Gorgeous, newly built cabin with high-end finishes, brand new appliances, granite countertops, new furniture, numerous flat-screen TVs, gas fireplace, 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths, and a loft game room. Enjoy an arcade, pool table, TV and game table in the loft, along with amazing views throughout the house.

Beautiful huge porch with views from nearly every direction; small outdoor fire pit with seating, perfect for those cool evening nights; Charcoal BBQ grill; Private deck w/hot tub, wooded and mountain views!

GENERAL AMENITIES
Complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, free WiFi, air conditioning, central heat, full size washer and dryer. Note that we have satellite internet which is fine for browsing and email but not so good for gaming or streaming.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

PARKING
Plenty of level parking is available that can accommodate several vehicles easily - 3 to 4 vehicles

This includes the best dinner shows, pancake restaurants, adventure parks, museums and even an exotic animal park. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville are the three main cities that comprise the area. Everything is spread out a bit and there are amazing things to keep you busy...

- Can use public seasonal community pool. Honeysuckle Pool & Deli. Guests can purchase a $5.00 per person day passes for the pool and fishing permit at the catch & release pond.
