"Revetra Retreat lived up to the description. It was clean, comfortable and the views were beautiful. The set up was great for multiple families. It has just the right amount of privacy and we could easily gather in the kitchen and great room. It’s situated about 20 minutes from shopping areas and you can easily DoorDash if you prefer. Would 100% revisit and recommend."

"Very clean and updated property for a good location and good communication from hosts. Since the property is meant for large group of people, they should provide adequate supplies such as laundry and dishwasher pods (not just two as starter irrespective of the number of. Nights or amount of folks). Other cleaning supplies could also be adequately put in as part of booking as it isn’t cheap. And also there no cleaning supplies.. paper towel. Shampoo and conditioner were also not enough for everyone.water pressure in shower was very low .we had clogged toilet . Plumber was sent over the last day. We were not able to use bathroom downstairs till the plumber came and fixed it."

Hi Sameer, Thank you for the great review. I’m glad Revetta Retreat was clean, updated, in a good location, and that our communication worked well. Our maintenance team also inspected the plumbing, addressed the clog, and adjusted water pressure where needed, and we’ve tightened our preventative checks and emergency-response procedures to help avoid this in the future. Thank you again for letting us know. We’d love to host you again next time you’re in the area. Safe travels,

"You won't regret booking Justin's place. The home was a beautiful escape for me and my 4 friends. We enjoyed the balcony everyday. My early morning coffees in little quiet places through the home we so needed. We cooked everyday and had plenty of space to stretch out in our own spaces when we were together. I would advise going grocery shopping or having it delivered. The home is in a quiet area some ways from most major stores but not so far away you wont venture out. Make sure you bring your own supplies such as trash bags, dish detergent, pods, paper towels, etc. Its a Keirug and drip coffee maker at the home home."

Please know that if you go there you’ll probably want to bring some basic supplies with you such as additional cooking and cleaning supplies, bottled water, etc. we ended up having to go to the grocery store to purchase these things, but it did not detract from our stay."

"We had such a great time with this house. It was very well cleaned. The rooms and all of the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the views from the back decks and the use of the hot tub. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We were here with our large family, including 2 sets of grandparents, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or be apart. We did have an issue logging into the wifi, but Justin was able to communicate with us quickly to help resolve the problem. We all loved this beautiful home every room could be on the front of a magazine but it still was warm and cozy and the views are amazing. I was told by everyone in our group that they love the house I had picked. This was the first time I have used an Air B&B and Justin was fast to respond and help me through my first time booking. It was quick and very easy with all questions answered. I will definitely be returning next year and hope to stay the whole week. "Fabulous Property! - I could not have asked for more in a rental property experience! The location was perfect. It was peaceful and had beautiful views. It was a short drive to all of the tourist attractions, but just far enough away that you're in the calm of nature with only a few homes nearby. The home itself was gorgeous! Everything is new, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owners have spared no expense in making it feel like a luxury property. There's tons of space and we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. No need for my teenage daughters to fight for space! 🙂 The game room and theater rooms were a lovely addition, and we loved having a mini fridge/wet bar on the upper and lower levels. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could ever want! It was the most well equipped kitchen I've seen in the dozens of rentals I've stayed in over the years. The three outdoor decks were such a wonderful treat and I could have stayed out there all day! Communication with the owners was fantastic. Justin was just a text/phone call away and answered any questions I had right away. It was reassuring to know I could get help if needed. If you're on the fence, don't be. You will NOT be disappointed in this property!"

"10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had an amazing weekend. Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculate, extremely clean & accommodated our group of 13 with no problem. It also was only about 15-20 mins from Pigeon Forge which had a lot of activities to choose between. Justin was responsive and available for any questions I may have had concerning the home, food places & suggestions on what we should do while in town. You will not be disappointed! I will definitely be booking with him again in the near future."

"Our family experience at the cabin was beyond expectations. So much privacy for our family gathering, yet ample open space for those special moments that we hoped to have in the mountains. Views were stunning, daily trips were close by and Justin shared great correspondence for finding hidden treasures in the Wears Valley area. His quick correspondence was most valuable. Highly recommend this exceptionally clean, uniquely expansive home that we would love to visit again! As a family, we kindly thank you!"
