was plastic down below us and heard a bear checking it out which was what caught our attention to the bear. Again not the owner's fault. You see it everywhere where there's construction. Just wish they'd clean up after themselves.
It's a great place to rent with families. Lots of room. Loved... Loved the main shower."

"Justin’s cabin is phenomenal. We rent cabins in the smoky mountains at least three times a year because of how close we live. His cabin is great! Super convenient to the strip at gatlinburg. The cabin itself is brand new, and very spacious. Each bedroom had it’s own full bathroom and there was several half baths. The theater room was ideal while watching the NBA playoffs. The hot tub is spacious enough for 6 people to easily enjoy. The host is amazing and gives a full detailed pamphlet on local attractions/restaurants. "Gatlinburg Do Over - Thank you for a spectacular visit to the Smokies! We tried to stay in the area to ring in 2021 but our stay was interrupted by the snow storm and our cabin losing power for the entire stay. We wanted to try again this year and your cabin was top notch and we have zero complaints. We enjoyed every minute. We appreciate your responsiveness to our questions the first few days. "Too short of a stay - We were only here for a weekend but wished it was longer! House was beautiful, spacious, and clean with a great location. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is a huge plus! "More than expected or advertised - Simply beautiful!
Staring with the layout of the cabin. 3 floors of living with the main floor having a master bedroom, living space and kitchen. This was perfect for older guests that may not be as mobile or have the ability to navigate the stairs. Extending to the top level which we used as an escape for the parents which included 2 well sized bedrooms and bathrooms ( a nice get away). Ending in the lowest level, the kids never seemed to leave this space other than to venture into town. The lowest level included a movie theater with 11 seats, pool table and arcade games, and a lounging space for the teens to be away from the adults. The views from the cabin decks were just as amazing as we remember from other stays in the area. Morning fog rolling through the mountains and the ability to see many of the surrounding cabin lights at night. We could only imagine that the views are even more spectacular in the fall before the leaves drop. Travel to the cabin is like all other cabins in the Gatlinburg area. Windy, curvy roads that you will want to take your time traversing. The views on the drive up and down are great for the passengers, but the driver will need to stay focused on the road and traffic coming up and down the mountain. Made for an exciting and memorable moment in the car. The only thing we would change is that the kids really wanted to see a bear or two and we did not. I think the kids spent more time trying to navigate social media for bear sightings than they should have. Amazing stay, great service, and beautiful cabin."

"Great for Family - 3 older adults, two 40 year olds and one 5 year old. Great location, only about 4-6 mins from the visitor center located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Turning left at the bottom of the hill to head towards PF is treacherous, but you can go to Gatlinburg and do a u-turn no problem. Cabin was well appointed, clean, plenty of room. Master bed and bath was wonderful. Theater room, pool table, hot tub, and top deck/porch was used daily. Instacart (Publix & Kroger) will deliver to property, so save time and don't shop for groceries. Outdoor fireplace is a great touch and the views were perfect. Sun comes up over the hills, so not directly in the windows until most everyone is awake. No issues with check in / out and communication with host was no issue. Would definitely stay again."

"This cabin was immaculate! It was very comfortable and spacious for my family of 6. There was plenty to do in the cabin and even entertained by a mama bear and 4 cubs that walked down the street. We had a couple of minor issues but Justin quickly responded and resolved all issues. "A wonderful trip - Just wanted to take a second and let you know we had an awesome time. The cabin was everything it was described as and more! The sunrise/sunset views of the mountains were spectacular. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals there. "This is a beautiful cabin in a good location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very spacious and has an excellent downstairs "entertainment" area with a pool table, poker table, arcade game, air hockey, and really nice movie theater room with recliners. All 4 bedrooms are really big with king beds, plus the downstairs has a sofa bed and futon which is a good area for teens. Overall a great cabin in excellent condition."

"Beautiful cabin and it is just as described - I can not express enough of how much we enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful cabin. The place is more than what it was described. The beautiful views and all the beautiful details that was taken into consideration when they built this place is out of this world. The cabin is wheelchair accessible and this was one of the reasons we booked this place and it made it so easy, bc the main bedroom was on the main level and it made it so easy to get in and move around the house. The only issues with that was the shower has such a big step over to get in and so there was no way to roll in the wheelchair in the shower and that was a real bummer for us. But other then that, we had a time of our lives. It’s clean and you are provided with everything you need and everything in that cabin is of good quality…. from trash bags to washing your clothes, entertainments, relaxation and we also had visitors our cabin( five bears) mother and four cubs The driving to the cabin was so fun and it is so close to everything. We will book this place again for sure and to the owners you guys surely did great job with this place and thank you so much for good communication !!"

"THIS is THE Cabin to Rent! Stop browsing others! - Seriously! I spent days looking at 200 cabins, reading reviews, and comparing them to others I had saved. In the last 30 cabins I came across this one. Eye catching 100%. Great views, jacuzzi, game room, theater!!!! That alone sells it, but it was also so nicely decorated, no negative comments, you can see bears, and they truly take a lot of time in sanitizing the place. Easy parking, minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Uber delivers there too! The cabin is better than the pictures. Justin is incredibly responsive, and everything works great there! You need to really read reviews! You may find a great cabin, but not look at the reviews, then find a lot of things wrong. Not here! 4 of us stayed here. More than enough space. Bathrooms everywhere. Each bedroom with tv and private bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked, decks were great condition. So nice waking up to those views, and resting in the jacuzzi at anytime day or night is a real dream. You feel cozy when there. Like your safe and secure. Not weird. Sone places you feel like your living in another persons house…with this cabin, you feel it’s your own personal home. They really put time into making this a stellar property that enables the guests to “make it there own”. One night I went into the jacuzzi right before sunrise to watch it, another night I played more 80’s video games on their personal arcade (took me back as those are the only games I know how to play), I played a game of pool by myself, and watched gospel music on the huge TV Screen in the reclining chair theater downstairs. You also have a common area bathroom there, and kitchenette. Literally, every perk you could want is there. We all loved it so much. Still talking about it, and our tons of posts on social media are getting a bunch of comments too about it’s beauty. If you haven’t decided yet, this is the one."

"Wonderful stay in the Smoky Mountains - We rented this house for our family of 6. We have 4 young adult daughters so we wanted plenty of space to be comfortable. This house was perfect! "Awesome Home In The Smoky's - After looking for a long time for a house near Gatlinburg, I am extremely happy I hose this one. This house has it all. As other guests have said the pictures online do it no justice. The views off the back deck were amazing. We also watched a mamma bear and her 4 cubs play. Couldn't ask for a better location either. Very easy to get to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay here again and again. My family absolutely loved it, and we created memories we will cherish for a lifetime."

"Lasting Memories - This cabin was everything and more. My family of boys, and two exchange students, ranging from 8-18 years old stayed here. The cabin was perfect! Tons of room, everyone had their own space. Top floor had two beautiful bedrooms, main level was the master/kitchen/family room, and lower lever was gaming central also with another bedroom. Every room was comfortable, king size beds, and very own full bathroom. The location was truly perfect. There is a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill where you can park for free and venture into Gatlinburg which was very convenient. Cabin sits between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so take your pick. Heading up the mountain I was concerned we wouldn't have much of a view but I was wrong. It was gorgeous! Everything was clean and cozy. The only disappointment I had, is that it went by way too fast. I am very picky, do not hesitate on this one. It’s a gem!! Book your trip today!!!"

"Perfect Winter Getaway - We come to Gatlinburg at least once a year and have stayed at many cabins throughout the years. Smokey Mountain Dreams is one of our favorites by far!
The cabin was very clean when we arrived and that is one of my most important features of a cabin. I actually bring cleaning supplies with me on trips but I am happy to say I did not need them! Each bedroom has a nice size tv and each bedroom has a bathroom which is nice. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The cabin has a nice cozy feel and the deck is a great place to hang out. We even got a little snow while we were there.
I have to say what makes this cabin a great place to stay is the quick response/action of the owners. Justin always responded quickly to any questions and took care of an issue very fast. We really appreciated that. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!"

"X-Mass Family Gathering - Our experience with this property was agreed upon from three separate families. The entertainment amenities were a huge hit from all ages. This is the place to be if weather and or Coronavirus deals advertise circumstances. The only suggestion would be to clean up trash and construction debris from around outside. Views were good a lot of construction going on but not disturbing. It was a great experience for all and we will consider a revisit. Grandkids loved it! Host was very much in communication and responded quickly to any questions. We even had a wildlife sighting; from a distance."

"Christmas in Tennessee Mountains - Our family was spending our first Christmas away from home and we wanted it to be special. We chose this stunning Chalet and it didn’t disappoint in any way. The communication was easy and consistent from booking which was so nice since we haven’t done this before. The place was decorated and everything for the Holiday! So we just showed up and celebrated together. Honestly considering booking for next year as it was so easy and everything we wanted and more. Great views. Amazing space for the whole family. "Our family celebrated our son's new business in Gatlinburg - Un Seen Pass and loved the cabin! - The home is our family's retreat location in Gatlinburg - easy drive to town and enjoying the mountains. The bedrooms are wonderful with private baths, kitchen and living areas are family friendly. The home makes you feel welcome. Our family enjoyed taking the private tour at UnSeen Pass with a beautiful off road adventure to the top of the mountain where UnSeenPass had a outstanding picnic set up on top of the mountain in Gatlinburg. We also have a wedding business in NC - World Class Wedding Venues - Say "I Do" Worldwide - and this million dollar view with the private 350 acres that we toured with UnSeen Pass was a one of a kind wedding retreat. The cabin is a GREAT add on with being so close. Booking the cabin will add to your family's adventure since it is so easy to travel too. The cabin is location only three miles from the adventure of a lifetime. Afterwards, our family retired back to the cabin to watch movies in the movie room. Some even enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin has so many nice features! We are so excited to return soon! TEN STARS to Justin and Kari for sharing their great home with our family!"

"Justin’s cabin is the perfect place for families and/or couples. The cabin is in a central location between Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge has a lot of activities for children. We enjoyed every moment in the cabin. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. The panoramic views were spectacular and picturesque. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items to eat and cook for your family. It was so refreshing to have coffee outside in front of the fireplace on a chilly morning. The movie room was beautiful and the artwork on the wall gave it an authentic theater room feel. Everyone in my party expressed how comfortable the beds were. The bear pictures on the walls are gorgeous. The pictures in the listing does the cabin no justice. The bathrooms were clean and the water was hot for a nice shower. Every bedroom in the cabin has a tv. The jacuzzi was hot and clean. The jacuzzi added a special touch to an already perfect cabin. I definitely recommend you staying here. Stop searching now and book this cabin!!! We will definitely return to this cabin next spring/summer."

"Justin’s cabin is the perfect place for families and/or couples. The cabin is in a central location between Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge has a lot of activities for children. We enjoyed every moment in the cabin. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. The panoramic views were spectacular and picturesque. "We just finished our stay in Justin‘s cabin and had a fantastic time. It was just my husband and I and our four kids ranging from 3 to 13 so there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids thought it was pretty awesome to each get their own king-size bedroom! We enjoyed sunrises every morning from the patio, high speed internet for my husband and son to catch up on school and work, and nights consisting of a home cooked meal on the grill, a dip in the hot tub, and settling in for a movie in the theater room after a busy day hanging out in nearby in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Definitely deserves a five star rating!"

"Every person in our group of 9 + 1 child absolutely loved the cabin; it was everything we'd all imagined for our cabin stay in the mountains. The view was phenomenal, and the cabin was exactly as nice as the pictures portrayed. Plenty of room for all of us, and we cooked all of our meals, so appreciated the large kitchen and table. More than enough dinnerware and cookware for 10 people. A couple of extra dishwasher tablets would have been nice, so keep that in mind if you have a large group for multiple days and plan on dining in for your meals. I'd say it sleeps 9 comfortably and 12 if you have up to 3 more that don't mind sleeping on couches. We had our 2 least picky sleepers sleep on the pull out sofa beds the first night and both said it was one of the most uncomfortable nights of sleep they've had. So we changed up some of the sleeping arrangements leaving one to sleep on the couch itself, and he said the couch was a better night's sleep than the pull out sofa bed. But perhaps little kids wouldn't mind it. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to others, and would stay here on my next visit, without question!"

"Excellent Accommodations - We loved this cabin! It was perfect for our group of 9. Beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. I agree with another reviewer that a couple extra dish towels would have been handy. Other than that I can't think of anything that would have made our stay any better. We loved the hot tub, the pool table and video games were well used, and we even had time to watch a movie in the theater! Host was easy to work with and responded quickly to all our questions from time of booking and throughout our stay. Convenient location, close to activities. Obviously to get this kind of view, you need to travel up the mountain a bit. While it was perfect for us, a word of caution to those who might be nervous driving up the narrow and curvy road -- just take it slow, it is worth the trip! Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin and in the Smoky Mountains! Can't wait to go back!"

The main living area was spacious, extending out to a large porch with expansive views and various seating options... rockers, loungers, table with chairs. The common areas are very nice and roomy, with the dining table large enough to accommodate our entire group. The decks and views are great. Plenty for everyone to do in the game room and theater. Parking and location provide the foundation for a great experience outside the cabin. Access from the main road is easy from the Pigeon Forge side. Everything from amenities and the perfect cabin feel made this a wonderful Smokey Mountain vacation. "We had a great stay at this beautiful cabin. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed the close proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is well stocked and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The oversized dining table was perfect for all our family to eat and play board games together. The three levels and two large decks provided lots of room to spread out and take in the gorgeous scenery. The theater room was awesome, we hung out in there several nights of our stay. We enjoyed seeing 4 bears right at the driveway, and watching the birds and chipmunks from the deck. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked with hand & dishsoap, and paper products. If you like using a couple towels when you shower or use a bunch in the kitchen, you might want to bring a few extras with you as each bathroom only had two bath towels provided and there were only a few in the kitchen… long hair women problems ya know! The bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo and conditioner, which we didn’t use but it was a nice touch! One night of our trip ended up being rainy and stormy and the cabin lost power for about 4 hours. The cabin contact was very responsive and assisted us with notifying the electric company and then later on the internet provider when we realized that was still experiencing an outage after the power was back on. We appreciated the responsiveness and the lantern that was present!! We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Gatlinburg and will recommend it to all our friends. Thank you for offering a quality rental!!"

"Our 4-night stay at Justin's cabin was fabulous! In the past with cabin rentals throughout the Smokies, my husband and I have been disappointed. THIS WAS A REFRESHING SURPRISE! We loved the morning views of the mountains, the Theatre Room, the outside fireplace during cool mornings and evenings, and just how comfortable we 3 couples found the cabin to be. The kitchen is well-supplied and roomy, the dining room table more than ample for meals and games, the living room inviting for conversations together or quiet times in the early morning hours. And the king beds were perfect for a great night's sleep before heading out for hiking and other adventures during the day. The location is beautiful and I personally loved the drive up the winding mountain road. The outdoor fireplace was a great touch for early morning and late night both. "Beautiful cabin - We had 3 couples and this cabin was perfect for us. We loved the huge dining table. We had 2 movie nights in the theater room which was fabulous! We were hoping to get to use the new hot tub, but it wasnt hooked up yet.
We've stayed in numerous VRBO locations and this one ranks in the top few.
A few suggestions for the owner which we all agreed would be helpful: more dishtowels, oven mitt, supply of trash bags and laundry detergent.

"Very clean and great location house. The roads there do have a few narrow places if meeting another vehicle, but overall easy to get to and just a few minutes drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. "A Perfect Surprise - We rented this cabin as a surprise for my Mom's 60th birthday, and it was a HUGE hit. Across the board, we all agreed this was the best house we've ever rented! There were plenty of activities to do in the house to keep everyone entertained at all times. The family style table was perfect for all of us to sit around. From the curvy drive up to the cabin, to the proximity to attractions, to the breathtaking views, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our favorite night was spent eating popcorn and bonding as a family watching a movie in the theater downstairs. We loved this property and highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed!"

We had a nice Christmas card from the cleaners which was very sweet. Once the snow fell there was no traveling in the vehicles! Made our stay cozy! "5 Star Chalet ⭐️⭐️ - Our family of four and friends stayed for a long weekend at the Chalet. No detail is left off in this home, they even had baby gates for the stairs for our twins. The view is amazing and the decor was to die for. The location was great and only 15 mins from town/ groceries. Our chef friend cooked for us and he had everything needed to prepare the meal for 10 people. The theater room turned into the game from for the kids and hangout for everyone watching college football on Saturday night. Highly recommend Chalet Village for your Tennessee mountain getaway. Communication with the host we great and provided information about local attractions, etc. Check in and out process was a breeze. We will be staying here again."
