"The house was spacious with lots of room for a big family to spread out. Comfortable beds and everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of adventuring. The location was far enough out of the tourist area to be relaxing but still a short ride to restaurants. The only downside was the indoor pool water was a bit too cold for us to use it but small children probably wouldn’t care."

"We traveled with two adults and six teenagers. The house was just as listed, with plenty of space for the entire group- both to sleep comfortably and with room enough for all while just relaxing at the house. Nice views of the mountains in the distance from both porch levels. The girls in the group really enjoyed lounging on the porch swing seat, the boys really enjoyed the pool and watching tv in the theatre room. The host was good at providing information and quick to respond and answer any questions. We had a great stay!"

"Our family reunion of four generations had a great time! The location was convenient to food, shopping and all tourist activities! 10-30 minutes to all. Such a family friendly area!!! "We came to the Smokies for a vacation with some of our cousins and friends! The air bnb was the perfect set up for us with 3 king bedrooms all with bathrooms and a bunk bed room. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Lots of amenities in the cabin that we want to come back and plan less outings and more cabin time. We encountered a couple bugs as some other reviews stated but to me that’s expected and it was just lady bugs (which are taking over my house as well) and a stink bug. Some of the guests found the heated pool to still be a little cold for their liking but our daughter enjoyed it! Lots of food and things nearby! We plan to stay here again."

"Beautiful stay! All of the rooms are equally beautiful and the beds are extra comfortable. Everyone slept super comfortably! Both the pool and hot tub were amazing. Those were definitely the fan favorites. Few things I can mention, but weren't excessive enough to take away stars from the home. There are ladybugs everywhere throughout the house lol. Dead and alive. Not a major problem as I mentioned, but something to be mindful about when it's warmer outside and the creatures aren't as cute. The wifi was lagging off and on. The tv would be stuck on a loading screen for awhile before it finally pushed through if it ever did. Lastly, when booking the hosts do ask to send a photo of your ID to either an email or a phone number. Wasn't really a fan of that just due to potential scam. A secure link would have made me more comfy. All and all, would recommend this location for sure. Great for a couples getaway trip. Thank you!"

"I cannot say enough how gorgeous this space was. The home was exactly what we expected but somehow even better. The layout was perfect for our large group & the sound proofing of the home was truly amazing! All of the different levels made it easy to spread out & utilize the entire space. "The setup of the house for our family consisting of multiple generations was perfect! Enjoying mornings with coffee on the swing bed on the porch was our favorite spot but was cut a little short due to the noise of the building of a new home next door. The theatre room and shuffle board were great! The dining room table was perfect for our breakfast and dinner gatherings as a family. My only suggestions would be shorter pool sticks so the walls won’t continue to get damaged and a grill option for guests. The location was perfect for our visits to Dollywood and other attractions. The scenery was absolutely beautiful—surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee on the porch. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days away. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: there was some construction happening in the neighborhood, so it could get a little noisy at times during the day. Also, we didn’t realize until we arrived that it’s about a 30-minute drive to Gatlinburg, so plan ahead if you’re hoping to visit the attractions there. "This place was VERY clean. I feel extra steps were even taken. The cleaners found a stain on a duvet, and they went and bought a new one immediately. I’ve never seen cleaner bathrooms in an Airbnb. The pool stayed a nice temperature the entire time. We had 1 minor issue with the bathroom lights not working and it was addressed the very next morning. The theatre area was a lot of fun for the kids to have. The beds were so comfortable, all of them. I would recommend bringing extra blankets if you like a lot, only a top sheet and duvet were provided which was plenty for us. Lots of towels and rags in the bathrooms, and blow dryers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. As far as the construction goes, it didn’t bother us personally, we’re early risers ourselves, but for informational purposes the construction people start arriving at 7am. We saw a lot of families around as well, and enjoyed walking around the area in the evening."

"Great visit - Booked a short trip to Sevierville to spend with family for our soon to be 11 year old’s birthday. We loved that the cabin had something for all ages. Each of the bedrooms had a full bath, in addition to the half bath conveniently located with the pool and hot tub. The beds were so comfortable that I did not want to leave! "My family and I had a great weekend due to this location. Restaurants were within a few miles and driving into the mountains was within 30 mins (given the traffic). The house was clean and the kitchen had everything but the food to be cooked. The House was open and spacious giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. My three year old son and fifteen year old nephew enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels were provided for the pool area. The restroom located in the pool room made it convenient for breaks and changing. Had no issue finding the house with Apple Maps or anything else in the surrounding area. "Wow, what an amazing stay! The cabin was absolutely perfect — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The views of the Smoky Mountains from the deck were breathtaking, The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing all the little details, from fresh towels to local tips on where to eat. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway."

"Enjoyed A Relaxing Fall Break! - We had a great stay at this cabin! While there were a few minor issues, there was nothing that made the visit not enjoyable. Our goal was to stay at the cabin, relax and enjoy the company of each other. The kids loved the pool table, the games, the theater room, hot tub, bunk beds, and indoor pool. Us adults enjoyed the view and day bed swing on the back porch and the kitchen that had pretty much all of the cooking utensils we would need to avoid eating out. The cabin was plenty big enough for all 8 of us without feeling cramped or on top of each other. The biggest issue was that the king beds are pretty high off the ground due to the box springs and our elderly family members had trouble getting up and down off the beds. Would definitely recommend bringing footstools with you if you plan to stay in this cabin. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable! We will def book this cabin again!"

"I gave Shane’s place a 5 ⭐️ all the way across because this place will be amazing!! The house itself was more than we expected! modern and plenty of space and amenities. Pet friendly was the best. Something for everyone. New build - Host was very responsive-we had some minor issues come up and host was right on them and had them looked into immediately. the porch swing on back porch was my absolute favorite place to be. Kitchen was fully stocked. Hot tub was clean. Pool was a little too cold for our liking but very clean and nice and has 1/2 bath in pool room. Movie room was great added touch. this is a new build and a new community so there is construction going on with more houses being built. Lots of noise and traffic but wasn’t an issue for us for the most part bc my husband and myself are early risers and spent most days sight seeing but once everything is built this is going to be a nice serene place. Very convenient to convention center & Waterpark. We plan on renting again."

"The house is gorgeous. The beds are super comfortable. The house is luxurious and put together with amazing decor. The only negative is that it’s in the middle of an active construction zone, as they are building identical houses one after another just a few feet apart. The construction crews are building very quick, so I’m guessing construction will wrap up before winter. Once that is done, the house will be perfect. Beautiful views."

"The home is very moderate. They have included small things to make it just like home. Throws in living room just an example. Towels near pool. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Porch swing bed amazing. Kitchen is stocked well. Pool water was too cold for us. The only negative. Everything, else wonderful. Will definitely book again. Courteous hosts. Stayed in touch during our stay. Will definitely book again."

"Beautiful Place! - We loved this house. It was beautiful, clean, convenient to the strip, and everything we needed was provided. Downside - beds are HIGH. I needed a stool, but there isn't one. The pool was 72°, cold.I reported it, was told that is the proper temp. NO privacy for hot tub."
