"Great little place to stay. I will agree with previous reviews, the steep hill to the little driveway is scary and the parking spot is small. We brought a small uhal trailer and if I would have been driving alone I would have been crying not knowing what to do. Luckily my husband was with us and our truck was strong enough to get up the hill with it and along with the wet ground. We did spin some tires though. Hot tub and pool table was a hit and the reason we choose this place. Pool table does have a small rip in the felt and pool sticks could probably be replaced as the tips are not the greatest. However, we enjoyed playing each night as a family. Quite morning on the porch swing were fantastic. Overall we had a great time and was well worth it. Thank You for sharing your place."

From the fireplace to the hot tub to the pool table, there was never a boring moment during our stay. "The good: We had a great get away at this location! The home was so quaint, inviting, and peaceful! Lots of deck space and rocking chairs for observing nature. The hot tub is amazing and clean, definitely an added bonus. You have almost everything you need (except measuring cups) for a true getaway! Close proximity to amenities (approximately 15 minutes from the cabin to Publix-which is right in Pigeon Forge!) and close enough for WalMart delivery! The bad: Linens were provided but there is 1 towel and wash cloth per person (if you take 4 people) so if you shower daily, you will reuse or do laundry daily. There were some cosmetic things - a kitchen drawer with a stripped screw that kept falling when we would open the drawer and some burned out bulbs, but nothing that ruined our trip. Overall: None of these things were a deal breaker for us and we would stay here again! Checkout was super easy! The host was knowledgeable and responsive if we had questions or concerns! 4.9 stars!!!"

It was clean, cozy, and had a great game room and hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was tidy. Justin, the host, communicated well and made sure we had all the info we needed ahead of time. A few minor downsides: the downstairs bed was a bit too firm for our liking, the pillows weren’t very comfortable (bring your own!), and the A/C struggled to cool the upstairs during a very hot week, though the downstairs stayed nice and cold. We didn’t see any bears this time, but overall had a great stay and would definitely return!"

"Ride up was a little scary the 1st couple of times but got a little easier each time. We used the hot tub every night and it was great! On our 2nd day I walked out on the deck to be met by a mama bear and 2 cubs. We locked eyes and i ran inside and luckily they ran down into the woods. Although we didnt see any bears, we found muddy bear prints around the porch the next morning from one walking around at night. So cool! Great local recommendations. "We loved the cabin and all the attractions. It was easy to find, had a steep driveway but no issues staying here. We were a little worried about the snow so we left a couple hours early to make sure we could make it down the hill. Our host was responsive and friendly. "Very private cabin in the woods. Smart tvs and great Wi-Fi. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Only exception would be a bath mat or extra towel for getting out of shower. We did a lot of exploring but could have easily stayed in the cabin all weekend! Highly recommend this cabin."

"Had a great stay at Just a swinging! Cooked out on the grill a few days. Huge porch to relax on with hot tub. Pool tables and game station kept the kids busy during our stay. Wifi and tv worked flawlessly. All appliances worked and new. The island was less than 10 min away. Easy access to grocery stores and other necessities. We will be back next year!"

"Loved it!!! - I knew when I saw that porch swing this was the perfect place for a week away with just my husband and it did not disappoint! Every morning we sat on the porch swing and planned our day while drinking coffee We packed a lot into our week and wished we had more time to just enjoy the cabin. "Wow! This place was seriously our favorite part of visiting the Smokies! Of course, we loved the park, but we also couldn’t wait to come back home and be at our cabin in the treetops! It literally looks like Edward’s room from Twilight where he has all these windows and trees surrounding it outside. Just magnificent! I also super appreciate it that they have a guest book there. "Amazing - Our host was great. Easy to talk to reach and responsive. This property is amazing from the location to the amenities and accommodations. I have no complains. The first day we were greeted by two black bears at our door steps. That was a nice treat and my 3 year old was amazed. We really enjoyed the opportunity to appreciate the wild life in the area. "“Just a swingin” was great for my little family. My girlfriend, and our 1 and a half year old had a blast here! Apple Maps took us right up to the front door! Had no problems while there and everything was what it said it was! We played pool and some arcade games as well while we were there. Nice a private. To top things off we seen a huge adult black bear rummaging for something to get into!! We just got in our car and went on about our way and came back to nothing but bear tracks left! "Great place, tucked away in the Tennessee hills, nice and clean, The bed was awesome! It took a few tries to figure out the arcade, but it was really cool. Pool table was sweet, and Disney+ was nice to have. Sunrise through the upstairs window had us up and moving early enough to enjoy all of the day, 15 minutes from Dollywood, didn’t even need the gps to find the way back…. However someone has made off with the road sign so…. All in all it was a fantastic stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my family back. "This place is amazing!! The views are stunning!! The hot tub, porch swing and pool table were our favorite amenities. I recommend you bring your own towels for the hot tub as there weren’t any extras. (I did bring beach towels as I love big fluffy towels so this wasn’t as issue for us). Other reviewers commented on the parking - it is definitely a small space but manageable. I backed in to park as the road is pretty steep. If you plan to cook meals, make sure you bring seasonings. Black pepper was the only seasoning at the cabin. Justin was a fabulous host. Extremely responsive and the info he sent about the area was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again."

"We loved our stay in this cabin, especially waking up to the view from the big windows upstairs. It is tucked away from the main roads so be sure to follow’s Justin’s advice and use the map app he recommends. The beds were super comfy, the cabin was very clean, and everything was as pictured & described. We enjoyed playing pool and arcade games in the evenings! The road leading up to the cabin is steep and narrow. I was definitely not comfortable maneuvering our truck in/out. A smaller car might actually work better than our truck did! That being said, when you want a beautiful, quiet cabin out in the woods, you might need to drive up a hill to reach it. 🙂 Justin’s communication was quick and thorough and I highly recommend this property!"

"Cozy and very enjoyable. - This cabin was absolutely perfect for a relaxing birthday getaway for myself, my cousins wife with our significant others. It was warm and inviting and decorated very cozy. The down stairs bed could have used a pillow topper as it was very firm, but it was not unbearable and there were no pot holders for the oven pan. Other than that this please was perfect for an adult relaxing getaway. We definitely look forward to staying here again. The owners are very nice and wonderful to work with, very prompt with responding. If your looking for a cozy and relaxing getaway this is your spot."

"This place was absolutely amazing. They have a great pool table and even a gaming setup(arcade)for kids to enjoy. All of the televisions are working and have all the subscriptions needed to watch basically anything. They also have lots of dining and grilling equipment as well as a a Keurig. "Everything was just fine with host and cabin. Here are some picky details. The cabin is on a VERY steep driveway and barely has room to park one vehicle. I got lots of emails after booking which was a little excessive and confusing to me but not too bad. One time my wife wanted the wifi which was listed somewhere that we had, but she texted Justin and he responded immediately with the password even though I think it was maybe on the fridge. The front door code is like 15 digits long, not easy to remember when you get back from town. Cabin is short 5min drive through mountains from Pigeon Forge main attractions. Hot tub, pool table and video game table are nice touch(and toy bears). The lace curtains can go imo. The cabin is clean but not spotless. Linens and towels seemed fresh. Tub is clean. Kitchenware not so much but maybe thats a previous guests fault. Overall host and cabin are fine. its nice these days to work with other people who just want to deal uprightly also."

"This cabin was everything we were looking for. Close enough to do activities in town, but far enough away it is so peaceful. The deck is absolutely wonderful and coming home to hop in the hot tub was perfect. We played cards on the deck while listening to the birds. From the pool table upstairs to the game machine we had plenty to occupy our time. Nicely equipped kitchen with all the pots and pans you could want to make a nice supper at home. "Thanks for everything! We had a great time, but it went by way too fast.... We enjoyed the cabin and its location as was just a short drive to the middle of things. We would eat breakfast in the mornings at the cabin and then would be gone for the day and return after dark. We were able to find the cabin in the daylight the initial time and I would recommend that to others as we made a wrong turn the first time and had to turn around which wasn't the easiest task with a truck as those roads are narrow and windy=) We would love to come back again and possibly bring a couple of our grandkids as there is no shortage of things to do and places to see. Beautiful country down there for sure! The cabin was awesome, clean and had everything we needed! My husband enjoyed the hot tub a few times as well. Perfect getaway!!!"

"We rented this cabin for our honeymoon and had a great time. It was a nice clean cabin with lots of activities to do inside such as a pool table, gaming system, and hot tub. It was secluded but still not too far from Pigeon Forge. We had difficulty turning around with our full-size pick-up truck in the cabin’s driveway due to the steepness of the road, but other than that, we didn’t have any other issues with our stay. The house is super clean and you truly feel like you are staying in a treehouse. The hot tub was perfect every night after spending long days hiking and shopping. "Up the mountain road - This cabin had a lot of charm. Everything we needed was there. The bears were an interesting addition; we saw “mama” bear with her three cubs. The cubs were really enjoying the porch next door! The road leading to the cabin is quite the adventure! The road really is steep but even without 4WD we were able to get up and down. Had fun playing pool and trying our hand at Pac-Man and other games in the upstairs game room. Thank you, Justin, for sharing your cabin with us!"

"This Cabin is so charming and cozy! We loved it so much that we stayed in more than we thought we would. We loved how everything was explained and ready to understand, from the check in, the hot tub directions, the navigation and the cabin layout. Justin was definitely a super host. We use Airbnb's frequently. I always bring extra pillowcases and lysol spray just in case. his place was so clean and orderly, I didn't use any of them. The location is perfect! 15-20 minutes from most everything! Justin gave great advice about places to go and we were not disappointed. Make sure you arrive at the cabin for the first time in the daytime It could be tricky at night. We came earlier in the day and it wasn't so hard. It's Black Bear area. We saw one in the morning across the way. Be sure to be Bear aware and do not walk around with food. We are used to seeing them in Alaska, so we understand them. All amenities were great! We played pool, the nostalgic video games, used the jacuzzi, and had our coffee on the back porch every morning in the beauty and quiet of the Smokies! loved every second. We will be back."

"Perfect Cabin but steep driveway - This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect for that “I want to get lost in the woods” feeling and is still close enough to all the attractions to make it convenient. We absolutely loved the cabin. We spent a week in the cabin and everything we needed was provided. Communication with the property owner was fluent and very helpful. We even got a visit from Dolly and her cubs ☺️. The only downside is the drive in to the cabin is very very steep. We’d stay here again if in the area"

"This cabin is so nice! My boyfriend and I spent the night here for an early b-day get away and it was perfect. Loved the wrap around porch and hot tub. Game space upstairs was an added plus. The upstairs overlook made the space feel so large. All around great place for any occasion."

"Family Getaway - Cabin was great and our stay was excellent. There were issues at check in as the cabin was not ready at the agreed upon time due to new appliances and TVs being installed, which are nice upgrades. Was able to drop our food off but when we returned later our code to get in would not work. Owners replied in a timely manner and we were able to get in with a new code. Driveway is steep and it took some time to get use to it. Not sure how anyone would be able to fit more than 2 cars in the parking area unless they are compact cars. Overall we were happy with the stay and would recommend it to others."

"Quiet and Cozy and a little Cold - Well as with most pics, cabin was not as big as it seemed which to be honest was just fine with s four, it was nice and cozy. It did make it a little tough to cozy up with your spouse down stairs if we all wanted to be together, 1 couch, 1 chair. 1 spouse had to sit at table. No closet in down stairs guest bed, it is for vacuum, cleaning supplies, such. I could move it and have a little closet but then nowhere for supplies so we just lived out of suit case down stairs. We are kinda light packers so 1 suit case was fine. I totally missed that on the listing my bad, not the owners. Owners were VERY responsive upon arrival even reached out to make sure we knew about wifi code etc. Although it was August had 2 or 3 really cold nights so I contacted for help about fireplace and that's when contact stopped. I guess they did not want us to use it or something I don't know, they never replied to that text, the couple times I asked. It's okay, it definitely warmed up again. For where we were at, the service was more then EXCEPTIONAL. The owner's or sub-division or whomever have gone out of there way to make sure cell and internet service is NOT to be an issue and it was not. So, for our 9 day stay the washer and dryer were a welcome sight as well were the other amenities. Hot tub was awesome for our friends lower back and hurting body. Those two really needed and thoroughly enjoyed waking up to that beautiful view from the top. I would like to thank you both for all the wonderful memories your lodge provided my friends and us."
