"The cabin was exactly how it was described in the listing. We went to Sevierville for our daughters wedding and found this to be in a prime location and easy to access everywhere that we needed to go during this important trip. We really enjoyed The Island at Pigeon Forge and made multiple trips there. If I was to say anything that I didn't like was the fact that the neighborhood is under construction and new cabins are being built on either side of Justin's cabin. They did not bother us at all and were not loud in anyway; however, the road was congested with construction vehicles. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again if it is available on my next trip to the area. 5 Stars all the way!!!"

"Terrific cabin, terrific host, terrific location, awesome vacation. A snowstorm came while we were staying at the cabin. The host was in constant contact with us and was flexible with checkout, allowing us a later departure time, and stating our safety was most important. That really eased our minds and allowed the roads to thaw before we left which allowed the last day to be calm and NOT full of worry. I highly recommend this host and the cabin. We had a terrific stay. Also - many cabins I’ve stayed at in the Smokies in the winter turn off their hot tubs and guests spend half their stay waiting for the hot tub to heat up. We were THRILLED to have a hot tub piping hot and ready for use when we arrived!!!! That sealed the deal. The layout of the cabin was great and the game room was TOP NOTCH. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Finding the cabin was a bit tricky because of the GPS, but once we found it, the host allowed us to check in a little early which was perfect after a long car ride with kiddos. The house smelt so good, almost like Christmas! The house was spacious and the kitchen offered every utensil and cookware item we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and each bedroom has a full bathroom which was very convenient with littles! The stairs are a little tiring as all bedrooms are on the top floor but nothing that will prevent a good time. While there isn’t anything within walking distance, the drive to local excursions isn’t far at all. If we decide to come back to Tennessee, we’ll definitely be requesting this house! P.s. don’t try the Walmart. Visit Food City instead."

They took over the movie room and watched youtube videos most the time while at the cabin. They enjoyed it so much they made it their sleeping quarters. They also enjoyed the games. "The house was just as listed and very clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 7 including a 1 and 2 year old. Less than 15 minutes to Dollywood. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only thing that could be improved is if it had more wash clothes and towels. Extra towels for the hot tub would have been nice as well. "Gorgeous Haven - We had six adults in our party so the three bedroom/bathroom set up was absolutely perfect. The house is very nicely decorated and looks brand new. We really enjoyed the open concept, kitchen, dining living room and of course the back porch. location was very close to pigeon Forge, which is exactly where we wanted to be. Justin was also a fantastic host, responded very quickly to our questions and check in/out were simple and easy. "We had a great stay! Justin responded instantly to any concerns we expressed. Cabin was VERY WELL designed. All the bedrooms are on the top floor, which is GREAT for families with small children. Bedrooms all have their own bathroon, which was a very nice feature! Bathrooms on each floor. Laundry was easy to access and a must with small kids! Loved the added bonus of baby gates! One was broken from a prior stay and even though we did not need it fixed for our stay (used the other 2 available), Justin offered to get a replacement! Cabin bathrooms were spotless!! Beds and pillows very clean and comfortable! Loved the quiet area, easy to get to. We would definitely stay again! Floors are beautiful, but slick for socked small feet, so parents bring non slip socks for the kiddos!"

"Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay at Justin's place. The home is in a beautiful subdivision that is close to the Pigeon Forge attactions. The house was clean, well supplied with essentials, and everything worked. Justin was responsive before and during the trip. We were there the week after Christmas, and the place was decorated beautifully, which was a really nice touch! We will probably avoid future trips to the PF/Gatlinburg area during the holiday period (crazy busy everywhere, and traffic was an issue), but we do plan to get back to explore the Smokies and when we do, we would absolutely stay at Justin's place again."

"The cabin is beautiful and exactly as described. It fit our party of 8 perfectly. The 2 teenagers had the bottom game room area all to themselves. They slept on the sofas in the movie theatre room. The other 6 split the upstairs bedrooms. We loved that each room came with a king bed. That really goes a long way. Also loved that they each had a full bathroom attached. The cabin is in such a good location. I was so scared of driving all through the mountains to get it to it and it’s not like that at all. Just a short drive off the main parkway and no crazy twists and turns. Two of our favorite things we did during the trip was the Titanic Museum and the Hatfield and McCoy dinner show. Both of which are about 10 minutes from the cabin. The host Justin is so responsive and helpful! I would def reach out to him if you have any questions and I’m sure he’d be happy to help. Overall such a nice family vacation here."

"Gorgeous, convenient and tucked away! - Our family of 5 decided to bring grandparents along for a trip to Dollywood. The house was absolutely perfect! Anything you can need is there. The movie room was a huge hit with the kids and the game room a hit with adults. It is immaculate and in fantastic condition! You are so close to everything, but feel so removed in this private location in a smaller neighborhood. We loved sitting on the back deck at night and relaxing after the long day.

"Ten in Tennessee - My family and I came to Tennessee to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday and had a wonderful experience. The property was very clean, quiet, and spacious. The kids (and adults) absolutely loved the games, hot tub, pool table, and movie room. Another thing we loved was that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and there was a bathroom on the main floor and one downstairs. The property was conveniently located and was very easy to find. "Terrific location! So close to everything yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. You can see the fireworks and drone show from Dollywood from the deck and south facing windows. Spacious, comfortable. Movie room was a favorite of ours. Essentials such as shampoo, soap, cleaning supplies for a few days were provided but with a larger group or longer stay you’ll need to make a store run. Our only suggestion would be to add a few throw blankets for movie nights and bath mats for bathrooms. If we find ourselves in the area we hope to stay again!"

The place is awesome too. It sits on a hill but not surrounded by the forest: a neat and cool place that I didn’t spot any bugs. The area is very quiet and the house provides good privacy. Inside, it has all the amenities needed for a vacation with friends and family. Lastly, all three bedrooms have en suite full bathrooms, which is a plus when staying with friends. The only downside I noticed throughout my stay is that the bear proof trash bins outside may smell sometimes, although the bins sit on a wide open area (it happens when we came back in the night and smell is gone the following morning, could be something else from the neighborhood)."

"Such a gorgeous place, loved having the games like the pool table, arcade games and theater room. Everything was very clean and absolutely loved sitting out on the decks and enjoying the views of nature. It was secluded enough to enjoy nature just just a few minutes drive from all the fun stuff to do in town. Justin was very kind and helpful and great at communicating. Would definitely visit again!"

So close to everything-outlets, restaurants, new mountain foster and chairlift, go carts, Walmart. It is a short drive to Dollywood. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

It was close to the strip which gave us options for dinner the first night we arrived (we were all worn out from traveling due to having to drive through bad weather) We woke up the following morning and went grocery shopping and thoroughly enjoyed the house the rest of our stay. Although there were plenty of options available to us not far away, we opted to stay and relax at the house. "Everything was great for me and my family. This was my parents first time coming to the cabins and they love Justin place. They even told me to save this so we could rent it again. The thing my dad said is the road getting to the cabin you have to be careful. The way the roads are difficult but once you get the hang of it you will be okay. We love every each of this house so peaceful on a big hill and we were at the end so it wasn’t so many cabins around us and we love it. We can’t wait till next time.
