Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. "Neverland was a magical experience for my 7/8 year old nieces! We did a treasure hunt our first night which was a fun event for the kids to use their imagination and explore the cabin. We all loved taking dips in the pool and hot tub between trips to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and we loved the attention to detail with the theme! At dusk we got to see a few bears from up high on the deck which was a perfect way to see them. If you are looking for a theme, tucked in the woods but still very close to downtown I highly recommend this one!"

"A perfect week at Neverland! We took our sons, a daughter-in-law, and our gorgeous four year old twins, Dorothy and Delilah to Neverland for the week. The cabin is beyond comfort and location for a peaceful week in Gatlinburg. The theme, Neverland, is displayed throughout the entire cabin. The girls loved it. We bought them pirate dresses to feel the mood of Peter Pan. We saw three bears on the property during our stay. Awesome! I would highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for privacy and location all into one."

"The place was VERY clean, which is one of the best compliments I have for any place. Beds were nice, kitchen had plenty of items for cooking, bathrooms well supplied, and hot tub was clean and ready to use. Basketball goal outside has broken backboard and rim, but thats about the only negative. Location is great, easy to find, great internet and cell service. Groceries, alocohol, gas, and pizza 5 minutes."

"We’ve been coming to Gatlinburg for my daughter’s birthday for the past few years at her request, and this cabin was by far our favorite! We loved the Netherlands-themed décor, especially as Disney fans. Every room having its own bathroom was such a plus — we had 8 people and a pet, and it never felt crowded. The cabin was very clean and private, tucked away just enough to feel off to itself. I would highly recommend this cabin and can’t wait to come back for another stay!"

"Host canceled our trip and i didnt receive the message until we arrived to the cabin.our vehicle slid into a ditch due to the snow and ice on the hill to get to the cabbin.i contacted host about our issue that we have no vehicle and enterprise cant send anyone to pick us up until Monday. The cabbin was never cleaned before we arrived.and it was a huge mess we had to clean some blankets and towels just for us to use and sleep on.the host called and i explained again that we are stuck with 4 kids and no where to go and no car.but she was just worried about how i was going to pay for the 4 days that i might be there sense she canceled out previous kne week reservation. She called atleast 4 times and kept saying im sending you another link for the payment. I had no choice but to pay it.we left monday after noon but they charged us until tuesday.the cabin has a lot of issue.the bottom floor heater does not work so its stayed 45 degrees all day and night.and like i said eveything was super dirty smelled like dog urine .the stairs were loose it felt like i was going to fall.the breaker kept tripping and causing power to go off.i will never rent this place again.host didnt care about us just worried about money and she even lied saying we cant stay unless we pay becayse they have the place rented to someone else but if i paid she could re schedule the other guest.but i know thats a lie sense we rented the place from saturday to friday."

"We enjoyed our stay at Neverland. The cabin is in a peaceful area of Gatlinburg and is super close to the Arts & Craft community. The cabin was clean and easy to access. It was nice to be able to cook some of our meals in the cabin but go out when we wanted. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. We also loved that it was pet friendly. A bear visited the cabins located on the street on the last night of our stay so be sure to lock your doors! Our neighbors in the cabin nearby didn’t and the bear rummaged through their car. Overall, it was such a lovely and peaceful stay in Gatlinburg but away from the chaos of the main parkway. We would recommend to anyone and stay again if we come back to visit!"

"The cabin was beautiful and in a peaceful location. The whole place was very on theme and we loved it! The kids had a blast. They enjoyed the hot tub and arcade games. The beds were extremely comfortable! We all slept well. Loads of space for everyone. A couple of we adults especially enjoyed porch sitting, enjoying our coffee. We saw a bear one afternoon. There are just a few things we would suggest for improvement. First, replace the couch. It was nearly impossible to sit on. Very uncomfortable, pretty much non functional. The single curtain panel to cover the sliding glass doors was definitely not enough. Big gaps were left and I felt exposed. Especially with everyone on the porch. The bowl sink we had was pretty but very tall. These small things aside, the place was immaculate! Very well kept! We loved discovering the details of the neverland theme through out our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here."

Close to town … big hint unless you want to wind around country roads MAKE A RIGHT out of the driveway, otherwise Boogertown is long country way. I could have stayed and never left for any tourist attractions, but we spent a lot of time in Pigeon Forge with the kids. Not as crowded as Gatlinburg. I would recommend this cabin to everyone. Only heads up would be is be aware there are stairs down to the cabin & down to hot tub. The master bed is very high (I (wife) bought a small step stool at Walmart ha ha). "Very peaceful - The location was great. Outside of town, but not too far. The house is located on a quiet road with lots of trees. We stayed over the 4th of July. Couldn’t hear any of the neighbors fireworks (which was nice). Futon in the main room probably should be changed to a couch. It was hard to get comfortable on after a long day hiking. Overall loved the place and would stay there again. P.S. also got to see bears from the balcony. That was awesome!"

"Making Memories! - We had an awesome time at “Neverland” it was one of our best trips ever! Everything was as pictured and as promised, the house was truly amazing… We loved the pool, hot tub but the favorite part of the house was the decks… We spent every night hanging out with our 8 family members on the deck just rocking away and laughing, playing music into the early morning hours, just truly making memories! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was more than ample, and bathroom spaces were very nice…. Only thing I would suggest is a better couch it’s not that comfortable, but hey most of our time was on the deck so we are not complaining at all! The Peter Pan theme was really neat, we all felt like kids on an adventure during our stay, and just an easy 3 minute drive to the downtown fun of Gatlinburg, less the 2 minute to A nice Grocery store, but yet found ourselves in such a private mountain setting! Our favorite memory of all we were all on the deck about 6pm and Along came this black bear just traveling through the yard, he didn’t have a care in the world either, just taking an evening stroll as naturally as we all could be! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your awesome house, we will surely return again!"

"My extended family of 7 adults had a wonderful weekend at Neverland. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the Peter Pan theming was adorable. The host, Justin, was always available and the house rules were clear. This would be a great house for families!! One thing for renters to know is the couch in the living room was a little odd, but we worked it out by using it as a futon instead. I would definitely stay here again. "The Neverland Cabin was AMAZING! It was designed by a true craftsman and the attention to detail was impressive. It was private with beautiful scenery while still being close to attractions, so the perfect location. My family really enjoyed our visit and were super comfortable. The cabin came equipped with anything we could possibly need and then some. There were quite a few stairs involved, which didn't bother us at all. I only mention it because it may not work for anyone in a wheelchair or who struggles with stairs. The cabin was pet friendly and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dog. We just made sure to crate him if he was left alone while we went out to eat. There was a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook a meal and eat it in, too. Justin was a great host who was always quick to respond. He communicated everything we needed to know and sent area guides/coupon book before we arrived so we could plan our activities in advance. "A Magical Stay in Neverland! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Neverland in Gatlinburg! The Peter Pan theme is beautifully carried throughout the entire cabin, with so many thoughtful details that truly make it feel like stepping into a storybook. From the décor to the small touches, everything was so well done and added to the charm of our experience. The cabin’s location is perfect—nestled in the mountains for a peaceful retreat, yet close enough to all the attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and essentials. It’s the best of both worlds! The cabin is fully equipped with everything you could need for a 5-star experience. From the cozy furniture to the well-stocked kitchen, every detail is designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can’t recommend Neverland enough for anyone looking for a unique and magical getaway. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Soccer tournament stay - What a great cabin to stay in during a soccer tournament this past weekend. We were able to share it with another family with plenty of room and activities for the kids on their down time. The theme was very cute and whimsical. The little toddler bed was a perfect touch as my two year old loved it! They were only 5 minutes to Rocky Top Sports World complex, which made it convenient to go back to rest between the games. Well kept, really clean, and quiet. Would stay here again if we have another tournament up there!"

"We stayed at Justin’s place over Labor Day and had the most amazing time. It was spotless and spacious, close to the Great Smokies and the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Two families (4 adults, 3 kids, and a baby) had plenty of room to relax and hang out. Justin has put a ton of time and effort into the Peter Pan theme and the kids loved it. Highly recommend staying here when in the area!"

"The cabin had all we needed, Justin was very attentive responding my questions, we had enough privacy, enough room for the cars, oh we actually saw a bear too, right for the price, I love the fact that every room has their own bathroom. The beds were too soft for me, I guess it's just a matter of taste. Overall me and my family had a great time."

"Family weekend - Me and my family loved this cabin we went up for a weekend and it was beautiful drive to the cabin. The cabin is so beautiful I loved the Nederland theme. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The drive to all the attractions in pigeon forge was easy and very beautiful overall i would rate this cabin a 10/10 stars. "My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here. The kids loved the theme of the cabin and it was just a beautiful home and area. We definitely enjoyed just sitting outside on the decks and enjoying the fresh air. The beds were very comfortable. It did look at first that the road up to the cabin was going to be steep but wasn't bad at all. Justin was quick to respond to any questions I had. This was just a great place and even got to see a bear on our last night there! Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to visit Gatlinburg."
