Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"This cabin was very clean and well maintained, especially for being a pet friendly cabin. The beds were comfortable, and there was a baby gate and games on site which came in handy. The only things I would mention are the use of security cameras on both the front and back porches. It’s not a big deal as I’m sure they are for security purposes, but they were not disclosed on the listing and we were looking for a rental without cameras for peace of mind with young children. The other thing I would note is that there are clear views of the neighbors, and we had neighbors dogs on our porch/yard a few of the days of our stay. This is out of the hosts control but important to note if you’re bringing your own pups. Neither issue was a deal breaker and overall it was a great stay."

"Everything was great and was above and beyond as described. Our only little hiccup was trying to find the code to the front gate, which was on us because of the lack of service until you can connect to the cabin’s wifi. This was quickly resolved for us by the owner. Our pups had a great time. And my husband loved playing galaga and mappy on the arcade station upstairs. We will definitely be returning for our anniversary in the future!"

"We really enjoyed the cabin. So happy we were able to bring our fur babies. We have pug and French Bulldog that are super needy Loved the cage on the back porch! We actually forgot one of our cages, and this saved our bacon!! Loved that front porch! Appreciated the washer and dryer, and that allowed us to bring less stuff and wash. Owners very responsive, and we asked for trash pickup and it was done before we returned. Great place to stay!!"

"Even after looking at pictures of the cabin before arriving we were still blown away the minute we opened the door. It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas! We had everything we needed and it was warm and toasty throughout on cold winter mornings. The sofa and beds are very comfy, hot tub and entire cabin was very clean, and it was quiet and relaxing day and night. The location was just right with a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Justin responded quickly when we messaged and my family loved our stay here, hope we can get back soon!"

"Justin has a lovely cabin (that was festively decorated!) that worked great for the five of us (three adults and two kids). It is in a private, gated area and is an easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin had everything we needed for a five day stay, and the kids got a real kick out of the arcade games and the hot tub. Justin was very responsive for the couple times I had questions for him, with almost immediate replies each time. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The cabin was immaculate upon arrival with a kitchen stocked with everything you need for a good home cooked meal but close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that you could eat out at much as you'd like. The cozy cabin was super dog friendly being on a quiet road for morning and evening walks. The hot tub was super clean and amazing after a long day exploring. The area was so peaceful and allowed us to truly take a break from reality. The bathrooms were well stocked and super clean. The loft had the COZIEST little circular lounging bed. This cabin was honestly perfect, there wasn't a single thing we thought it was lacking or disliked about it. HIGHLY recommend booking here for your next Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg vacation!"

"Our stay at Justin's cabin was great! The cabin itself was a short drive to Pigeon Forge, which made things like getting groceries and traveling to attractions very easy! The cabin was super cozy, loved having both a front and a back porch to hang out on, and had great ammenities (i.e., charcoal grill [which was clean], a hot tub, a large firepit, and Wi-Fi).
