Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Sorry for such a late reply for my review but first things first. The host was always in contact, spoke and stayed professional. Always asked if we were good and offered to help us and any way when came to the property. Speaking of the property, this place was perfect for our family as everyone was comfortable in their rooms. The highlight for me was the Theater room. I was blown away as the chairs were very comfortable and it gave a real movie theater feel. Word of advise to those planning on renting, make sure your vehicle has four wheel drive. The climb is a little steep"

"The good: Beautiful view and interior. Plenty of room for our big family. Plenty of easy parking on 2 level driveways. Very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac on a mountainside. Kitchen is well-equipped. The bad: I nicknamed this the "autopilot cabin". Expect automated AI generated messages and SMS marketeering selling e.g. trip insurance. Cabin is cluttered. Fall and Christmas decorations including Christmas tree still out in March. Privacy issues: Host contacted me outside of AirBnb even after I asked not to. Host requires list of guests and my photo ID but this was not disclosed in the listing. Mechanical: Water pressure is very low. Showers on top floor get just a trickle. Hot water not hot enough. Every one of the ~10 theater chairs is broken: they no longer recline. Stairs extremely creaky, easily wakes others."

"Scenery at the cabin was absolutely beautiful! The host was amazing and was very responsive. We had a couple issues with not being able to get on the Wi-Fi, and the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom shower wasn’t the best. But the host was very responsive and got us on the Wi-Fi within minutes. I also really liked that we didn’t have to drive through any crazy mountain roads to get to the cabin. Definitely recommend this cabin for a large family, plenty of games and entertainment for the whole family."

"Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. We had a great time. We are already talking about booking again. The only thing to be cautious about is there is steep hills so plan around weather in the winter. We were there when they got 15 inches of snow. Justin was great about understanding if we needed to stay longer. Overall the trip was great and we can’t wait to do it again. Thank you Justin."

"This place was really nice! It had everything we needed from small kitchen appliances to laundry detergent for the laundry. Also, the view in the morning was to die for! Justin’s communication was quick and easy to help figure out any problem we had! "This was such a a great place for our family of 9, with plenty of room for the planned 16. ( School, work, college plans got in the way ) However, we had a great time! Equidistant from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we visited both! But the beauty of the surrounds of this mountain retreat was enough to satisfy all of us from our busy times, here or at home. The serenity of the mountains, the beautiful trees, the sounds of silence....ahhh. We saw lots of wildlife! The playground was perfect for our little ones! We all enjoyed the upper open deck as well as the screened lower porch with the hot tub!. It's beautiful! Plan your trip!!! "Amazing home with a great view - Such a beautiful home with plenty of room for our group of 16. From ages 4-50 there plenty of space and lots to do. The game room was a big hit for kids and adults. The 2 levels of porches to relax and visit on was so amazing. Was close enough to visit everything but secluded enough to be out of the hustle. Strongly recommend and will be back for future stays!!"
