"Enjoyed our stay as a family of three. Very spacious and clean. Loved how clean it smelled when we walked in the door. Beds were comfy. Couch is comfy. Tub was great with jets after a long day of walking was great. Right on a creek where we could see ducks every morning from our balcony. My little girl loved that. View was not blocked by trees. Away from the noise but a short drive to all the attractions. Walmart very close by like 3 minutes up the rd. We will definitely be staying again. The only con was not enough wash cloths and towels, but can be easily fixed with a quick run to Walmart. We just bought some more. I didn’t want to spend vacay washing towels. Also, be aware there is no luggage cart to get your stuff to your room but there is an elevator. Overall stay a 10 out of 10. We plan on going back here."

"This is a great place to stay! Its our first time staying in a condo and I wasn't sure how we would like it, but we ended up loving it- the parking was plentiful, the elevator wss fast and was almost always empty and the condo was quiet. We didnt realize when we booked Rod Run would be going on that weekend. The location was perfect for getting around the traffic of the main road- there seemed to be alot of 'back roads' to places from the condo so we didnt waste time sitting in traffic. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the view of the river and seeing the geese. I especially appreciated the full length mirrors in the bedrooms and the space to spread out out stuff in the bathrooms. We went with another couple and the only thing to note is- the 2nd bedroom is considerable smaller than the master. And the TV is mounted quite high in the 2nd bedroom. This is not a deal breaker and we would definitely choose this place again- just wanted to note it."

"Beautiful place with a lot of extra amenities. We went during the chaos of Thanksgiving week and we were so pleased to have the peace and quiet of this condo off the main path. We had easy access to Anakeesta (highly recommend!!), Dollywood, the titanic, and Wonderworks. Beautiful views and kitchen is well stocked. My only recommendation is to bring your own towels as we only had one per person for five days, which wasn't quite enough for what we are used to!"

"10/10 recommend! We absolutely loved our stay here. Our favorite part was the convenience to everything in the area. We loved that it was right off the main highway, however it still felt extremely quiet and serene with the mountain and river views from the balcony. We did not hear any road traffic from the condo. We also saw an amazing sunset from the balcony one night. The condo was also extremely clean, and all of the furniture was very comfortable for us. We felt that it had everything we needed, and it was very spacious for our family of 4. Thanks to the simple instructions from Justin, check in and out could not have been smoother for us! Which is always very appreciated when traveling with small children. "It was such an amazing experience. Super clean, Walmart was a 5 min. WALK!!!. And all the restaurants down the street all in walking distance. The movie theater was walking distance and for all my sports watching people, Buffalo Wild Wings is right next door…. Such an amazing experience. The strip is a 5 minute drive away and the water park as well as convention center is 15 minutes of a drive away. The best part was the Smokey Mountain National Park just 35-40 minutes away and you are in one of the best views from the top of the mountain…. I will be looking for this place to rent again…."

The condo was large enough and had all needed supplies. We would stay here again. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, easy access to the highway. But there is plenty to do if you don't hike and want to shop or see a show. Getting to hiking trails was easy, just ensure you get there early, trailhead parking fills up quickly. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that while we were there for a wedding, there was also a car show in town. So allllll night until 2 am we just heard loud engines roaring. So we didn't get the best nights sleep. The locals all seemed pretty purturbed about it, but we don't fault our hosts for that knowing that it was only for that weekend. "One of the most amazing hosts that I have rented from!!!! The condo was awesome and the pictures were right on! Justin and Kari are quick to respond, although we didn't need much because they are proactive!! I deal with customers everyday and they treated us the way I treat mine. The area was beautiful, safe, quiet and fun all at the same time!! I will be staying at their properties each time I can!!! They think of every little detail!! Highly recommended!!"

"Wonderful place to stay. Very clean, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, very nice appliances, beautiful & comfortable furniture throughout. Great view from the balcony. Could see the Christmas lights on the rails of the rollercoaster. Close to a variety of restaurants, shopping, & activities & shows. Easy access to Pigeon Forge & Sevierville."

"Long code to get in but we eventually memorized it, close to all the action but not too close , very clean and comfortable (beds weren’t too comfortable) that could be a preference issue. We loved all the extra cozy blankets and decor was perfect. Enjoyed seeing the mallard ducks in the creek behind the condo in the mornings. Overall everything was enjoyable would recommend."
