Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"The host was exceptional when it came to communicating and even sent someone to help us when we needed it. The home was the perfect size to host our two families totaling 10 and we appreciated the number of bathrooms available. A couple downsides to renting this property was the amount of bears in the area due to a construction site next door that left out trash. Make sure to leave your cars locked at all times! I do feel like the price to rent this home was significant given its condition. Tips for future renters; bring your own spices (the home does not come with anything extra like salt and pepper or oils). Bring extra dishwasher soap, trash bags, ziplock bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and large coffee filters. It also doesn’t provide games so bring board games if that’s your thing. The clubhouse pools are not heated and were cold. Little Creek Trail was a nice hike, check out the forbidden caverns."

There were a couple small things that came up, but he immediately offered to come take care of them, which we really appreciated. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better—super close to all the main attractions. "This cabin is nice and cozy. We stayed for 1 week and had a good time with my sisters. The cabin was clean and the linens were clean. Overall our experience was good here. It states that it has mountain views but I wouldn't say you really see the mountains that well at all. You cant see them from inside the cabin, you have to physically go on the porch and be in a specific part of the porch to see an OK view of them. But if you dont care about mountain views then it's a good cabin. Lastly, there is a huge cabin next door and if people are staying there they can look inside your cabin all day and night long because you have no curtains for the huge back doors. No privacy at all."

"Enjoyable stay for our multi-generational family get together. We appreciated being able to spread out with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The first floor bedroom worked well for our parents who have mobility challenges. While not flat, there is only 1 step to enter the home and they were able to enjoy the first level. Beautiful views off the back deck, especially in the morning. The construction is a bit of an annoyance, but the house was quiet at night while we slept. We encountered a few maintenance issues, but the host was responsive and they had easy work arounds. If staying for more than a weekend you will want to bring additional supplies of your own, provided items were limited."
