Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Our stay was great! The cabin was spotless and was bigger than expected. The only thing we had trouble with was the rooftop fire-pit did not come on for us. Though the host was very quickly responding and giving instructions we were unable to get it started. We would definitely visit again our family loved it!"

"This was a beautiful large home that accommodated our 14-member multi-generational family well. People commented that the mattresses were especially comfortable. There are lots of stairs, but the different levels helped separate the noise. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool and the theater room."

"Beautiful home. Quick responses to messages. The house is on a slope so parking a large 14 seater bus was nerve recking since the bus was parked in a slope. Read the details of the house. They have few sample size of shampoo/bathroom products for shower which would only get 4 people to shower so if you’re getting in late, make sure you have enough supplies for your party"

"My family takes a trip every year and this year we chose the Gatlinburg area. We range in age from 84 to 12. The house was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The host was very responsive to some minor maintenance issues and they were fixed fast. We were a bit disappointed in the pool. It's very small, maybe 3 ft wide by 8 ft long, so more of a wading pool. We also had a couple of suggestions. The house is too large and houses too many people to only have one refrigerator. It would be nice to put one on the lower level for storage. Also, the living room furniture was beautiful, but not functional for our family. The chair backs were too low and the narrow couch were not comfortable. Also, even though there is privacy film on the windows, you can see in them at night, so some shades would be nice. Overall, a great stay!!"

"We LOVED this place. The pictures do not do justice for how beautiful this place looks in person. The only con would be the steps as there are about 4 levels. That doesn’t change the fact that this place exceeded our expectations. We saw beautiful birds, the hot tub was everyone’s favorite. I personally enjoyed the theatre the most! I love how accessible all the attractions were as well (less than 10min). Great deal, lovely home!"

"This place was a great find! It has a pool, sauna room, theatet, one bedroom with attached full bath and a half bath on the bottom floor. There is a bedroom with attached full bath, half bath, living room, patio with grill and kitchen on middle level. It has one room with attached bathroom and three additional bedrooms that share a bathroom on the third level. Finally a hot tub and firepit on the top level. Everything is well maintained. There is some building in the area but all neighbors were respectful and polite. Good find for a family or large group. We had a couple's retreat and no one wanted to go home!!"

"Justin was a great host. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen and the fireplace were definitely our favorite areas of the house — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. The only issue we experienced was with the hot water. Unfortunately, due to the winter storm we went through, it wasn’t possible to have it checked during our stay. Aside from that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed the place."

"This home afforded all of the things you’d hope for when building memories with loved ones that would last a lifetime. Whether it was enjoying a meal together around the huge island, or enjoying the ambiance of the double sided fireplace from the great room or the back porch. Watching Christmas movies in the cozy theater, or while relaxing in the hot tub. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The home was as beautiful as the pictures, if not better. There were a lot of steps (due to the size of the house)…so, if you have mobility issues, there is a main floor suite. Top notch!!!"

"Host is immediately responsive and helpful. Listing doesn’t do the home justice. Amenities, views and comfort make this home an obvious choice for large families. There is new construction taking place on the street, but the crews are considerate and there was no noise heard inside of the home. The hot tub was very enjoyable with the outdoor tv and fire pit area. Swimming pool was perfect for my niece and nephews while we enjoyed the sauna. The movie room was one of our favorite spaces in the home-comfortable and quiet. Thank you for such a thoughtful arrangement of spaces!"
