Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Overall we had a great stay and the house itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The location worked well for our group, and we'd definitely consider staying again.The only reason I'm mentioning a couple of things is so future guests know what to expect and the owners have some helpful feedback. If you plan to cook, be prepared to bring or buy just about everything. The kitchen had only the absolute basics—no paper towels, salt, pepper, cooking spray, aluminum foil, or other common pantry staples that many vacation rentals provide.The other thing worth noting is that the mattresses were extremely firm. We all felt like they were a bit like sleeping on concrete, so if you prefer a softer bed, that's something to keep in mind.None of these things ruined our trip, and we still enjoyed our stay. With a few additional kitchen essentials and some mattress updates, this would easily be an exceptional vacation rental."

"We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely consider returning. The property was clean, comfortable, and very spacious for our group. One of the biggest highlights was the bedroom and bathroom setup. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom as well as a TV, which provided everyone with their own space and made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient. "We had a great stay! Me and my family had enough space, and we enjoyed what Sevierville,Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg had to offer! We had an issue with the lock but it was easily fixed with efficient and helpful communication with the host!! It was entirely fixed the next day so future guests shouldn’t face that worry, but if you do have an issue know that it will be fixed! "This was an amazing experience. We chose the mountains to celebrate our baby turning two. Although, we knew we were going to be out exploring, we wanted a modern, well kept, cozy and clean space to house us during our stay. This was just that.
