Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"We were two families that met here one was from Tampa, Florida. The other was from Peoria Illinois area. We had three Littles with us 3,5 and 7 and the house couldn’t have had more for them to do. It was just a really great vacation. The road is a little challenging, especially at night but slow and easy up the hill and in we just had the best time the place is spotless. the beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Nothing was broken coffee on the deck in the morning was spectacular. Great directions for everything that you wanted to use. I highly suggest families coming here."

"My family and I spent a few days at this location and it was amazing! The home is beautiful. The game room was the favorite out of all of us. My 14 year old became quite the player. There is tons to do in near by Gatlinburg, like shopping or mountain coaster. If you go to Dollywood, you might want to split into two days, there is TONS to do and my teens were wore out after 6 hours there. The aquarium was very cool also! Lastly is you can bring cash do so because almost all the stores charged extra to run your card."

"This cabin exceeded our expectations in every way. We absolutely loved the private pool and hot tub, and the cabin itself was spotless and well‑stocked with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was watching the amazing sunset views from the third‑floor balcony—truly unforgettable. We also really enjoyed the movie theater room; the TV setup was incredible and made for a great night in. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the firepit, it looked amazing. Our only regret was not spending more time at the cabin to enjoy all it had to offer. This was by far the best cabin we've ever rented in the Smoky Mountains. If I had to mention one small negative, it would be the road leading up to the cabin, it's a very winding road, and I'd recommend arriving during the day to get a feel for it. Once we got used to it, it was perfectly fine. This is definitely a cabin we would love to rent again when in the area. I wish I could give 10 stars!"

We went during what was supposed to be an ice storm and don’t feel comfortable leaving the place everyday to visit my family but there was plenty to do to entertain my young kids. "Great cabin in a great location. Just a short hop from here to all the action on the Pigeon Forge Pkwy. At the same time, the location of the cabin makes it still feel secluded. As for the cabin itself, the amenities (pool, hot tub, billiards, etc) were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The firepit and outdoor area were also perfect for relaxing with friends. Justin was also a great host with good and thorough communication. We would stay here again"

"The place was absolutely amazing. One of the nicest cabins I've ever been in. Justin was quick to respond if we had any questions and just as nice and polite as could be. The pool and game room was amazingly clean and well kept. Not a bad view from any of the balconies. Well worth the money and perfect location. Not to far from the strip in Pigeon Forge but farther enough away to enjoy the peace and quit. Will most definitely recommend staying here to friends and family. And will be back ourselves in the future."
