Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
IMPORTANT: This is pet friendly which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

"Overall an excellent stay. There is penty of entertainment for the entire family at the cabin and is a great location to all things. I was mostly impressed with responsiveness and communication by the host. There was an issue with power on the main floor(out of anyone's control) and our host was able to have someone come out in stormy weather to have it fixed immeadetly."

We have a family of five with our frenchies and it didn't feel like anyone was on top of each other the entire stay. "This was the perfect place for our family get-away. The weather did not cooperate as much as we had hoped, but Justin's cabin had so many entertainment options that it really helped off-set not being able to be outside as much. We played pool and shuffle board quite a bit. The 80's style video games were a nice touch, as well as the home theater. The porches are designed so that even in the rain you can stay dry. The hot tub was great and worked perfectly - we used it several times during our stay. The views were wonderful and everything you expect from being up in the Smoky Mountains."

"This is the perfect spot to take your family. Close to everything yet you feel secluded. Plenty of space for the whole family, with plenty to keep you busy. Beautiful view to have coffee or cocktails on the deck. Kids loved the movie room - it was ready for an evening of Switch games and a movies too. "Will definitely be renting this cabin again! Wonderful location only 20 minutes to Dollywood and Gatlinburg! We have small children and I was worried about the cliffs and wrap around porch, but everything is gated very well. We had one hiccup with a pack n’ play, but the host was quick to respond and handled everything wonderfully. Great experience!"

"Very nice well equipped cabin. Decorated perfectly. The fire pit grill area is the best part of the entire property. We spent the majority of our time out there with the dogs and kids on the putt putt coarse. Small fridge and freezer with no ice maker so make sure if you bring a bag with you. Furniture is all in great shape and comfortable. The kids loved the arcade on the lower level. The electronic bowling game a little trick without directions hut host was pretty responsive. Driveway definitely not for the faint of heart. It’s narrow and the switchbacks are a jeeps dream. Parking will be tight if you have full size vehicles."

"This was an AMAZING cabin! Very clean with a ton of things to do inside and outside the cabin! Justin was helpful and quick to respond to questions! Close to town and attractions! The only downside I would say is the actual “driveway” to the cabin is very steep, sharp bends and not very well maintained. Other than that it was a perfect cabin and the whole family loved it!"
