A 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle may be recommended, especially during winter months or inclement weather. Large vehicles, trailers, RVs, and vehicles with limited ground clearance may not be suitable for this property.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

My only comment would be that with 7 people staying there, we did dishes after breakfast and dinner, so two dishwasher pods just didn’t cut it. Also, wish there were more than two of everything - soap, trash bags, laundry soap. A few extra towels would have been nice too. Maybe add a few towels out by the hot tub? Overall though - we enjoyed our stay. VERY steep driveway, but that’s everywhere. Loved the fire pit - bring your own wood. Also, the staples available are coffee filters, salt and pepper."

"This was a beautiful mountain oasis— perfect for a couples trip to the Smokies. The cabin felt just like home, the deck was our favorite place to watch the sunrise, and we even saw a bear just down the road! One insider tip would be that if you are planning to use the pull out sofa in the family room, whomever sleeps there will be woken up with the sunrise. The gorgeous windows that are perfect throughout the day are on the side of the house where the sun rises, so no sleeping in on the sofa bed! Entering the home was easy and once inside, everything was as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the 1st floor Master as my daughter is disabled and carrying her up stairs becomes cumbersome. We were close to everything we wanted to do, but still secluded enough that it was quiet and relaxing. My teens loved the oool table and hot tub, as well as the fire pit. "Family Vacation 2024 - When looking for a cabin for our family vacation, this one had everything we were looking for. We loved the mountain views from the large wrap around porch, the hot tub, the pool table and the fire pit. The location was perfect for us. It was so quiet when you stepped out on the back porch, yet still so close to town. Woke up one morning to a turkey just off the back porch. We played a turkey call on the phone to see if we could get a response. Turkey didn't mind but the squirrels really started barking! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a well needed and relaxing vacation. Look forward to coming back soon."

"We came out for Zach Bryan in Knoxville & brought the motorcycles along with us! The trip was super memorable, the views were great and the house was exactly as pictured - if anything, it was better! The hot tub was great after a long day of walking / riding around & the beds were super comfy! Justin was always very responsive as soon as we messaged him, no matter what time. He made our quick trip to Tennessee as EASY as it could be. The driveway was wicked and nothing like I’ve ever seen before but I’ve also never stayed in the mountains, so it was definitely cool to experience it here for the first time ever! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we were ever in the area :)"

"Hidden gem in a quiet setting - We stayed 4 nights during our visit to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The cabin was a short drive from dining, amusement parks, and recreational activities. The only thing that ever disturbed the quiet were birds chirping in the trees outside. We were treated to more than one beautiful sunrise. Our family enjoyed playing pool and besting each other on the arcade game. I highly recommend a stay at Justin and Kari's."

"Fantastic Place Perfect Location - This place is wonderful and in a great location. Would definitely stay again. The Keurig was super clean and so was the refrigerator; immaculate even as if they were brand new. One area for improvement would be a few more towels, but bringing your own is an option. Note: very steep incline and in snowy weather or even heavy rain, 4WD would be necessary."

"We came for a quick family trip while my son was touring Johnson University. This was the perfect place for a family getaway! This house has it all! Amazing views on an inclosed wrap around porch, I felt it was very safe for my younger kids. The hot tub, pool table, TV in every room provided a lot of fun and relaxing for us all. At night you can see the stars from inside through the huge windows, it was stunning! We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was very clean and well stocked. I really enjoyed that there was ice & filtered water in the fridge! The beds were all really comfortable and they all had covers on the mattresses and were clean. The house looks just like the photos, extremely well kept and immaculately cleaned. I can’t wait to come back!!"

"Best air bnb we’ve ever stayed at! Extremely clean, amazing views, everything to cook with in the kitchen (note there is no salt or pepper bring your own spices), far enough out for privacy but close enough to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg for entertainment. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and the arcade game! We had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave! Please note that the road to get up to the house is very steep. If you do not have experience driving in the mountains I’d recommend dropping it to Low 1 up and low 2 down! Much smoother ride up and down this way! The views off the patio were like nothing we’ve ever seen in our lives. Absolutely breathtaking!! The ice/water refrigerator was definitely nice, cold ac, comfy beds, hot water, fire pit area outside was wonderful for s’mores and he includes s’mores sticks as well! Absolutely best vacation ever! 10\10 recommend Justin’s place! He was very responsive and nice too the entire time from booking-finish! Thank you Justin!!!!"

"Beautiful cabin with an amazing view! Spacious and looks like the pictures. Justin was very communicative and let us book very last minute due to another listing falling through on us. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit were all utilized during our short two night stay and we all had a great time! The only issue we ran into was the incline up to the cabin. We were in a 15 passenger van with 6 people and a bunch of luggage so we didn’t make it up the drive way. There was a vacant cabin right before where we parked and walked up."

"Incredible views! Wow!! Watching the sunrise from the east facing porch was spectacular. Downstairs king bed was firm but comfortable, two upstairs beds were a little softer! Loved being able to do laundry and use the dishwasher after cooking meals, has all of the kitchen amenities you’ll need. The Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix was a little spotty at times but it may have been because of the increased usage during a huge storm, not a big deal at all. Justin was amazing with communication and super friendly. Would visit again!"

"Incredible views! Wow!! Watching the sunrise from the east facing porch was spectacular. Downstairs king bed was firm but comfortable, two upstairs beds were a little softer! Loved being able to do laundry and use the dishwasher after cooking meals, has all of the kitchen amenities you’ll need. The Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix was a little spotty at times but it may have been because of the increased usage during a huge storm, not a big deal at all. Justin was amazing with communication and super friendly. Would visit again!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Justin's place in the mountains! The property is clean, very well appointed, and comfortable. We had lots of fun playing pool and arcade games and relaxing in the hot tub and around the fire pit. It's close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to have lots of options for activities, but just off the beaten path enough to feel like a true escape into the mountains. For city folk like me, the last little steep bit of the drive up to the property was a little hair-raising, but I imagine it would only be a actual issue if it were raining hard or snowing."

"Beautiful cabin with beautiful views! - My husband and I spent the week of our 20th anniversary at this cabin and truly loved every second of it. It's about 10 minutes to the parkway with easily accessible roads and plenty of parking. The screened-in porch and hot tub was awesome! We had to make ourselves get out and explore the area because we never wanted to leave the cabin. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this place. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was also very clean. The views were amazing and we had total privacy. We look forward to returning in the future.
