Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
★PARKING★ Free parking for 3-4 vehicles in premises
Please note: The road leading to the cabin is quite rough and may not be suitable for low-clearance vehicles. We recommend arriving in a 4WD or vehicle with good ground clearance to ensure a smoother and more comfortable drive.

"Beautiful place indeed. Price was great. Unfortunately the hot top had issues but they were very responsive and fixed it. We didn't get to enjoy the hot top as much as we liked which was a bumper. One issue was there was lots of pet hair, it wasn't clean very well. I let the host know, so hopefully the next family don't have to deal with that. Other than small hiccups the place is gorgeous. Beautiful views, and many beds and rooms. We had a great time!"

"Our stay was amazing, the cottage was beautiful, the views were astonishing, everything was beautiful however the only problem was the drive up to the cottage itself. It was extremely steep making it hard for us to drive up with two wheel drive and the road was unpaved and had a couple of potholes so we had to go up and down during daylight hours to avoid any risks. Other than that everything was perfect, host was super helpful and responded within minutes. Will definitely be coming back to this exact cottage but with four wheel drive next time!!"

"Beautiful view from the porch. Cabin was super nice and my kids loved the bunkbeds. Movie room was a bonus. Loved the set up to watch a movie with the kids. Hot tub was nice and clean. We only used the hot tub once. The cover was hard to take off for us with one side broke. Pool table got alot is use that was great to. If we can ever afford to come back will see if its available again. Nice quite place and close enough to what we wanted to see."

"Place was great! Perfect for our three little families! Firepit was used a lot! It was a little scary the first time traveling the mountain to get to the cabin! But it was not as bad afterwards ! Overall we enjoyed ourselves ! I did leave my Apple Watch and it’s been a week and have not been updated if it’s been located ! Please make sure nothing valuable is accidentally left !"

"Absolutely beautiful cabin. The view was amazing and it offered plants of room for my family and myself. Very kids friendly. It was far enough away from the hustle of pigeon forge to provide a real mountain getaway feel without being so far out. Highly recommend."
