"This property is in a beautiful setting. The pool was a plus for the grandchildren and the hot tub was great. We used the firepit to make kids smores. My youngest said we were camping out (He is 3) The game room kept the older ones busy and the theater room was great for family movies. Justin was great when we emailed him with a little issue with the dishwasher. They had someone out the next day. Very Responsive. I would rent this again the next time we are in Pigeon Forge. Very nice place to send your vacation."

"Upon check-in the house was clean and exactly like described in the listing. The host communication was excellent leading up to check-in as well. The bedrooms were spacious, beds very comfortable, and bathrooms cleans and stocked with essentials. The views were incredible from the main floor deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening whiskey. This was the perfect cabin for my family of 4 to spend the week with grandparents. A few very small negatives was the hot tub needed cleaned as there was small debris in the bottom. While we were advised the pool was kept at 78-82 degrees the pool room was 84 degrees and we are unsure if its due to that or if the pool temperature was cooler but it did make the water feel cold to use. It would be perfect for summer cool downs, but during colder weather the water does feel cool. I would recommend bringing pool towels and hangers as neither are provided. Outside of these few minor negatives the house was incredible and highly enjoyed our stay there."

"The cabin was beautiful. Our complaints were the pool was cold while the room itself was very warm the water was cold. The couch in the living room was broken to were the cushions sunk so low you were practically sitting on the floor. Could use dish clothes and a few more dish towels and large frying pans in the kitchen. Other than those issues the cabin was nice and clean with plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable. We liked that there was a pac n play and a high chair even tho we brought our own pac n play. We liked that the cabin did not have other cabins right next to it so you did have some privacy."

"Had an enjoyable stay with our family - beautiful views from the deck and we enjoyed the ability to see bears around the property! Made use of the charcoal grill, fire pit and pool. Plenty of parking and relatively private. The home itself is beautiful. We were unable to use the entertainment room due to lack of wifi, which seems to be a consistent issue, but with large parties that can be understandable. We were definitely lacking towels, especially with using the pool or hot tub, so plan to pack some to save yourself from buying more. We also ran out of toilet paper on our 4 day stay, so shop for basics if staying a while. If you plan to cook assess the kitchen for supplies first as we realized too late there was no salt/pepper and only 1 sheet pan, but made it work. Roaches mentioned in recent reviews were not seen at all, so must have been treated for which is great. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will be back in the future!"

"Had a great stay with a party of 14 - eight adults and six kids. Pool, game room, and hot tub were great. Really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. Had some issues with the keypad on the door to the pool, but Justin was responsive and sent a technician quickly. Previous reviews mentioned a bug issue but did not have a single uninvited guest! WiFi was slow, but we managed. We also had a bad storm and ended up with a leak in a bedroom at almost midnight. Justin’s team was responsive, even at the late hour, and a technician was sent to the cabin within the hour. Items to note for large parties - consider bringing extra cookware. There was only one standard baking sheet, two standard pots (not great nonstick), and a very small cutting board. We also only had two dish towels, no dish rags, and one oven mitt. Don’t forget a spray cleaner for counters and seasonings (even salt and pepper). There are plenty of dishes, cups, and utensils. Overall, we were pleased with our experience!"

The property manager was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. If you have any doubt about picking here I wouldn't.Only 2 things I can comment on was the pool area by the door on the inside was in need of beening cleaned and 1 of the game machines joy stick wasnt working but that didnt really affect us. "Beautiful cabin with peaceful scenery. The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the games and theatre room. Everything was great but just a few things. The chlorine smell was strong, then turned musty just walking in. The WiFi did not work, however, they tried to fix but was unable to during our stay. Batteries in remotes were dead, but they came to replace. We could not get the dishwasher to start on departure day. I will say we killed several roaches throughout the cabin. Even tiny baby ones, watching them come out of the baseboards while in the bathroom. The floor was lifting in a couple of places. We did feel like the cleaning could have been a little better. They have a nice coffee bar, but no plugins near to plug in so you have to put on counter. Overall, would we book this cabin again, yes. It was so peaceful drinking coffee on the deck. The host was great with being responsive prior and while there(when had signal). Lots of room for a large group. Very nice!"

"Great home! Check in was a little confusing. Upon arrival I had not received the door code. I messaged Justin and received a response quickly. The confusing part was that I had not been sent any correspondence requesting a picture ID along with the names/ages of all the guests. However, this was needed to receive the code. I totally understand needing this info. I just had not received any communication requesting it. It was quickly taken care of and the code was received. The home is beautiful & the view is amazing! Don’t miss the sunset from the main floor porch. Breathtaking! We enjoyed the hot tub. A few enjoyed the pool as well. The pool temp was a little cool, but not cold. Plenty of beds to choose from and accommodate a larger group. The sofa beds are just as you’d expect. If you plan to use those, you might want to bring something to pad the tops of the mattresses. It was a lovely stay. Justin is great to work with. He responds quickly."

"This cabin is beautiful! Very modern design with great amenities. The views from the patio were incredible. There are two neighboring cabins but with the surrounding trees it gives you a very secluded private feel. Lots of space for all of your guests. Very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were very clean as well. Justin was a great host, very friendly and responsive, he was also very accommodating to our groups many needs before the trip, as well as during. The only complaint I have is the wifi is very slow and did not work at all at times. This definitely put a burden on the trip as it was difficult to plan and map out activities. I understand that we are at very high elevation, but I have stayed in close by areas that had stable connection. I would definitely recommend planning activitys beforehand. Overall we had an incredible time. I would recommend this cabin and area to anyone. The smoky mountains are beautiful and Justin was an excellent host. We will be back soon!"

"This cabin is absolutely beautiful! The fire pit is so peaceful overlooking the mountains. The lights on the porches make the ambiance great. Justin was so responsive with anything we needed. Slept 13 of us comfortably with room to spare. Very clean. A little off the beaten path but well worth it. If we get the opportunity to come back to this wonderful cabin, we would bring a few dish towels. (They only had 2 that we kept washing) Only downside is the wi-fi is sketchy. This cabin will NOT disappoint! Simply amazing."

"Justin was very responsive, helpful and friendly. This is a beautiful, spacious & clean home with great mountain views! Perfect for our family of 12. It’s a private and serene location, but close enough to attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. The indoor pool wasn’t as warm as we expected, but that, the hot tub, and the game room were an absolute plus as we dealt with not-so-great weather & stayed in for much of the trip. The kids stayed entertained. Cons: The WiFi wasn’t great. We work virtually, so that was a little frustrating. Streaming movies and TV was also not the greatest. We had to go outside to get consistent reception on our phones even after resetting the router. We did use the theater room, but the limited WiFi also made that difficult. Also, prepare yourselves for the winding mountain roads…. Overall, this was a great experience for our family. Great memories were made & that’s what this was all about for us."

"We just recently found out our beloved dad/ pops cancer has started growing again. We are at a crossroads with treatment options. We had him and nae, our family of 6, and my uncles family of 4 for 12 total. We had plenty of room for sitting on the beautiful deck, around the table for eating or playing poker, or just playing around telling stories. Everyone loved the pool table and the pool. The hot tub was in the perfect location to scare a bunch of little kids while they were soaking! I am actually surprised the neighborhood didnt complain about all the laughter coming from the property. We have laughed and had the best family time here. This will be a trip to remember forever with our whole family. Thank you Justin and family for helping make this happen. You were wonderful in every way! Your home is amazing!"

"This place was amazing! Justin was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. The cabin was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family with four active kids! The pool and game room was a huge hit! We will definitely be booking through Justin again!"
