Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"This place was perfect for our large, multi generational family vacation. Pack and play, high chair, baby gate all provided. Two houses down from the pool which was quiet and in 7 days we only saw 2 other people there! It felt like the pool was just there for us! Lots of get started amenities..:toilet paper, paper towel, shamp/cond and soap. I LOVE that we didn't have to pack towels, washcloths and bed sheets. Excellent stay! Just like the pics provided. Highly recommend this house."

"Great location and cabin - The cabin suited our large group great. Justin was very responsive and had our issue with the washer fixed the next day. The only complaint we had was we wish there were bath mats and more bath towels. Also, there were no hot pads or cutting boards in the kitchen. The location was great, close to everything! "This cabin was in a great location! Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge, and just off the strip, but secluded and quiet! Kroger's was less than 5 minutes away which was nice. The kids really enjoyed the game room and it was nice to have three levels for everyone to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and quick to respond and to fix a minor issue that arose while we stayed."

"Great Place - The place fit the bill. We enjoyed our stay. We did notice that the first-floor bathroom floor could use some deep cleaning and my 6ft 4inch husband said it looked like it had been a long time since the top of the refrigerator was cleaned. Also, the lounge chairs in the sitting room have broken leg supports when extended."

"Lazy Dayz was perfect for our blended family and kiddos! The air hockey table was a HUGE hit along with the movie theatre seating! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed along with extra dish soap and pods and paper towels. When we had an issue with the microwave Shane volunteered right away to come fix it, but they had another kitchenette downstairs too! This place was very kid friendly and well furnished!
