It was very clean and each level has its own entertainment.There were three bedrooms with king size beds, Each bedroom also had its own bathroom. "We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would absolutely recommend it. The views were beautiful, the location was peaceful and quiet, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The cabin was very clean, well maintained, and having TVs in the living areas as well as every bedroom was a great bonus. The only issues we experienced were minor. The air conditioning started acting up on our last night, but since it happened right at the end of our stay, we’re hoping it was just a one-time issue. The only other suggestion would be to provide more dishwasher pods. There were only two supplied for our entire week-long stay, so guests should plan to bring their own or it would be nice if a few more were included. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. The incredible views, peaceful setting, and spacious accommodations made for a relaxing and memorable vacation."

"The home was absolutely gorgeous. The photographs did not do it justice. I did experience some issues with the AC, but the owner was very prompt and responsive. They had a technician come out the same evening and completed the repairs the next day. Even with the AC being out on one of the levels, I still had a wonderful time with my family. It did not take away from our experience at all, and I’m truly grateful for the quick response and how efficiently the issue was handled. The host was wonderful. The cabin was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos—high-end finishes, tons of natural light, and gorgeous views from all three decks. It’s the perfect luxury cozy mix: peaceful and private yet close to activities. We loved the hot tub, game room, and well-stocked kitchen for our hibachi and private chef nights. The host was super responsive and check-in was a breeze. We brought our goldendoodle puppy and were so impressed by how spotless it was—no pet hair anywhere! "We loved every minute of our stay here! The cabin still smells new, is tastefully decorated, and has plenty of fun features for the family (arcade game, pool table, hot tub, kids room). The cabin is at the top of a mountain, so beware getting to it requires a drive up a very steep, but well maintained road. We would plan our days to only make one trip down and up as it’s not exactly a convenient drive. Once you get down to the valley floor, it’s a short drive into Pigeon Forge or into the Great Smoky’s park entrance. A great mid-point for a variety of activities. Shane was very responsive, detailed in his instructions, and always polite and friendly. If you’re looking for modern amenities with incredible views, this is your place!"

However, most of the city and attractions are far away, so while the house is gorgeous itself, keep in mind that there is some distance when trying to get somewhere away from the forest. "Shanes place was amazing. As the description said luxury…. Everything was upgraded(furniture, floors, kitchen). We were prepared for charcoal/gas grill, however there was a Black top grill(loved it), hooked up to its own gas line instead. Tv in every room, laundry room well equipped. As others stated, ensure to bring cleaning/laundry products, garbage bags etc if your stay will be more than a few days and you enjoy cooking. Bring a mop for floor spills, etc. We had an opportunity to view a black bear from the cabinet while in the hot tub. It did not approach us, it just minded its own business. The road from the lodge to the main road is about 10 min, well lit 50% of the way. Make sure to travel as much as you can during the day if you have any concerns with seeing at night. There were 3 adults and a dog, more than enough room for double that. Very quiet area, we did have a neighboor directly across from us, but only ran into them 1 time out of 7 days. Very relaxing. We will be back!"

"This was my family’s first time visiting the Tennessee mountains and our stay was awesome and the cabin and location was breathtaking. The only issues we had during our stay in such a luxurious cabin is that the cleaners should have been a bit more attentive because there were stains and pet hair on a couple of the linens on the beds and the showers could have been a bit more cleaner . Also, window coverings in living area would have been great being that the cabin is in close proximity to another cabin. "Beautiful scenic view, amenities were great considering the duration of the trip was during Hurricane Helene. We were able to hang at the house and always have something to keep busy and make memories with! Saw a bear the first morning we were at the house & enjoyed the misty outdoors soaking in the hot tub! Wish there was a little more grassy front area for the dogs to be out in since the listing doesn’t show much except the driveway in front of the house and the back is the mountain cliffside, so they weren’t able to be back there. Kind of wish there was privacy blinds for the common living area since there’s a house within about 60 feet from the house’s front side, shares a driveway with minimal parking for both homes. But the back side view is where it’s at & if you really want privacy, I guess you could be downstairs in the second living area/recreation room. Overall, we’d come back to vacation here again, just maybe wouldn’t bring the dogs."

"We could not have picked a better cabin to stay in! The cabin is immaculate. The pictures do not do this place justice at all. We were able to see a bear right off the deck the last day...he had no cares in the world and just hung out eating berries."

"Our entire trip was truly incredible. My entire family enjoyed themselves. It was a wide variety of ages from 19 - 66. The cabin/loft had something for everyone. The kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals the Blackstone grill was great for steaks and veggies. The beds are firm but you will get the best nights sleep you’ve had in along time. That was something every one of us said at breakfast the first morning. How well we all slept. We rented a pontoons boat for the day on Saturday afternoon at a place called H20 sports. That was a really great time. This home is absolutely breathtaking. The photographs don’t do it justice. The layout of the house gives privacy to the people of your group in a way that makes it feel like you aren’t intentionally secluding yourselves. All I know is this is where I will be staying from now on when I come to Gatlinburg/Sevierville. Thank you so much to the hosts. They were incredibly respectful and responsive. My family is beyond pleased with our stay"

"Perfect Getaway - Beautiful cabin with amazing views! We all wanted to be close to activities but be in the mountains when not out exploring. The sunsets were breathtaking and the game room was a huge hit with our group as there were nightly games of pool. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Absolutely Fabulous! - Luxuriously decorated, very stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals. Modern appliances including a separate room for washer and dryer. The streaming services were abundant and easy to use.
The game room was excellent for family time and the massage chair is something you’ll just have to experience to understand how amazing it is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family."

"Our stay at Shane and Justin's property exceeded all our expectations. We had nothing but great experience. its a great property to stay with family. We had 3 families stayed in the property with Kids and everyone enjoyed it. It has great amenities exactly as mentioned in the listing. The communication and response was great. Had to reach out to Justin/Shane few times and got response without any delay. Even they have assistant to answer calls at any time. Kids loved the Arcade Play in the basement. We also enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Massager is a great addition in the basement. Home was clean overall, Great Kitchen, clean and comfy bedrooms, spacious for 10-11 people We felt like staying at home and would recommend it to our friends and others who is looking to stay in Gatlinburg area. Thanks Shane/Justin for the wonderful experience. Looking forward to comeback."

"I am not going to be able to say enough good things about this property and the hosts to do it or them justice! The cabin is absolutely beautiful inside and out. My husband and I were amazed by the pictures and then blown away by how much nicer it was in person. The cabin was exceptionally clean and very well decorated without over doing it. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything you would need including a highchair for the little ones. The bedrooms were beautiful and all three master suites had access to a deck. The view from any one of the three decks is breathtaking, peaceful, and relaxing. It was a perfect view for the sunset. Personally, my favorite thing was the massage chair. We will be purchasing one now. Shane (host) was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail so that there weren’t any issues. I found that his responses to any questions were near immediate if not within minutes. I would definitely recommend this host and property!"

"This was an absolutely beautiful cabin everything was brand new it’s very spacious perfect for a large family vacation. Every bedroom had their own full bathroom and private balcony. The hot tub was amazing it was so relaxing while enjoying the view. Cabin comes with a black stone grill it’s hooked up to a gas line so you don’t have to worry about propane. This cabin is in close proximity of lots of attractions. I can’t say enough about the beauty of this cabin. Absolutely beautiful… I would definitely recommend. The host was very responsive I had zero issues. Love it!!"
